Could not install - Samsung Gear VR

I've a note 9 with adapter and the gear vr that fits it, running Android 10 but a lot of the apps I try to dl from the Oculus store come up with "could not install" after 100 percent, not all but most I'm trying to get the Jurassic world apatosaurus one for my son as I downloaded the other version that installed and he loved that but after uninstalling everything and reinstalling the Oculus app and drivers when I load that app up it's now saying please update oculas to the latest version, but I'm on the latest version?..
I've tried contacting Samsung who couldn't help they passed me onto customer service of Oculus who like Samsung didn't help..
Ideally I don't want to factory reset my phone again as like before it was a waste of time and didn't solve the problem, anyone got any clues how to fix this?..

When I try to install OCULUS ARCADE it tells me its an Oculus GO app. That might explain the error. If you have an old apk which works with GearVR you can try apk Extractor on it to generate an apk file which you can copy to your new phone. You probably need to sign the apk on the new phone. The app injector for GearVR could be helpful and it is easy to use. That are the steps I would try in this situation

To be sure I'd suggest to backup to sd card original Vending.apk from /system/app/ - that's market (google play) app on Android 2.3
Then install gapps.zip (gapps-gb-20110828-signed.zip actually) from recovery menu.
Thanks but the same thing still happens it flashes up saying downloading but then goand google plays still says downloading i do get an force close mesage when i first boot up after installing gaps.zip i will atach it as a thum nail.
thank you so mutch for your help

[HELP] Modern Combat 5 Apk Not Installed

Hey guys. I recently bought Xperia Z1 and have been using it for more than a month. I have updated it to the latest android version Lollipop 5.0.2(Official Stock ROM)
Recently, I searched for the latest version of Modern Combat 5 and downloaded the apk and data for it on computer (Latest version is v1.2.0o). And then I put the apk file in sd card and tried installing but always gives and error and doesn't install.

I later downloaded different versions and from different websites and tried to find the solution but got to no conclusion. If possible I don't want to root my mobile right now. And I totally understand the topic of rooting and am not an amateur. I owned a HTC Explorer and have experience in creating ROM's too.
Need help, Modern Combat has been my favourite game for a long time and I want to try the 5th part of the game too.

[question] After installing framework my phone gives " insufficient store place" erro

[question] After installing framework my phone gives " insufficient store place" erro
Dear Xposed framework users;
I have turkcell T60 a modified phone of ZTE BLADE S6 that runs android 5.0.2.
I root my device with kingroot than I install xposed framework. But immediatly after I restart my telephone it says "insufficient store place" . I have 10 gb internal and 3 gb external storage place.
I can download apps from internet but while I am installing it it makes an error. If I use google store to download them, immediately after downloading is makes error 504.
As far as I have learned it. After installing framework on my phone it blocks my phone's storage excess so there is some explanations for samsungs such as deleting some documents from data but not for my phone.
Does any one can help me to fix my problem?
Thanks for helping
Have you tried it with a different SuperUser/root app ?

Root doesnt make a problem. Problem occours after xposed framework.
True but your running out of space, supersu frees up some memory during installation.
You just need to uninstall/move to user a few system apps (suggestions include keyboard languages and google apps like youtube or hangouts which can be gotten from playstore
but guys I dont have storage problem. I have 10gb free storage place. eventhough I have place my phone says not enough place it is lover than 250 mb. Deleting apps isnt change the situtation
System drive is not user drive you have 10GB in user. System is where your ROM lives.

Top listing is where space is needed that the error is talking about; bottom is what you mean when you have 10GB

Smart capture disappeared

I've been using smart capture during screenshots for years. All of the sudden the option wasn't there during a screenshot the other day. I've done all of the troubleshooting and the smart capture option in advanced features does not exist. I've uninstalled the updates, restarted my Galaxy Note 9, reinstalled the update, with no resolve.
Does anyone know how to get this feature back?
Clear system cache on the boot menu.
Try in safe mode to rule out a 3rd party app.
That didn't work either
What OS version?
Did you Google "samsung smart capture missing" etc? Doesn't have to be the same model.
Is the app present? Clear data if so.

Where can I find it?
Scan this with online Virustotal. It should be ok.
It's also on the Samsung Galaxy store
It's not available on the Samsung store in the version. I can't uninstall the app either. Tried to download the file you directed me to and this came up.

Download anyway. most downloadable things give this warning.
Apkmirror is a trusted site.

Yes. If you ever don’t download from a trusted site, get a antivirus. But apkmirror is pretty trusted.
Once you download, click on the file to download the apk.
