Black line in screen after replace

Hi,
After replacing broken LCD with a new one, a strange line appears, especially in Whatsapp, as in the photo attached.
When you disable the HW overlay, the line disappears. Any idea what could be?

What is "HW overlay"?

see through bars on screen (top and bottom) when charging

When I charge my note 8 (wireless or wired), sometimes I get these bars on the top and bottom of the screen that stay on and don't go away until i unlock the device. This is so annoying and could potentially burn the screen if left over night. This happens with 'always on display' on AND off. does anyone knows what is causing this?

Cannot turn off black underline when typing

Hi all, after recently update i notice the black underline when typing and cannot turn it off, just like this, its annoying. Spelling correction is already off. Any advice?

Question Left pannel not disappearing ???

It might be a stupid question but i can't seem to remove the left panel on my launcher home screen. I disabled google but its still here and it bugs my screen when i swipe left. For info i can't access it but it is still here...
Any ideas on how to remove it??
