Low Battery Health on Xiaomi.EU but fine on Fluid OS - Xiaomi Mi 9 Questions & Answers

Hi, I tried installing accubattery when I was still on fluid and it says that my battery capacity is at 3000+. Now I transferred back to xiaomi.eu because of bugs, and it shows that my battery health is at 63% and only 2100mAh estimated capacity. :/ What can I do to calibrate it or maybe just fix it?

Battery Calibration

hello guys. i think that my battery is draining way too fast than it shouldn't be, my phone is now 9 months old. when i charge my phone last night, i saw that the battery percentage is on 92%. i just opened a game, just to check something. when i closed the game, the battery is now 100%. i think the game that i opened does not even exceed to 5mins.
do you think that my battery is not working properly? cause when i watch movies, approximately, 25-30% only of the battery discharges, but now it discharges up to 45-50%.
by the way, im on a locked bootloader running the existenz black version.
is there any way on how can i prolong my battery life? i use greenify (donated version).
how to calibrate the battery?
thanks guys.

Battery calibration

Hello.
I did a factory reset with unbrick tools few days ago while battery was on about 80-82 %.
updated to 4.1.7 xXx nolimits rom with twrp and battery was 99%
now the problem is phone charges too fast ! it gets 0 to 100% in about 60-65 minutes while phone is off....
cpu-z shows battery capacity 3400 mah.
what should i do now ? i have to let it settle for some days or there is a problem ?
thank you.
You have to train the battery gauge by letting it drain out and charge it full. This happens to me every day since I flash daily Lineage OS builds my battery cause is almost never correct. ?

Battery problem not showing proper % after chanrging

Hello,
since couple days my phone shows improper % of battery .
To fixit I tried clear cache then full discharge and charging when phone off to 100% (battery format). I was able to get information in android that battery was charged at 98%.
Battery was showing proper % during normal usage -was decreasing.
But problem was back -after next charge % was not increasing.
According to aida64 battery was fully charged. Charge counter ~= capacity but level was on 60% health- good
during discharging battery status was not changing then when charge counter/capacity was <0,6 battery level started to update and decrease.
So it looks like that update of battery level is OK but is NOK when charging.
I did factory reset and redownload system using lenovo moto smart assistant - did not helped. only clear cache and reformat helps for one charging.
I'm on XT1805 latest update of stock 8.1 rom
any advice how to fix it?
Thanks
Me too having same issue and phone shuts down abruptly. On latest stock firmware.

WITHIN ACCUBATTERY APPLICATION THERE IS A HEALTH TAB WHICH SHOWS YOUR BATTERY HEALTH STATS, I kept getting an error when I tried to upload an image, sorry.
battery health
mmm in accubattery it shows its 94 % but in phone info it shows its 100 % my is brand new i got it like 4 days ago it doesnt make sence that the battery capacity has decreased by 6 %
On the devices with a battery (like notebooks, tablets and phones) the OS usually increases the shown battery wear and this decreases the shown battery health. And because of that, phone thinks the maximum battery capacity is now lower than the designed (factory) battery capacity.
This means, when the designed battery capacity is 5000mAh, it shows 100% when its 5000mAh. But when it decreases to 4950mAh, its 100% at 4950 mAh. This protects the battery from charging fully. And finally, the battery lasts longer before you need to change it. So, 94%, 96% or 90% is quite normal and you do not need to worry.

How about fast-charging the battery, in which the A70 supports. Would that be causing an issue for the health of the battery?

I am sure they wouldn't add this feature if it would cause any issue for the health of the battery. Even if it does hurt, it probably won't be noticeable.

Question Battery is unknown

Yesterday i updated my redmi note 11 to miui 14. I recently experiencing that my phone is hot, (well i have been downloading some stuffs). I was curious with my battery status so i downloaded this ampere and some battery health check. My battery is unknown. But when i charged it, the status changed into GOOD... Also, I tried to dial the battery check test, but the mb_06 is unknown.. what is wrong with my phone?is there anyone here experience the same issues?
Maybe the OS needs to recalibrate the battery after the reinstall. Give it 2-3 cycles and maybe it works then.
