Install Android 11 based MIUI, e.g. MIUI 12.1.3.0 (if you already have it, skip this step). ROM won't boot without this!
Reboot to recovery, format Data, reboot to recovery again
Wipe System, Cache, Dalvik/ART Cache. WARNING! Do not wipe Vendor, or you'll need to do everything again
Flash ROM and GApps if needed
Reboot and enjoy!
