So im currently a dev for the Zuk Z1 with a msm8974 and im looking out for a new device. So what would be the profit for you guys if i choose this device? Im building many roms like du, aicp, rr etc. What ever i like too and im also interested into building kernels. So now the job for guys here is to convince me to buy this device instead of a Zuk Z2. Tell me how the camera, display etc. is and maybe i choose this device.
Let mebstart wih the camera:
Selfie cam is amazing (sometimes I feel that it's superior than primary camera, but both are fabulous) I have tried clicking photos in Indoor low light gatherings, nice results and HDR is even good
Sound = Speakers are super loud, super clear.
Battery= lasts long, charges even faster ( 1 hour at most)
Development= Stable for MM, will start for nougat now.
Display=bright, vibrang and nice.
LED notification colors=Aditya Bhandari:
Cyan
pink
white
red
Dark Blue
yellow
green
Yesterday my phone landed flat on screen with tempered gkass from 11-12 ft, screen intact and OK, tempered shattered.
Listen bro. There is no need to convince you as it is up to you. We are not recruiting you and obviously the attitude with the line "So now the job for guys here is to convince me to buy this device" doesn't sound good.
Codeworkx, Risabh, yejicson, timesnavigator, etc never asked to convince them. We have better Dev than you with kind attitude. Thanks and at last my opinion for you to don't ever get this device.
Oh sorry i think you understand me wrong. I don't see anything what i do on XDA as a "job". I do this all in my free time and i love to do this and to help out other people. I was just wondering if this device is a good platform to do this stuff. Im sorry, maybe i should choose other words next time instead of "convince".
Best regards
OrdenKrieger

You ask this question because you are in search of something new and here it will get you too a device with lots of potential. So what are you waiting up? Now you know what you have to choose. Come on bro !!! Welcome to our deck ... Let's aboard...
For the LeEco le s3, it's a great phone, feels good in hand, build quality is great also. The snapdragon 652 is very quick. An all around good device, no complaints, it just needs some more stock roms. All the specs are online, they are impressive for the price.

Yes, yes, it's possible to love a phone. Heck, you sleep next to it, don't you? Rate this thread to indicate your love for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, all things considered. A higher rating indicates that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is an incredible phone that you enjoy tremendously. You love it.
Then, drop a comment if you have anything to add!
I give it a 10/10.
It's perfect (for me), it's cheap (paid €208 on Amazon), it's fast enough for my kind of usage (I don't play games, so I don't care if they run well on the phone or not), the camera is not AWESOME but it's still great and I managed to take nice shots with it.
It's been long since I've bought a phone with such a good bang for the buck. :good:
It's not a perfect phone, but amazing for the price. I definitively recommend it. 5/5
Considering price its better than most of the other phones at this price imo 11/10
Just got it yesterday. So far loving it, the battery last quite long, the screen is the right size for my fingers and so far runs pretty smooth.
I haven't installed the update to Android 9 Pie since lots of threads in this forum seem to point at bugs related to the update. What do you say? Should I remain in Oreo for a while or is the update stable enough for standard use?

Hello! Well, the time have come for an upgrade. My S7e's battery is dying too quick and is laggy as hell. Looking for replacements, i have the option to get this phone for pretty much nothing on my carrier. Should i got for it?
My main concerns are the overall performance (CPU and GPU) as i hate laggy phones and battery life, would love a phone that actually gets me through the day. Is the Mate 20 Lite good enough for me?
Will be good to mention for what you use your phone mostly.
Anyway, here are my thoughts.
If you are gaming kind user... Go for other phone. Here you must be play at medium settings on most of the games.
If you are camera kind user... Go for other phone. Here you will got a pretty much a mediocre quality photos. AI camera is much of the marketing trick, To me HDR on back camera didn't work well. You cant install a gCam bcoz of a Kirin soc limitations. After shot processing is poor. Overall camera satisfaction is little below average.
If you are social media kind user... Keep in mind screen dimming issue. You will play much with a brightness slider very often in apps.
If you are easy kind user... If you use a phone mostly for calls, little web browsing, few captures with frends that you watching on the phone... Maybe Mate 20 Lite will fit to you. Battery is the bigger advantage of this device. Will take you more than a day and half with that kind of usage.
I'm sure on this price every phone will have disadvantages, but take a look on Poco F1, Honor play, Asus ZenFone 5, Moto G6 Plus or some Samsung A series.

Thank for your insights! Im more of a gamer. A good camera is appreciated, but not an absolute must. I would like it to be on par with my S7e at least though. I will see what i can do then. Seems like this phone isn't the one for me. The Honor Play seems nice but its not available on my carrier/country.

I would say it's a downgrade man! Try to grab a Mate 10 PRO at least!
Hello everyone !
I own a Mate 9. I was happy to have it at the beginning but I admit that I love Huawei less and less. I was really disappointed by their desire to prevent the unlocking. I will definitely not buy a Huawei.
I thank the guy who built PotatoNV and look forward to being able to flash a Lineage OS. My tests are so far unsuccessful ...
Take care of yourself.

Huawei Mate 9
Hauwei announced the Mate 9 in Munich in November 2016. This addition to the Mate line features a 5.9" FHD IPS LCD display, Huawei's own HiSilicon Kirin 960 chipset, with a 2.4GHz octa-core CPU, which Huawei claim to be the highest performing smartphone processor of its time, and Mali-G71 GPU...

Hello,
All initial reviews show some spontaneous performance lags and a rather not so satisfying camera. As the phone is now on January 2022 update, have things become better?
Thank you

hi, what performance lag are you referring to? what is wrong with the camera? in comparison to my friends samsung S20FE mine looks a LOT better and has a load more detail. it is a 64 MP camera and it is pretty good imo vs the phones I've had this is by far the best. when it comes to performance lag, I'm not sure what you are referring to? is there a game too demanding for the phone? I can run some PS2 games on my phone like DBZ budokai 3, tenkaichi 3, Kingdom hears 2, Digimon rumble arena, digimon Data Squad, Simpsons hit and run and a few others at pretty much 60 fps with a minor dip here and there. Genshin runs better on higher graphics settings since the GPU picks up where the CPU is a little lacking but yeah Genshin is the only game I've found that has some stuttering on this phone so far. don't expect miracles for the price but at the price I paid for it there is nothing that even comes remotely close to it in South Africa
Hi, thanks for your input, I am referring to all reviews you can read about this phone.

yeah, I like the camera but I'm no expert photographer, I've only used the camera for personal use but I love the quality! if the reviews on google by actual users don't go searching for the guy like this one if the guy didn't buy a fake he is delusional.
"Most Worst phone ever. (Camera quality is very bad) Don't buy4 months ago
Most third class mobile. Check the camera before buy this phone. 2mp camera is better than this phone cam(64mp). All reviews will be 0. Realme is better phone from Redmi. Disappointed to buy it. Feedback after using 4months."
still after updates the camera quality is worse. photos remain patchy and washed out. my earlier note 7s pro was 100 times better then this. and yes a 2mp camera is even better then this. please dont buy this phone even in a 2ns sale.
