Please suggest me a auto-call recording app.
Tried couple of them from plays store ,but neither of them were able to work properly (all had a same issue , of one side voice recording only).
Tried to flash RUI dailer
But it had no call recording option.

Maby if restore other Kernel, work properly call recorder program.
It shouldn't be a problem of kernel.
Try to app inj back the soundrecorder apk (app inj > google app).
I have tried this apk with nova v8 on OB P970
1- Total recall 1.85
2- call recorder 1.0
3- record my call 3.3
4- auto call recorder 1.0.9
...but very noisy and useless
i have tried all of the above call recorders nothing works in OB. Can any body sugest me a tested app

Anybody know how to record a call on Xperia SP? I tried so meny different apps but no success...

So? What about SP kernel? Supports recording or not?
I have interesting experience with different apps. Sometimes my voice is OK and the other side is soooo quiet, sometimes my side is OK and the other voice is sooo distorted...
I test all apps for call recording in sp, and finally found best of them
Stock kernel basically don't allow two way call recording, but there is one add-on that make it possible
Just do this:
Download and install call recorder and find ALSA add-on for call recorder
Then choose ALSA as recording method(root required) and BINGO.....
record all call like a charm

As I'm not allowed to post on Froyobread official (witch need to be organized)
I'm still the last version V023b, everything is working fine. Except some random issues with bluetooth notifications..
I was able to record conversation before using All call Recorder, but since I moved to this ROM...
Mic recording works like a charm but Call recording apps are not working !!
Is it relied to DSP manager ?
Any ideas that can help me make some tweaks..

This my first honor phone I came from xiaomi MI mix 2 s and I had a native call recorder built in.
I saw that Indian rom allows call recording.
Is there any tip for recording calls without the phone?
I'll in c432 8.0.0.169 European rom and I want to Know if it's possible to flash an Indian rom on it

There is guide in my signature to change to indian rom but it requires an unlocked bootloader. Root is needed to make the call recording working else you will have to use application from app store
i tested many googleplay call recorder apps and all have bugs like sometime not recording or when upcoming call volume is critically lower yhan outgoing call...only the native call recorder is good and with best quality sound and level and you can activate it to auto record all type of calling from its setup.

//I finally upgraded to Pie and it works great. I had to disable ACR first otherwise it failed with "Error opening device". Recordings are stored in the Voice recorder app but the best thing is that they're accessible even directly from a call log!

Works perfect on my V10. I missed this a lot. Even caller-id is stored.
