I believe you need to downgrade to a stable version (Android 10) and then you can upgrade to stable 11.

Use Stock Fastboot ROMs for OnePlus 7T Pro or Unbrick tool to restore your device to OxygenOS
or create a Rollback ROM by yourself:
Donwgrade ROM (Note: The Phone gets wiped):
01. Extract the downloaded ROM (Example: WinRAR, 7-zip, MiXplorer)
02. Navigate into META-INF > com > android
03. Open the metadata File (Example: Notepad, MiXplorer)
04. Look for Entry "ota-downgrade=no" and change this from "no" to "yes" (Example: ota-downgrade=yes)
05. Look for Entry "ota-wipe=yes" and change this from "no" to "yes" (Example: ota-wipe=yes)
06. Look for Entry "post-timestamp=XXXXXXXXXX" and change this to "9999999999" (Example: post-timestamp=9999999999)
07. Look for Entry "wipe=0" and change this from "0" to "1" (Example: wipe=1)
08. Zip the ROM (Example: WinRAR, 7-zip, MiXplorer)
09. Flash the ROM, done.

No, i am not sure, it was a question, but i just reinstaller with only the first file, given mobile bug, i am looking in the parameters if there is not a data saver to set.

If you only flash first file, (update.zip) the phone boot with activate developer settings by default...
If you flash update.zip and data_full_hw....zip, the phone boot without activate developer settings by default....
In your case its first point.... and you see the last "panel activators" because of developer settings...
There is a data saving function. I think its works.

Guide To ROOT :
1. Firstly flash twrp using Fastboot Method.
2. Then boot into twrp.
3. Now go to "wipe" and click "format data"
4. Then, in recovery simply go back (without reboot)
5. Connect your phone to pc and copy newest magisk zip in root folder of your phone
6. now flash magisk zip file and reboot into system.
Instructions To revert back to N ROMs:
1. Take backup of your data to pc.
2. If you r on stock recovery, wipe everything.
3. If you are on twrp recovery, flash stock recovery and wipe everything.
4. Now open into stock recovery.
5. Now connect phone to Pc.
6. Now sideload any stock rom (full zip).
7. That's it. Reboot the phone.
Enjoy Oreo!!!

Unable to flash. The massage is "target reported max download size of 536870912."
And I am unable to select 1 & 3 option. Only I could slect 2 no option. What may be problem?
its working i flash it with mi flash tool but it was prerooted and from rom-flasher.bat is not working

Bro @JamFlux im sharing my noob knowledge on mi a1 partiton system.
Bro our mi a1 have skip_initfs on kernel side.
Ab partiton use initfs or ramdisk from system partition intead of boot.img the boot.img ramdisk is only there for recovery only and whole root fs is changed on mia1
And selinux policy also devide into various location on system and boot.img. bro u can see chainfire and topjohn theory how they root ab partiton device they expailed every thing on thier thread "they expailed in pixel thread"
Mi 5x dev able to boot our whole system image and boot.img only changes with ramdisk.
U are the creator of epic miui.
I can wait to see miui on our mia1 now u are looking on our mia1 soo im very happy to see u here to develop for our mia1.
After installing ADB drivers still I am not able to flash Oreo. What should I do now. Same massage is there.

How to install?

Added new zip to remove encryption problems credit goes to @Qax555. I did not make this.
Just make sure you must format you data before flashing the zip. Once data is encrypted it cannot be undone.

Just.
1. Download ROM, edge.img and disable-encrypted.zip from link.
2. Reboot into twrp.
3. Wipe.
4. Install ROM and then select install image in bottom right of twrp in install section and flash edge.img to boot.
5. Flash disable-encrypted.zip and magisk.
6. Reboot.

1.) Download zip file HydrogenOS Android 11 Beta 1 3.61 GB from Official server
and copy it to the root of the internal memory
i.e., not in a folder such as Downloads, for example).
2.) Go to Settings> System> System Updates> Click the gear at the top right>
Local Upgrade> Click on the appropriate installation package> Update
3.) After the update is completed, click Restart
4.) The update was successful.
Note:
When u switch back to OxygenOS
your data will be wiped, so be sure to backup first.

You can flash from Open Beta/Stable OxygenOS to HydrogenOS Android 11 Beta 1
and everything will remain, Root and applications, etc.
Just do not forget to disable the modules of Magisk.

Flashed it in twrp worked just fine. Did all format then installed it twice
DO NOT FLASH TWRP AFTER FLASH THIS ROM, or you'll flash the original boot.img from this ROM to get the recovery works properly.

There's no custom recovery works properly with H2OS's boot right now.

You have custom recovery?
Okay, been racking my brain on how to get recovery to work. Tried formatting data in twrp, flashing OOS 11 then the orange fox recovery and still end up stuck with the recovery screen flashing.
