"Samsung Cloud is syncing a large amount of data" - Samsung Galaxy A71 Questions & Answers

Hello,
Sometimes I get a message about Samsung Cloud syncing a large amount of data. When I checked my monthly WiFi data transfer graph, I was surprised to see Samsung Cloud to be using 50GB - 60GB of data:

I have only 2.7GB of data in DCIM folder so I don't know would it sync so much. Is there a way to check details of what data took so much bandwidth?
Thanks

Maybe you enabled Samsung backup.
To check out disable, go to Settings - Accounts and backup - Samsung cloud / Backup data.

What is the 'Other' in storage?

Just a little over 10gb is being taken up by Other when looking through storage in settings. Can anyone break down exactly what is included in it so I can use an explorer and free up some space? Thanks
Other stands for files that are not apps, music, videos/photos or browser downloads. For example if you transfer from PC to your phone navigation maps, games backup data, etc they will appear as Other because the phone doesn't know for what that file type is used for.

It's your OS. Sense takes up that other for 8 or 9 so gb.
use DiskUsage on the playstore to get a detailed look at where your storage is being used

Simple Secure Notes stores your thoughts as encrypted text files, ready to be synced to your cloudspace of choice.
It is available in the Google Play Store for 99 Cents (€/$).
It uses AES256 to encrypt the content of your note and stores it in a .txt file on your device. All you have to do is set an encryption password in the app settings and all your data gets encrypted. You can then use tools like FolderSync to sync your files to the cloud of choice (e.g. owncloud, dropbox, drive, etc.)
I have developed this app because I just needed the functionality to sync my notes from my SmartPhone to owncloud and then sync it to my Tablet.
Please be aware that this app stores the encryption password on your device in the apps shared preferences. These preferences are protected by androids sandboxing unless you have rooted your device. Thus anyone with physical access to your device (rooted or not) can potentially steal that info to decrypt your data. This app is not meant to be used as a protection against local threats.
If you have problems with this app or have something to say, just drop me an email, some say I offer excellent support

It's showing you how much data those apps used before you uninstalled them. They're not still using data.
The apps I uninstalled used very little data. What is with this other users business. Any way to find out if there is another user using data?
Your posts say nothing about other users. You don't read my answers. Before I uninstalled those apps they used maybe 100mb total.
Now I Am Asking a different question. How do I know if my phone has other users?
It's been over 3gb for the past 3 months. The month before was only 30mb. I don't add and delete apps very often.
Thanks for all your help

Question Redmi Note 10 Pro, Battery problem MediaServer

Good evening I've been testing a bit of the ADBFastboot Tool on a given Xiaomi Note 10 Pro for 3 days. Now I have noticed that when the battery is being used, 62% is related ... I have now looked on the net, there are many "possibilities" how to allegedly fix it ... just don't work. I can't force this "app" to close.

it happens cuz there are some corrupt files on your storage, so mediaserver keeps scanning them again and again in order to read them, hence the battery drain.
i solved it by formatting my external sdcard and removing unnecessary/corrupt files from storage.
Have now done a reset to the factory settings, without a SIM card, without an SD card, just logged into Netflix and watched for 3 hours ... Battery on 31%, 68% media server consumption.
