Yep, I changed the flash order.
I moved "fastboot reboot fastboot" to happen right after "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img"
This fixed it for me

should be there considering we have qti ims and Verizon worked on OnePlus 6T with those merges
Seems to be an issue with permissions, when asked if you want to grant location permission the screen becomes unresponsive to touch unless you back out of the settings
Does this rom include customizable volume steps? Does the rom recognize Verizon sim cards?

Hi, i come from another rom;
firstly,i formatted data;
then i flashed oos twice;
thirdly, i flashed Syberia and twrp.zip;
after that, i flashed stock gapps and wipe cache/dalvik, do the "factory reset"
but after these steps, i always booted into recovery.

The only version that works form me is the test version (open_gapps-arm64-10.0-nano-20190920-UNOFFICIAL.zip)

Just reboot phone and then you can setup and it won't be an issue anymore. It's just a little glitch on first boot that happens on custom roms occasionally on this phone I've noticed. Nothing bad though. Just reboot and you'll be good.

This is the best working custom rom for the OP8t so far.
However, I have one thing which is very important to me and unfortunately does not work. > My banking app, it won't let me in, before I used OOS and root and could easily hide the app with HideMagisk, now it doesn't work. Could it be due to the "Hasty" kernel? I have already tried to open the app without Magisk, unfortunately no success.
What could also be improved is the fingerprint sensor, this reacts sometimes super sometimes it does not recognize my finger 5 times in a row.
The battery life is great so far from the feeling, I will record more values over time.
All apps that I used run flawlessly, there are no errors that I noticed regarding the "UI" operation.

I have found the bug about my banking app. It was really the Hasty kernel, I flashed the "Hasty-20210403-1704-instantkebab.zip" to test, the banking app still does not work, then I flashed the "Krieg Kernel [03/18/2021] [AOSP]" and look, it runs like clockwork!

Is there any smart pixels feature in this rom?
On 8t two issues, one the SYSTEM SERVICES keeps crashing and second the call preferences on the sim does not retain the "ask every time" setting loses it after sometime.

Yes that method works fine. Quite a nice smooth rom, fingerprint and face unlock is spot on.

Fingerprint scanner is one thing that's not working well on most ROMs I've tried. I'll give this one a shot then. Thanks.
So far everything running great. Smooth, no hiccups. Fingerprint right on. Idle battery seems great.
Completely off topic, but im on Magisk Canary and pass Safetynet. I hide magisk , but for whatever reason, RSA ID keeps detecting root on this OS (didnt on the previous OS). Should I reinstall this OS and try again? besides that, this is great and nice battery life, so I dont want to revert back again.

Nice rom, easy install, running smooth with no hiccups. Nice customizations. Battery idle drain is good so far.

ShapeShiftOS is a custom-rom based on AOSP that aims to provide a different user interface and experience than any other ROM on the market.
You have to be on xiaomi.eu Stable or MIUI CN Stable before flashing, otherwise IT WON'T WORK
Also, if you're coming from another AOSP based rom you can flash without format data. But if you have issues, format it
First time flash :
1. Flash the Lineage recovery using "fastboot flash boot_ab boot.img".
2. Hold power button and volume up button to reboot into Lineage recovery.
3. In recovery go "Factory reset" then "Format data/factory reset" using volume butttons.
4. In recovery go to "Apply update" then "Apply from ADB" using volume butttons.
5. Flash the rom using ADB: "adb sideload path/to/rom.zip".
6. Reboot and have fun!
Upgrading to a Newer Build:
1. Reboot to fastboot and set the active boot slot to "A" using "fastboot --set-active=a"
2. Boot into Lineage recovery using "fastboot reboot recovery"
3. Navigate to "Apply update" then "Apply from ADB" using volume and power butttons.
4. Flash the update using ADB: "adb sideload path/to/rom.zip".
5. (optional) Flash magisk using ADB: "adb sideload path/to/magisk.zip".
Reboot and voila!
If you get "Unsuccessful boot read error at 47%", don't worry, YOUR ROM FLASHED JUST FINE.

LOS Recovery is on the boot.img
So when you flash boot.img purposed on the OP, recovery is installed

Absoluetly amazing rom and running buttery smooth. the only issue im facing is that super macro doesn't work in the ANX camera but apart from that there is no issues at all. thanks for your hard work

No, Google Pay doesn't seem to want to work even with Safety Net passing and being hidden in Magisk Hide. i've not noticed any issues with Bluetooth, been listening to music through my bluetooth headphones.

Shapeshift won't flash in Twrp as it's all in the payload.bin which has to be sideloaded onto the phone using the lineageos recovery.

Gpay works....just flashed and tried.... Install the hide module from magisk and restart...it works
