On Galaxy A71 (SM-A715F) with carrier provider Cosmote (Greece), I wanted to change CSC code to Thailand (THL) having call recording enabled.
So first flashed with patched Odin3 v3.14.1 only "HOME_CSC_OMC_OLM" file from Thailand (THL) rom downloaded from here...

Then with SamKEY changed CSC to THL (Thailand) and call recording is OK.
But now I have THL/THL,THL/EUR that means carrier provider is from Thailand (THL)
I have carrier provider Cosmote (Greece) so how get back to THL/EUR,EUR/EUR ?
I don't want factory reset.
I dont think it has anything to do with your carrier provider, you cant make calls or whats the problem

I have a Note 8 New Zealand version bought from Spark
When a Spark SIM is inserted to the phone, the VoLTE option pops up as a toggle under Mobile Settings. When I plug in a Vodafone SIM in it, the option disappears.
All functionalities are present except that.
I've tried installing the latest firmware from Vodafone but it remains the same.

I've installed different stock ROMS (using Odin) from different countries including, Australia, UK (BTU), Germany, France, and OXM ROM. I'm out of options. I've also tried the CSC changer that I've seen on a s20 forum but it didn't work. Anybody knows how to enable this option for the device?
According to the website, it should support VoLTE

hello I tried to change the CSC on my Samsung so that I could record calls, my original CSC was xeo Poland. after uploading CSC from Israel, TUR / TUR TUR / TUR appeared but this is not CSC from Israel but from Turkey ... why? When I tried to go back to xeo, now CSC: TUR / TUR, TUR / EUX / XEO .... wtf

yeah flash only the HOME CSC file from the India region, make sure firmware version is the same
If you're trying to get call recording, flash Indonesian CSC (XID), it did work on my XEO phone just fine.

how to get the ILO CSC?
rom archives are multi CSC so what you downloaded for Israel is gonna cover a few countries in the same region. without you having a SIM card from Israel in the phone I'd imagine it's using some other parameters to guess. the frequency bands you're currently using might determine which CSC you get because it's the closest match for example. I'm guessing there but I can't think of another reason right now.

I am willing to change my CSC region, but I am confused about which CSC has the most features unlocked, currently using EWE1 Germany CSC (DBT), I also have E-SIM. but if there is nothing more better than German CSC (DBT) I will stay with the German CSC. I would like some suggestions.
