When a video call is received via Whatsapp, the pop up camera is automatically turned on. How can we solve this?
Sample: Like minutes 2:56-3:01
On Whatsapp video call I found why it turned on the pop up camera automatically. How can we solve it?
If we add whatsapp to the "black list" section in the notification windows, the pop up camera opens automatically in video call.
The pop up camera does not turn on automatically if it is removed from the blacklist.
But this time, whatsapp messages come as a notification window.

Must have: There should not be a notification window for Whatsapp messages, but a notification window for video calls.

I prefer to use Google Messenger for texting, as opposed to the stock Samsung Messages app.
Anyways, only one issue that bugs me with Google Messenger, when I get a new text, it does not turn the screen on. I hear the notification sound just fine, but I have to turn the phone, to see the message on the lock screen.
Is there an option to have Google Messenger activate the screen on with an incoming text ?

Hello! I found an unpleasant WhatsApp bug. Using Google Now to send a whatsapp message, is shown correctly on whatsapp but not sent, remains in the "queue" with the clock icon but if you open the application of whatsapp or you get a message from someone at that point is sent, this does not always happen but it happens especially after a few minutes for whatsapp is not opened / used, it seems that the application goes into standby output. Unfortunately this problem limits also the use of whatsapp on a smartwatch Android wear because the response to notifications happens through the voice service of google now.
This happens when you want send new message. Replay always work.
Dear friends,
I would like the incoming call (while the phone is not in use) to appear as a popup or at least allow me to ignore it.
For now, if the note8 is not in use, the incoming call takes full screen and prevent any activity until I reject or answer it. This issue is extremely annoying as I just want to be able to ignore the call = put in background etc. and let's say unlock the phone with fingerprint and open home screen to check notifications etc.
I could not find any app which allows this option, any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
Thanks.

Just press the home button. The phone app will be minimized while the phone is still ringing. You can then do other things on the phone.

My issue with pressing the Home button is that it also dismisses anything that I'm working on. I'm sometimes in the middle of a lovely YouTube video or movie when I get these annoying calls that I can always return at a later time. I want the thing I'm looking at presently to remain on-screen and continue to function as normal. Incoming calls disrupt Whatsapp voice notes I'm recording and Camera videos I'm recording with the native camera app.
Sometimes I receive notifications at times but sometimes I have to open the apps to receive the notification this is mostly happening in whatsapp and Instagram and I've enablled. All the options from. Neo safe , can someone assist?

It appears to be a bug. I have the same thing with my email app and messaging. I'll look online for a fix
Removed vivo.pem via adb, done all the notification stuff, enabled auto start, battery optimization to high usage, background pop ups enabled, but no notification for voice and video missed calls, whatsapp text messages are being displayed.
While receiving a voice call, the whatspp dial screen is displayed, but after end, no notification for this.
Any ideas?
I have very quite similar symptoms. Try disabling the dark mode. Worked for me somehow.
