CSC Change: Model R845U -> Model R845F - Samsung Galaxy Watch 3

Firstly, thanks to a lot of help from @Nmc_alves® @adfree @[email protected] and @technoproz (Link here). As well, most, if not all, of the files are provided by these guys & a big shoutout to them!
Purpose of this post is to put the information all into one for SM-R845 and other things that I've come across that may help others too.
Converting from R845U to R845F [using sample scenario: R845U XAR (US) to R845F ITV (Italy)]
Prepare by downloading the following files:
Wifi NetOdin - (Click here - uploaded by Adfree)
COMBINATION-FT55_R845USQU1ATL2_clean_v1.zip (Click here - uploaded by kebez)
R845FXXU1CTJ5_Tizen_4File_CSC (OXA).zip (Click here - uploaded by kebez)
SDB tools (Click here - uploaded by Adfree)
Prepare Watch
1. Switch to Connect Wifi, always on (just in case),
2. Software -> Software Version. Press multiple times to turn on Developer Mode.
3. Turn on Debugging Mode.
4. Hold Back & Power button until you see the Reboot Mode. Use power button to scroll to Download (Wireless), and hold power button to select.
5. In wireless download mode, double press the power button to change the mode to act as a hotspot.
PC
6. Open NetOdin
7. On PC, connect Wifi to SM-R845. NetOdin should turn green.
8. Under AP, place the combination firmware. Once completed, give it time for the watch to set up.
Watch
9. Go to Connections, Wifi, and select Always On. Connect to same wifi network as your PC.
10. Note down your IP Address: 192.168.Y.Z
11. Reboot your watch to make sure it is connected to same wifi network.
PC
12. Unzip SDB tools and run version based on your PC.
13. Go to Data/Tools and open ansicon.exe
14. Type the following to pull files:
a. sdb connect 192.168.Y.Zb. sdb root onc. sdb pull /csa/csc/csc-active-customer.infd. sdb pull /csa/imei/prodcode.dat15. You should see 2 files in the same folder: csc-active-customer & prodcode. Open these 2 files using notepad, make the following edits and save:
a. In the csc-active-customer file, change XAR to ITVb. In the prodcode file, change SM-R845UZKAXAR to SM-R845FZSAITV16. Type the following to push files back in:
a. sdb push csc-active-customer.inf /csa/csc/b. sdb push prodcode.dat /csa/imei/
Watch
17. Go to Reboot Mode again. Select Download (Wireless). Double press to go to AP mode.
PC
18. Open NetOdin.
19. Connect Wifi to watch (SM-R845F-xxx). NetOdin will turn green once again.
20. Extract the original firmware R845FXXU1CTJ5_Tizen_4File_CSC (OXA).zip. Files are labelled so place into BL, AP, CSC accordingly. CP is the modem (I placed added it in for completeness so that the entire 4 sets are of the same firmware but will still work even if you do not flash it) Double check, and then flash away.

Q&A
1. How do you figure out what firmware to choose for your region?
Use the link as a starting reference
https://doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-R845F/ITV/doc.html
a. use either R845U or R845F
b. type in your region code.
If the combination is correct, you will see build information and firmware pertaining to your intended region.

"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
2. So now that I know which firmware to target, is it 100% certain that by flashing that firmware, I will be able to switch to that region?
Not true.
In the case of TGY, there was build information provided (https://doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-R845F/TGY/doc.html).
I would assume going thru all the steps above with TGY and flashing the upload firmware CTJ5 would yield my intended goal. It was not true. You need to actually download the firmware itself, use .7z to open the csc.img (see below).
What this means is that although TGY has a firmware version CTJ5, the uploaded package provided does not have that region!! Download and inspect the file yourself. If you did proceed with the combination/sdb/flash, you just won't have the region you want no matter what you typed in for the .inf & .dat files.
3. Now that I've flashed from R845U to R845F, I want to go back to R845U. Which combination file do I use?
I used the R845F combination file provided by @Nmc_alves and failed at the very end (not sure why). Scared the crap out of me as the Samsung logo appeared and the software was stuck. Don't panic and reboot back to wireless download mode. I used the original R845U combination file and was successful. I cannot explain why but what I did that worked.
4. I have CSC Region A installed and I want to switch to CSC Region B, do I need to go thru the combination file or can I just start from the steps involving SDB pull/push?
I went through the beginning with the combination file. Of course, if your firmware has both Region A & B, then all you need to do is do a reset (eg. CTJ5, going from Italy to Sweden).
5. Now that I've flashed R845F CTJ5 firmware, why am I not able to update it?
Good question. I don't know. I went thru from R845U BTK2 ->R845F CTJ (SWE) -> R45F BTH4 (XSA) by flashing only BL, AP, CSC and wasn't able to push for FOTA. I even used NetOdin and flashed in CP for BTH4 (XSA) and still wasn't able to push. My mistake could have been flashing from CTJ5 to BTH4 using NetOdin directly.
I reflashed the combination file, sdb command, picked the intended firmware and flashed BL, AP, CSC and CP. Got the FOTA notification and updating to DUC2 as we speak.
6. Can you manually update firmware? Also, rather than waiting for FOTA update, can I flash to a higher firmware version.
You can. Have to make sure it is available and double check the CSC file for the region just to be safe.

thanks for your reply. I have paid and downloaded it, but when the step 6 is finished, the device reboots continuously, it seems it's not customized

?
Can you give more details?
A
Maybe you took old Firmware and now you are in Security Trap... because f&5ing Rollback Prevention blabla...
Latest leak I can see is:
COMBINATION-FT55_R855USQU1AUA3.tar.md5
B
In Firmware packages for LTE is additional folder with additional file... this makes trouble in old neOdin...
netOdin is meanwile 4 or 5 years old...
And only 1 Version leaked...
Code:
meta-data -->crap folder
1.mf ------->crap file
This is why I remove this folder from TAR files...
Best Regards

Can someone confirm if changing CSC to Italy will enable ecg, blood pressure and samsung pay?

I basically took the file you provided.
Used .7z to extract all the files and folders within
Deleted Meta-data folder (with 1.mf file contained within)
Repackaged everything back to .tar
You can download and compare the file and your original file to double-confirm that only meta-data folder was removed.

If your watch came with the box (and have yet to update the firmware), the firmware should be listed on the back of the box as well.

And how much bricked?
You are sure Download WiFi is still alive?
C
You have access to latest LEAK:

Hmm... if you knew exactly which apps you deleted, you might be able to find them in another ROM and just adb push them back to the tab.
Otherwise, at this point, I would suggest a re-stock (take the tab back to factory settings via re-flash).
Which tab do you have exactly, and what Android OS were you running? For example, I have a Galaxy Tab 7" P1000 GSM (T-Mobile) and I used to run Gingerbread (2.3.3)
thanks
mine is a Galaxy Tab 7" P1000 GSM (ORANGE) on Gingerbread (2.3.3)
I know I uninstalled z4root but honestly cant recall what else.
How easy is it to restore?
Not sure how I reflash it?
Hmm, I'm not too sure if you need root or not to do an adb push, but it's pretty much:
Download app to computer, plug tab to pc, open cmd and do adb push FILE.apk
You'd need android SDK though prior to that and platform tools.
As for re-stocking, you can either use Odin (samsung's phone/tab flashing tool) or Heimdall (open-source flashing tool). In any case though, Team Overcome made a nice guide for restocking that should work with Odin.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1317384
In short, you want to have Samsung's drivers installed, reboot your tab and put it in download mode, download the files needed to re-stock from that thread, open Odin, enter the gt-p1000 pit for pit, GB-stock-safe-v5.tar for the pda, and a modem for modem, then start flashing
I also made a nice guide involving Heimdall re-stocking here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1508703
wow
bit too complicated for me I am afraid.
I am grateful for your reply, but I could not do that.
Looks like my TAB is useless now
It's not really too hard I'd hate to see your tab useless though.
If you had some sort of instant messenging service, I could maybe guide you through the process
thanks but I do not use Instant messaging.
@yyalanyy on twitter is all, but doubt tht could help?
If you could email me any simple [and I mean simple] help to [email protected]ltrans.co.uk I would be very grateful.
I can make you a package zip that will pretty much only require you to install drivers and then run 1 file (I can give you a small walkthrough on how to setup the drivers in email)
It'll take me a little bit to upload it though (I would say 40mins :/). Otherwise, if someone else feels like offering some simple instructions, feel free to do so
That would be great
many many thanks
Actually, download this: http://www.rosanoscorner.com/p1000/downloads/GB-Stock-Safe-v5.zip
And i'll upload my batch file in a bit. You'll just have to extract some things though
---------- Post added at 12:35 AM ---------- Previous post was at 12:16 AM ----------
Here's a guide (it's a bit long, but the steps are really quick)
- You'll also want 7zip installed (WinRAR might also work if it can open .tar), it's a free program for unzipping archives
1. Download that .zip file above and unzip somewhere
2. Download my archive here and unzip somewhere: http://www.mediafire.com/?pdpy59z6bdej6wb
3. In my folder, there is a Drivers folder, go in it
4. Run SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones (if it says drivers are already installed, then close it)
5. Reboot tab into Download Mode (shut it off and unplug from charger/computer, hold Vol-Down button and power)
6. Plug tab into computer
7. Go to the Drivers folder in my folder and open zadig
8. Options > List All Devices
9. Select Samsung USB Composite Device

}
10. Hit Install Driver (accept any prompts you see about unsigned drivers)
11. If it's successful, close it
12. Unplug tab and plug it back into computer (on the same USB port)
13. Go to the folder you extracted GB-Stock-Safe-v5.zip at
14. Find the folder called JPZ Modem (for anyone else following this, use the modem of preference)
15. Go into it, take the modem.bin, put it into my folder (my folder with the .bat and heimdall stuff)
16. Go back to the GB stock folder
17. Open GB_Stock_Safe_v5.tar (7-zip should open this like an archive)
18. Drag every file in that .tar to my heimdall folder
19. Run flash.bat in my folder
20. Do not do anything with the tab until it's done
21. Once the tab is done, you should be in recovery. You have to (i think) use the volume buttons to scroll up and down in the menu, but you have to wipe data, and then reboot to system
22. Done
I'll be here if you need any help still
hi
i have followed your instructions. when I run the flash,bat a cmd window opens, tells me to press any key but nothing happens?

Hmm, it should be starting Heimdall and starting a 1-2min flashing process. Not too sure why it wouldn't actually work though
Try running it again and then when it says press any key, Right-click anywhere in command prompt > select all, and then when everything is selected, press Enter. Then copy/paste that into a post here
C:\Users\alan acer\Desktop\helpsamsung\Re-stock (Heimdall)>heimdall flash --repa

s factoryfs.rfs --pit gt-p1000_mr.pit --modem modem.bin --param param.lfs --sec
ondary-boot Sbl.bin --kernel zImage
C:\Users\alan acer\Desktop\helpsamsung\Re-stock (Heimdall)>pause
Press any key to continue . . .
its approaching 1.00am here so I must get some sleep.
Thanks for your help
I will have another try tomorrow
Thanks you
Hmm, how many files are in your Heimdall folder and how big is the folder? I think you should have about 15 files in the folder total, equaling 391MB
Edit: Just saw your message about you heading to bed, night
think thats the problem.
After using 7zip on your download there are only 6 files totalling 28mb ?
Hi
Tried it again and it worked!
So pleased thank you for all of your help
Problem now is different as it is now NOT rooted.
and it seems very laggy now.
I have tried Z4 root and it fails
I have tried superone click and that fails at stage 6
Any ides?
Would it be best via ODIN?
Hmm, thought I hit reply earlier but guess not :/
Anyway, with Odin, the only thing that is different is that it automatically wipes data/factory reset and wipes internal SD instead of you having to manually do this. Generally, Odin is slower as well too, but it does work
As for Root, hmm, not too sure what can be done about this. I can't recall me actually rooting Gingerbread (maybe someone else can shed some light on this?) I always flashed a custom ROM right after I re-stock, and most (if not all) custom ROM's offer Root instantly
No worries. At least my tab is useable again now. I would once again like to thank you for the help and time that you have given to me.

Hard Brick on Asus ZenPad S8 (Z580CA) or Z580C

HARD BRICK NO MORE!!! Asus ZenPad S8.0 Fix
I made the sad retarded mistake in updating a manual zip file thru CMW... I know retarded... anyways this caused the tablet to Hard Brick bootloader only with very little options, you might even have your serial number showing up as all 1's.
Usually this isn't a big deal sadly this tablet gets little to no love on the internet it seems... This is a guide to help anyone un-brick their tablet
Step 1. First this is more of a windows 10 issue than anything but some driver installs thru the Asus Flash Tool might fail.. something to do about Driver Certificates, so you'll want to disable that on your Win 10.. here a tutorial link for more youtube link HERE
Step 2. Installing the proper Drivers if you haven't already, which will all be in this zip folder HERE
Make sure you installed the ADB-Setup | Intel Android Drv Setup | Asus Android USB Drivers | Asus Flash Tool Installer 1.14
Step 3. Next you'll want to download the .raw file for the ZenPad can be found HERE
Step 4. Open your Asus Flash Tool Installer, boot up your device in the boot mode. (Hold Down the Volume Up + Power ) till you see a little android man with a hardhat.
Step 5. Plug in your device and you should see your device show up as shown HERE, next you'll want to select the model in the model drop down.... Z580C or Z580CA.. then select file. Now if it only lets you select zip thats okay. On the open file dialog box you'll see you can type in the file, simply type in the file path of the .raw file. Once you have that check on Erase Content which will erase all your internal content, and hit flash... let it run until the blue light on the program is green and has flashed succefully.
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Now you may still get on a bootloop when it restarts, if that happens simply again restart in boot loader screen and do a hard reset and you'll be good to go! Afterwards just throw that new Marshmallow update in the internal and restart .. and you'll device will ask if you want to update now u got your tablet back and Marshmallow!!! I hope this helps if you have any troubles with the links, images please feel free to let me know pm or reply to this post!!! Best of Luck!

Just followed the guide and after a little tinkering was able to get it to work. You don't need to change the file extension.
A few additional notes:
-to install the asus android drivers (not sure if it's even necessary but), open the ASUS_Android_USB_Drivers folder, then the android folder, then right click android_winusb.inf and select install.
-in the asus flash tool, after you select model, the location of the raw file and wipe, make sure you click on the SN to select the device. I didn't do this the first few times and it didn't do anything.

ASUS Flashtool doesn't start flashing
Hi all, apprechiated all the posts above however, came across another issue when trying to downgrade from MM 6.0.1 to Lollipop
1. Hooked up my Z580CA tablet as described above.
2. ASUS flashtool recognized my device (right serial number and blue light on)
3. I was not able to put in the raw-file location, only (neither with backslash or without)
4. When pasting path and including backslash I was able to select the raw file (H:\EDV\Tablet\Android 5 LP\RAW\Z580C_all_WW_user_V4.6.1.raw was quoted in the file name window)
5. When I hit start, the flashtool ask for confirmation upon wiping data.
6. Nothing happens
Does anybody have a clue what went wrong
These instructions do not work for Ubuntu. I find it very hard to believe that there is only a Windows version of the flash tool available.
Does anyone know how to upgrade again to MM after flashing this rom?
EDIT: CAUTION People, there seems to be no way to upgrade back to MM after flashing this ROM.
Yes you can upgrade

And you did this by downloading the .zip file from Asus Support? Then you placed it on the internal memory of the Zenpad? Unzipped or zipped?
EDIT: Until someone more senior comes to this thread and confirms that they have a. Used the provided .raw file, and b. updated afterwards with the precise steps i'm very much questioning this .raw file legitimately.

Did you made an factory reset after installing lollipop on fastboot mode?
Switch your device off. Turn it on by pressing volume up and powerbottom at the same time.
When the little androidman appears you can stop pressing both bottoms.
Choose factory reset with volume bottom and confirm with power bottom.

When the little androidman appears you can stop pressing both bottoms.
Choose factory reset with volume bottom and confirm with power bottom.

I just did this, this is my second tablet by the way, I returned the other one and this second one also does NOTHING when trying to update.
Its a shame really, its a great product but the lousy support on Asus side does little to inspire to again purchase from them. Honestly who rips out multiple user support on a tablet?
I'm all out of options to be honest, I have tried everything even variations on suggested sulotions but nothing works to make the update pop up.
This .raw file to me is broken when there is no way to update beyond that. But I need multi user support so I guess ill just stay on 5.0.

Probably you still on lollipop by this version "Z580C_all_WW_user_V4.6.1.raw" from the tutorial . Get from asus usa website the "UL-P01M-WW-4.7.1.0-user.zip" and update to latest lollipop version . Then it might update again to mm.
Here the link

This zip file also doesnt register, nothing pops up and no, when pushing the update button it also does nothing.
It would seem that the OP provided a nice 5.0 raw file that renders your tablet un updateble.
I'll be returning this tablet and going for the only available option in the netherlands the samsung 8 incher.
Z580C tablet is bricked, it happened on update, I think battery was too low. Screen is black all the time, under windows device manager it connects as other devices, MOOREFIELD device with no drivers and I can hear from windows sounds that it reboots after some time. All post #1 drivers are installed.
Please help.
Thank you

Had the same problem and what I did to make it work was.
1. Lunch Asus Flash Tool
2. Connect device in download mode (volume up + power)
3. Wait for device to be visible in Asus Flash Tool ( Serial number + blue dot) - you may need to restart tablet using reboot droidboot
4. Select model number
5. Point to raw file and choose to erase data (accept the prompt )
6 Hit Start
What I also did prior to that was factory reset of tablet
hope that helps you

How to make Combination File for Samsung

Nowadays I have noticed that to unlock FRP lock in Samsung mobile there is need of combination file. It is very hard to find a combination file for the latest Android version. Mostly I use ******* to download the file. but now we can make our combination file with a stock firmware.
MOD EDIT: LINK REMOVED
First, download the FRP Hijacker by Haggard V1.0
Now install the FRP Hijacker after successfully install the FRP Hijacker
Open FRP Hijacker you will see the SAM TOOLS tab click on it
You will see the Create ADB Enabled File
Choose the Stock file in the file tab
Click on create a file it will take around 5 minutes to create combination file
After finish the process you will the see a zip file in the same folder.
Use latest Odin to flash this file
In case this file bricked the Samsung device flash the stock file.

Nice tutorial and very useful, but I have 5 files in the stock firware downloaded from samobile.What file should I select? AP, BL, CSC or CP?
Thanks
I have tried using AP file ... but it generated a 19 MB combination file .. while i see everywhere that the combination files are 1+ GB. @how2solutions Can you please let us know how to create combination file from multiple firmaware files (like we have now AB,BL, CP, CSC?) thanks!

Hello.
I have tried with AP only, but it creates a combination file of about 20 MB, while all other combination files have 1.2 GB.
I have looked into the files, and the small one has only boot image, while the other has all the images.
It doesn`t work for Samsung Galaxy S9, S9+, Note9
Ah. Ok. Does someone knows how the combination files are created for this devices?

Same for me,i have Samsung S8+
I guess this is for adb enable with flash to bypass frp lock not a real combination file.

It is the ADB enabler, when i flashed my stock firmware it came out only 20 mb when the stock rom is like 1.8 GB .....
I have seen a lot of combination files for n960u and u1. But it seems you only need this to solve FRPs and google locks. do these combo files have anything to do with root? Seems not. But what about EFS folder access? Can anyone enlighten me?
If I flash a combo firmware in my phone that is not locked in anyway will I brick it?
This tool is not to create combination rom
It is the tool to open adb
I can't get the stock rom
because boot.img.ext4 in the rom will not be able to unlock ADB
ie you have to choose COMBINATION rom
This tool will extract boot.img.ext4 from combination rom
form a TAR file, you can flash this file to unlock ADB
MEANING FOR THE COMBINATION OF THE WHOLE FLASH, THIS TOOL IS EXTRACTED BOOT.IMG
you will be able to open ADB, maybe FRP)
But I think this way will not work on new phones, because when you flash BOOT.IMG, the phone will be hung on the logo.

Every time I attempt to flash an official Samsung Combination file to my SM-A516U, I am greeted with a message telling me I need permission to use an official binary (PIT). So, I use a the correct PIT file for my mobile and I'm told I need permission for official binary (BOOTLOADER). I'm guessing the bootloader is locked? Any body else attempting to make progress with the A series?

.backup file

Hello,
So my phone was stuck in bootloop and thus, I created a backup in my SD card. The files are shown as 13 files of 2GB size each with an extension ".backup" Anyone has any idea on how to combine these files and access the data inside on PC. The data is very important. Thank you!

Crosspost from https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/moto-e4-plus-restart-loop.4241427/
I've had numerous Moto devices and have never seen any backup options in stock recovery., so I haven't any idea what format these are using.
readback stock recovery from SP Flash Tool and flash TWRP. also readback metadata partition (crypto footer). do not unlock bootloader because encryption is bonded to bootloader state. if you are lucky TWRP will work on locked bootloader. TWRP will decrypt your data so you can backup everything

How to do this? USB debugging and OEM are not ON in my phone. I saw some tutorial on YouTube, but it requires USB debugging.
Can't I use those userdata_*****.backup files?
usb-debugging is another option to access your data (can be enabled in boot.img)
SP Flash Tool is for preloader mode, no usb-debugging required

wait, you did factory reset already? in that case crypto footer is reset too. backup is encrypted and therefore useless unless crypto-footer is restored.
you said you restored backup, are you sure? does the phone boot into lock screen like before and is pattern still the same?

Yes, the password is still the same. It's like the phone is again in the same condition with the same issue of boot loop.
I saw some tutorial on SP flash tool and what I did was:
1. Downloaded the SP flash tool
2. Downloaded TWRP recovery specific to my phone
3. Opened flash tool, went to download, clicked on scatter loading, selected the file and then clicked on download and connected my switched off device to the PC via USB
But, nothing happened after that.
My phone started charging, but nothing else happened.
I thought drivers weren't installed, so I went Driver Autoinstaller folders (there were 2 of them) and clicked on Driver Install, but it showed me this

}
Then I clicked on finish and it showed this
When I went to the second folder, it showed me this
Is it because of this, that my device is not detected by this flash tool, and if yes, what can I do?
Yes it's driver issue. Disable driver signature enforcement and reboot. open device manager, connect phone and immediately select yellow triangle. install inf manually with let me pick option
you should not flash TWRP without a backup of stock recovery. Do a readback first. Also it is important the scatter file is matching your current partition layout. therefore you should analyze the result. if you are able to extract ramdisk with AIK then you have successfully dumped stock recovery (and can proceed with next step flashing twrp)

Understood before the readback thing. What is readback? I saw the tab in flash tools, but didn't get what it was? Can you please tell how to do that? (sorry for irritating, as I said I am a noob )
And how to analyse the result part? I didn't get the "extract ramdisk with osmosis AIK"
Is there any tutorial video that you know of, if yes, kindly send the link please coz I don't understand these terms.
And thanks a ton for this!!!
on readback tab delete all entries. add one entry for EMMC_USER. give meaningful file name recovery.img. enter length and start address in hex (refer to scatter file). start readback and connect phone.
Disable Antivirus program and download AIK. copy recovery.img into AIK directory and execute unpackimg.bat. enable Antivirus when done

How To Guide [GUIDE][UNBRICK] Realme 8i/Narzo 50 Unbrick Free without Auth [RMX3151][RMX3286]

Hello everyone! So after the new mediatek DAA and SLA protection bypasses you can find github repo of here , using the bypass we are able to use SPFlash Tool, here is a guide how you can do it! This guide is for RMX3151 (Realme 8i) and RMX3286 (Narzo 50) ONLY. DON'T DO ANY OF THESE IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING ELSE!
ALWAYS USE DOWNLOAD ONLY MODE OF SP FLASH TOOL.
DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING RELATED TO FORMAT ON SP FLASH TOOL! (IT'S WRITTEN EVERYWHERE, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR IMEIS IF YOU USE FORMAT ALL + DOWNLOAD. YOU ARE SAFE IF YOU USE DOWNLOAD ONLY.)
Windows Method
Requirements:
Bypass Tools Pack - (DRIVER AND BYPASS FILES)
SP Flash Tool
Decrypted OFP (OPPO FIRMWARE PACKAGE) Files:
FULL FIRMWARE - INCLUDES THE "USERDATA" PARTITION, HENCE LARGER.
A.32 (Indian) - Mega | GDrive
A.32 (Global) - Mega | GDrive
A.30 (Indian) - Mega | GDrive
These firmwares are from Realme 8i but will work for Narzo 50 also (I will add Narzo 50 firmwares soon)
Install Python from Windows Store
libusb-win32 - Having Issues? Use this.
Get usbdk installer (.msi) from here and install it
1) Extract the zip
2) Go to driver folder, find the .inf file right click and press install.
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
3)Download this file and install it, after installing power off phone and connect to pc while holding Vol+- (don't leave the buttons after connecting) . You might need this driver as well if it's not detected.
Press next, connect your device to PC while holding Vol+- buttons (your device needs to be powered off, and don't leave the buttons) and you will see the mtkdriver down below. Install it.
Choose MediaTek USB Port and install it.
4)Then run the brom.bat under Bypass folder.
5) Now power off the phone and connect the phone while holding volume + and - (Don't leave the buttons until the bypass is done)
6)After the above step Go into Flash Tool folder and open the SPFlash tool go to Options>Option
Click on Connections and select UART and set Baud Rate to 921600
7) after that choose scatter file and also if not set, set your download-agent. You don't need to select auth file as authorization is disabled. Once you do it, it should look like this. ALWAYS MAKE SURE DOWNLOAD ONLY MODE IS SELECTED! DON'T SELECT OTHER MODES!
Make SURE "Download Only" is selected. Don't select ANYTHING ELSE! You will lose your IMEIs, Serial Numbers, Capability of Hardware Attestation etc. if you choose "Format data + Download" make SURE you selected "Download Only".
8) Uncheck oplusreserve2 first. Now, you can start downloading with the button and after that a checkmark will appear. You can reboot your phone and use it like before now! All your userdata will (inevitably) be cleared!
After flashing it should look like this. Download has been complete. Enjoy!
Notes :
After this phone might not boot due to encryption, you can do any of the below procedures to format your data and boot your phone
1. In case you can access recovery by holding volume and power button - Wipe all data from recovery and reboot
2. In case you cannot access recovery, power off phone then enter this command in mtkclient :
Code:
python mtk e metadata,userdata,md_udc
and connect phone while holding both volume buttons. After this just reboot phone
Also note that first boot takes some time, so don't panic leave it for few minutes it'll boot

Why do you have another phone identified in the last screenshot.?And when the firmware reaches the file oplusreserve2.img gives an error that I posted yesterday?Take a look at the screenshot above.
And this is not a firmware, it takes a minute.Does not flash the super partition.You can just flash the stock files to recover and THAT's IT.
