Question Weird unlock bootloader status - Xiaomi Mi 11

I just flash 12.5 update using flash_all_except_storage.bat, reboot, flash patched magisk boot.img.
The weird thing, the status in "Mi Unlock status" is locked (previously unlocked).
But I still see unlock symbol when I reboot, and magisk works just fine.
Should I be worried ?

FRP Locked

I think I messed up quiet a bit. I wanted to roll back from Lineage OS 14.1 to Emui 5.0 (I obviously didn´t make a backup ). So the first thing I did is flash Moonlight v3.5 but when I finished the setup I noticed that the camera app was missing. So I got the idea to flash the stock rom per dload, but It gave me the error Firmware Missmatching and now, when I boot into fastboot mode it says FRP Lock in green Text and i couldn´t do anything with fastboot commands or TWRP(Bootloader still unlocked). Then I got the brilliant idea to flash the stock recovery. And then nothing worked anymore (No dload, no recovery, erecvery says getting package info failed). Is there a way to unlock that FRP Lock without using DC Unlocker/DC Phoenix? Because when i manage to unlock FRP Lock i can flash TWRP again and install stock Rom properly.
Model: EVAL-AL10
Bootloader: unlocked
FRP: locked
Firmware: none (I think)

Than go to service center or use DC Phonix

flash rollback package + marshmallow firmware, maybe it works if not: DC Phönix (yes you have to pay 15 bucks to safe a 600 bucks phones, thats ok)

Big problems after bootloop

Hi all
Unfortunately, I'm having serious problems with my new Mi8, which arrived yesterday. It arrived with Global ROM and opened Bootloader.
Switch On, set up, data from the Mi6 pulled by NFC, all tutti. the Mi account I have connected here too.
Then I wanted to play the xiaomi.eu. TWRP installed via "Minimal adb and fastboot", installed via TWRP then the xiaomi.eu-ROM (newest). Has also worked. When setting up the point that I can play back via NFC what was not displayed, or I have overlooked him. Okay, again from the beginning, I thought. Have then reset the phone to factory settings to repeat the device.
Then the phone stuck in the bootloop. Again and again the Mi logo appeared and "unlocked", disappeared and came back, disappeared and came back. I did not get into the TWRP anymore, just into the fastboot.
On advice of different users on FB and another forum I should flash the Global ROM again over the MiFlash tool, which I did then also. Unfortunately I carelessly chose "Flash-and-Lock" and closed the boot loader. Unfortunately, this flash did not work and the phone now only starts in recovery mode 3.0
Due to the closed boot loader, it is not possible for me to install TWRP again, to flash another ROM with MiFlashTool. Also, the Unlock tool does not work, because I get the error message that the device is not linked to my account. I have also tried to install a recovery mod on the Xiaomi PC suite, as the bar remains on the PC but at 0%, on the phone remains the image with the pictured Mi8, after I in the recovery menu "Connect with MiAssistent "selected. Otherwise nothing happens.
With the latest version of the PC suite flashing works, but still boots the box in the recovery mode and the red font remains. Another user in the other forum said that I need the CN version, because on the CN device no EU-Rome is allowed. The CN version is rejected by the PC suite not get verified.
What else can I do. Do you have an idea that helps me getting the phone back on track?
This, for me, is the biggest joke of Xiaomi! Many users are getting stuck in this new policy! That does not exist! A total lack of respect for brand lovers. Let the developers figure out how to reverse this.
try CN Dev version, is latest and best,
forget xiaomi.eu rom lol, almost all they do you can do by yourself within minutes, uninstalling few chinese apps and get google works with googleinstaller_v3. and dev rom have root. just suggestion.
I tried the last cn-version, but the pc-suite dont verify this ROM and dont flash it.

Miflasher dont work, because the bootloader is locked.
To OP and the issue at hand, have you tried the fastboot image to install chinese stable or developer rom? That should flash and allow you to unlock bootloader again.
To the people whining about this policy of Xiaomi, you are buying a product for a different market. There is nothing wrong with their policy and you should wait for global version of the phone if you want global image with locked bootloader. It's a little like complaining that the chinese MMO you play over vpn doesn't have english menus. Well no, it's not for that market.

I tried only the chinese recovery rom for flashing with the pc-suite. The fastboot image, I can only flash with twrp or miflashtool, right? TWRP dont work, I cant boot in it. And miflashtool says, as I tried to flash the global rom, that it isnt allowed to erase a locked device.

Nah, the fastboot image flashes best in my experience if you unpack it, all the way. You will get some folders and .bat files. make sure you have fastboot in either PATH or same directory make sure fastboot detects the image and after that run the flash_all.bat and it should flash it.

That dont work, because the bootloader is locked. Fastboot says too, that it isnt allowed because the lock, same when I try to install twrp on the locked phone.

Downgrade miui 11 to miui 10

I'm getting some random disconnects on wifi after the update to miui 11, so I want to go back to the miui 10. Can someone explain to me how I can do that?
If your bootloader is locked then download fastboot ROM and flash it using mi flash. If bootloader unlocked the usual way.

My bootloader is locked. Can you tell me where to find fastboot ROM and an explanation to do it?
I'd like to go back to miui 10 as well (v2.13). BL unlocked but I have a weird problem when flashing. I can't flash crclist partition (just failed). What you guys think - is safe to try fastboot erase and then flash? Someone had promlem like mine before?
Btw - crclist "image" is just a txt file.

Question Mi11 stuck in bootloop, bootloader locked

Hi, after receiving the phone today i tried following this guide to install custom ROM -
. I got stuck at trying to unlock the bootloader and after trying that for the 3rd time i got a notification that the system is corrupted (or something along those lines) and now it is in bootloop. It can be detected in XiaoMiToolV2, I can also hear that my PC detects it when i plug it in, but i can't find a way to unbrick it. I read that i should wait a week to be able to unlock the bootloader. When trying to unlock it (while in bootloop) I'm getting the same message as before, when the system was still working. Does that mean that I could just wait 7 days and then it would allow me to unlock the bootloader and progress with installing another ROM? Or should I try something else?

Try flash stock - the same rom you had with miflash.....thats the best way for now....can you enter fastboot mode? Volume down+power? If so you are saved then
I tried many times, but whenever i do that it just shows Xiaomi logo and them shows the fastboot image.
About that flash stock - can i do that with locked bootloader? I did try installing another rom and the phone itself is detected but the bootloader prevents me from installing it. I think I'll just wait those 2-3 days left until it's been week since adding the phone to my account and will try to unlock the bootloader. That should work, right?

Yes, you can flash the MIUI stock ROM with a locked bootloader. I'd recommend doing that first.
So yesterday i managed to unlock the bootloader and install the fastboot rom from xiaomi.eu. Everything works great, but I have one question - after the installation i can see that there is newer version in miui system update. Is it safe to update it from there or should i just stick to official roms from xiaomi.eu? Will updating this way revert everything to chinese version (Suggested update is 3.9GB, with the name on MIUI 12.5 V12.5.13.0.RKBCNXM)

Question Please help!!! Redmi Note 10s (rosemary) boot loop after FW upgrade

Hello,
I flashed MIUI 12.5.15 on my Redmi Note 10s using MiFlash Tool and now my phone is stuck on boot loop. I also tried to flash again with SP Flash tool but it is still stuck in boot loop, please help to recover.
My bootloader was unlocked before the flash but now bootloader is locked after the flash
Try Erasing All data.
I already tried multiple times but no luck
Where did you download the rom from, the official site or some 3rd party/beta place? The official stable roms can be downloaded here:
https://c.mi.com//miuidownload/detail?device=1900397
And which version are you flashing, fastboot? Unlock the bootloader again and use the official link to recover your device, I recommend the fastboot method.
If you flash certain roms it will relock the bootloader, they do tell you so read everything, usually it's just with the Chinese roms though.
I downloaded the official fastboot ROM (rosemary_global_images_V12.5.15.0.RKLMIXM_20220114.0000.00_11.0_global). When I am trying to unlock the bootloader again using MiUnlockTool, it is asking to enter Xiaomi account details inside developer options which is not possible as the phone is not able to boot.
I am not aware if there are other options available to unlock the bootloader
Yeah the fastboot version requires the bootloader to be unlocked beforehand, so you'll have to flash the other recovery version that doesn't require the bootloader to be unlocked in this case.

Sorry I don't know as I've not had a locked device before. Can't you just unlink your device on the Xiaomi website and reflash? If you want to re-lock the bootloader I think flashing any of the official chinese roms will do that automatically, then you can just flash another rom after.
I bought the device on a secondary market so I don't know

what Micloud account that it's linked to. If I flash any rom that locks the bootloader, There is a high chance I will be locked out of the phone, due to the Micloud...
You'll probably have to get the original owner to unlock it with their account details. If they won't/can't do it, maybe it's a stolen device.

1. Stuck at the "MIUI" logo for more than 15mins
2. Stuck at the "Redmi" logo
3. Shows the "Redmi" logo but powers off then tries to boot again
4. Keeps booting into fastboot mode
