Hi, i'm agentflemme ( sry i don't want to use my real name here ) and i'm 16. i live in France.
I'm a possessor of a good-but-capricious Umidigi Power 3, which makes good work but tends to refuse some "modifications" (such as rooting, or flashing some custom roms).
I have some experience with phone technology but i have way more experience with computer tech, so i'm here to learn some good tricks and how to use my phone in a deeper way.
Welcome to XDA angentflemme! Enjoy the informational forums with many OEM device sections!
Cheers

My name is Chike, I have actually been getting a great deal of help from this forum, but i decided to register today because of the issue I have with my Umidigi A5 pro. I love tinkering with my device, like I can't use an unrooted device, I have always been able to fix certain issues on my device and colleague's devices because of some of the knowledge I have gotten from here, and with respect to the technological know - how of android phones, it has made me become the proverbial, one - eyed man in the land of the blind.

Hi there,
I'm Nils and I'm frpm Germany. I like to learn new stuff and right now I'm also quite confused about all the new phones out there so I hope to get help finding a new device for myself since my 3year old nokia 7plus is dying.

Welcome to XDA.
You might want to get a used device running on Pie. A lot of needless and detrimental app restrictions on Q and above.
Hi Folks,
Just a quick hello and intro. I'm new to the forum and the development world. I am working a cool project that requires me to learn how to develop and modify applications on my old Android devices. I've got a couple of old Huawei P20 Pros that want to repurpose to become a dash for my motorcycle. The phone won't be the primary controller for the arduino computers on the bike but I want to use the touch screen for inputs when required.
Anyway, I am a complete newbie so the learning curve will be steep but hopefully fun. I hope by joinng this forum, I can learn a thing or two and maybe help others as I learn new things.
Thanks.
Charles.

Hello Charles and welcome to XDA!
Hello everyone,
I may look like a SNK character...but in fact I'm just a little tech enthusiast, I love the phone business and testing different programming.
Lately I managed to reboot an old Nexus 5 (not so easy to find the right stock rom), I had some problems to flash the rom but with good research and all the forums we manage.
See you soon
Welcome to the xda family.

Hello, My name is Tamil and i'm an Android user who also happens to be a curious person in tweaking and exploring the new possibilities of Android. My First visit to XDA Forums was in 2016 when i discovered the android experience of my phone was not optimal and decided to use the availability of custom ROMs myself in my android phone which XDA Forums helped me a lot to learn about custom ROMs and how to do it, properly. Appreciating all of their efforts and work to the welfare of the android community users. Long live their popularity. Always my love and support goes to XDA Forums forever. Thank You, Guys !
