Hello, everybody.
I need your help very much, cause this is only one problem that i can't fix...
The phone can start forever active mode randomly. A large battery drain and the phone becomes warm. Only reboot is helping.
I tried firmwares, custom kernels, but nothing helped.
This problem has got a lot of people and there no fix for that.
Attached files are from Better battery stats.
Greenify and Servicely doesn't help to find a problem. Aggressive doze doesn't help too
Maybe some program loops it's wakelock, idk. I can't find the solution.
Please help.
Or maybe problem with Modem/Wifi firmware?..
This problem was on stock, on custom, everywhere.

I had started a topic where I got wonderful help yet I was not able to fix the issue:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-sp/help/rooted-xperia-sp-12-1-1-205-t2936786/post56680773
I'm extremely irritated now! I have changed my phone twice and got a new one but still there is battery drain. I rooted it, installed Xposed Framework, installed Greenify (Donation), disabled almost all the useless services.. yet I lose almost 2% charge every hour that too in flight mode without even touching my phone!
What is wrong with Xperia SP? Can anyone please help me in solving this problem? Please?
Thanks!
Hi
I recently upgraded to LMY48M (flashed it) on my Nexus and I've been getting this battey drain issue where the battery is draining really quickly, almost half the original life.
I tried googling this issue and learned that this in fact is an issue almost everyone is facing with LMY48M. Is there any fix for this?
I am on that build and not having any issues. You might try booting into recovery and clear cache/dalvik.
Sadly this fixed nothing. Battery still drains after clearing cache.
I know for a fact this isn't a hardware problem though because it works fine on LMY48i
I had same issue and did a factory reset and its fixed it.
Sent from my Nexus 6 using XDA Free mobile app
Radio active bug...,I flashed mine back to 5.1 and everythings fine again.
Have you tried to figure out what's causing the battery drain? There are plenty of tools available to help you determine what's draining your battery. It could be any number of things and you've given us nothing that will allow others to help you.
I don't know a lot about this I'm also new to the forums and don't know how stuff works and what I need to 'provide' in order for you to help me. Kindly name 'those number of applications' that can help me?
OT: I cleared the cache partition and it fixed the problem minorly but still didn't make it perfect like it used to be.
Also factory reset which again; might've helped but only a bit because the battery although is better than it used to be, but still isn't running perfect like its suppose to.

Nothing to figure out there. Radio stays active, even when youre in wifi. I only flashed 5.1 and it went away, just as I wrote in my comment.
"Radio active" is meaningless, since the radio is on a separate chip from the CPU.
Go into your battery screen, tap on the graph, check the WIFI activity bar. I've occasionally seen it where if you turn on your wifi AT ALL, and then turn it off, it keeps on being "on" until you reboot.
You can also go into your wifi advanced settings and turn OFF "Scanning always available". Not sure if that fixes the problem of it staying on or not, but doing that also is likely to help with wifi power consumption.
According to BBS, GSAM, and the native battery monitor, my radio isn't on all the time using LMY48M.
Hello
Please help me! I have a problem about battery saving
I sleep when my phone is 100 percent then to 70 percent in the morning !
I dont think normal procedures
Please guide me what to do ?
I 've installed many official ROM and the situation continues!
My phone model number is:N920CD
Plese take a screen shot from this place of your note5:

Tnks
If you rooted before then no deep sleep when you return to stock firmwares that's making your battery drain fast
Maybe your phone doesn't like your router. Try a night without WiFi, see if that helps. Bug with ARP or something like that.
I didnt root this.
These are not the solution !
Day of the Wi-Fi turned on even when the battery is depleted
Is flash a custom ROM or should the box be used to solve this problem ?
Can anyone help m??
Hello!
I have a huge battery problem with my Note 5... I flashed a lot of roms to see if anything changes but it doesn't... I always get max. 3hours of screen on time. Even after installing xposed for amplify and greenify but it doesn't make any difference. In the battdry settings i always get this Android OS bug which is very high. But it doesn't go away with the latest SuperSU or disabling a lot of things in the settings (googled this Android OS bug) I even replaced the battery but it didn't help at all... I'm really desperate...
Perhaps one of you has a solution, that would be fu******* awesome!
Thank you
I found the problem finally!! BLUEDROID_TIMER is causing wakelocks!! If i turn bluetooth off everything is great! But i have bluetooth headphones and i can't find a fix online...
battery drain issue may be the cause for this so try to flash stock rom and then supersu systemless with xposed and check your battery
also it may be an app that you installed causing this wake locks so I suggest making a factory reset if the problem presists

Hi guys...Here's my problem. It may be a coincidence but after I updated to 8.7.5 my phone now randomly shuts down , I think, when it tries to go to deep sleep, and I cannot make it boot up unless I disconnect the battery. I can use it the whole day without any issues but if I leave for an hour without touching it will shutdown and will not boot up again. After disconnecting the battery and booting up again I researched the battery use and it seems that prior to shutting down there is a huge battery leak as the phone loses 20% of the battery in a matter of minutes with the screen off and afterwards shutdown. I tried different ROMs now and still nothing ..went back to stock and still the same. I'm suspecting now that it might be hardware related but why am I able to use the phone without problems and the issue comes up only after a prolonged time of being idle. I'm tech savvy and like to try all kind of solutions but now I'm at a dead end....don't know what else to try. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Try firmware MIUI_8524 as I think this one is really stable. Cross checking via Kernel Adiutor (ROOT) might be a good idea for your case . You could prevent phone going into deep sleep to check if there is still an issue.
