[FIXED] How to get into TWRP after flashing TWRP into recovery? - Realme C3 Questions & Answers

Hi, I don't know if things have changed in A.59, but, after unlocking to bootloader and flashing TWRP I can't get into recovery!
fastboot flash recovery TWRP-UNOFFICIAL-RMX2020-3.5.2-10-STABLE.img
fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
Poweroff (by pressing power for 10ish seconds), then
Power + Vol+
doesn't work.
The stock firmware seems to rewrite the recovery image if it gets a chance to boot
fastboot boot TWRP-UNOFFICIAL-RMX2020-3.5.2-10-STABLE.img
doesn't work
I managed to get into TWRP a few days ago by random key presses and usb cable plugging but no longer.
Alternatively can I flash a rom/GSI from fastboot?
fastboot flash system ~/lineage-17.1-20210512-UNOFFICIAL-treble_arm64_avS.img
doesn't work
Many thx guys..

OK, after watching some YT's I realised my fastboot version must have been old as I couldn't:
fastboot reboot recovery
I've used the latest version I'm in TWRP

Do you have fastboot and frp unlocked?
Yes it is frp unlocked
Check my answer in this thread.
Hope it helps! And if it does, please hit the Thanks button.
please try this :
- download full update rom for your device, extract the .APP files using HuaweiUpdateExtractor
- boot into fastboot by press and hold Volume Down and plug in usb cable into your pc and your phone, hold it until it boot into fastboot
- do this :
fastboot flash kernel kernel.img
fastboot flash ramdisk ramdisk.img
fastboot flash recovery_ramdisk recovery_ramdis.img
fastboot flash recovery_vbmeta recovery_vbmeta.img
fastboot flash recovery_vendor recovery_vendor.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
fastboot flash vendor vendor.img
- reboot your device and hold Volume Up and Volume Down to get it boot into eRecovery and do Wipe Cache Partitions and then do Factory Data Reset, and reboot again
- let it boot normally, and see what happen next, i can't remember for sure because it's been so long i unbricked my Nova 2s with this method. there are 2 possibility, you'll boot into system normally, or it will boot into eRecovery again and there is an option Download Latest Version And Recovery and you can choose that, of course you should have connection to internet via wifi.
please report back if you have difficulties.

Hi, please don't ask me how I did this but I somehow hardbricked my phone, Model: LLD-L21
currently status is literally a brick, screen doesn't even turns on, holding keys doesn't lead to anything, Only thing I have is fastboot command, in fact when I connect my phone to PC, I hear connecting sound from windows and fastboot drive is up, (even in bootloader the screen is off) so what I have:
FRP is unlocked
Bootloader is unlocked
last installed firmware was EMUI 8
working fastboot
literally nothing more, how can I unbrick this brick my own?
[update]:
I tried your solution but at last part, vendor cannot be flashed (Command not allowd) and I guess no hope

wow, both frp and bootloader locked, maybe you need DC UNLOCKER to workaround that.

Stuck in TWRP

Hi everybody,
I have used the command fastboot boot TWRP.img on my macbook connected to the MI9 and now I cannot bypass the TWRP screen. 3.3.1-1siankatabg.
I can only have the fastboot mode or the TWRP screen.
My bootloader is unlocked.
I don't have windows.
Thanks for the help;
May be because it's recovery.img and not TWRP.img Try to reflash TWRP (you may try different versions) if you will be able to boot TWRP but not system, reflash your rom, if not just flash fastboot ROM, it can be flashed in fastboot mod.
And i'm just guessing.
Flash TWRP again.
Connect your phone in Fastboot mode and use fastboot commands in this order:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
Code:
fastboot boot twrp.img
And now before u put this command, hold "Volume +" button until vibration:
Code:
fastboot reboot
Then in TWRP if your memory is encrypted, put the password in, and reboot to system from TWRP Menu.
Hi,
I managed to start but I had to erase data
Thanks!

Can't Access Recovery or Device, only Fastboot

Hello,
I deciden to install Android 10 Beta 3 then install a custom rom. I succesfully installed Android 10 Beta 3, and tried to install Magisk as told in here. After the patched boot.img step, my device stopped booting.
When I press Power+Volume Up or Down, it always goes to fastboot mode. I can't boot into recovery from fastboot, I can't boot TWRP from fastboot. I tried:
fastboot oem reboot-recovery
fastboot boot twrp.img
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
As shown in the image rebooting into recovery always failing. What can I do?
same problem here... were you able to fix it?
You might have to use the QFIL method to get your phone going again. Remember you MUST backup the EFS partition and anything associated with your phones imei and SN

这两个可怕的重锁码吓了我一跳,以为手机没电了。幸运的是,我找到了解决方案。你可能需要找个老股rec,跟着视频操作,不用拆机,重点解压。进入adb文件夹,生效

Hey guy,
My phone was running the rom "UL-ASUS_X00QD-ASUS-AOSP-17.0615.2005.25-1.1.1-user.zip" (downloaded from Asus Web). I tried to install the TWRP ver 3.3.1 unofficial and my phone was stuck on the fastboot mode only.
After a lot of searching on how to fix the issue, I didn't change anything and almost gave up, until I've read this thread.
My Asus Zenfone 8 flip is STUCK in CSC FASTBOOT MODE PLZ HELP!, RAW FIRMWARE ANYONE???
These are what I did to get the phone into the recovery mode:
1. Extract the rom zip file that my phone was running on.
2. Copy the file boot.img to adb folder.
3. On PC, at adb folder enter CMD, connect the phone then type
fastboot -w
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot reboot recovery
4. After that, my phone can be booted into the recovery mode.
Hope you can solve the same problem as me.
Bye bye ...

Question Device wont boot up

* First of all, I flashed the latest ColorOs 12.1 firmware using the fastboot enhance tool 1.3 posted in this github
Releases · libxzr/FastbootEnhance
A user-friendly Fastboot ToolBox & Payload Dumper for Windows - libxzr/FastbootEnhance
github.com
-----> the flash was successful and the device booted normally
Next, I tried to root the device. I downloaded the patched boot.img file to be applied by magisk from this url:
[OP10Pro] Color OS A.15.zipIt was listed under the following thread : https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/root-oneplus-10-pro-color-os-oxygen-os.4401243/
I then put the device on Fastboot mode and used the command: fastboot flash boot boot.img where boot.img is the file I downloaded from the above link----> this resulted into a boot loop
* I extracted the stock boot.img from the payload.bin using the tool found in that thread:
How to Extract payload.bin and get stock boot image file
To extract the payload.bin file from Android stock firmware and get stock boot image file, you should refer to the instructions given in here.
www.droidwin.com
I tried to flash it using the same command: fastboot flash boot boot.img-----> the bootloop remained
* I tried to flash stock vbmeta, vendor_boot.img and boot from boot.img using the following commands:
fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta_a vbmeta.img
fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta_b vbmeta.img
fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta_system_a vbmeta_system.img
fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta_system_b vbmeta_system.img
fastboot flash --disable-verity --disable-verification vbmeta_vendor_a vbmeta_vendor.img
fastboot flash --disable-verity --disable-verification vbmeta_vendor_b vbmeta_vendor.img
fastboot flash vendor_boot vendor_boot.img
fastboot boot boot.img
all the commands ran without a problem however, the bootloop still remained.
As a last resort, I tried to flash the stock firmware again using the fastboot enhance tool 1.3 that I used in the first step, the tool showed that operation was complete, like it did in the first step. Then I clicked reboot to system. The reboot was initiated and the oneplus logo appeared for few seconds then, it disappeared and since then, nothing appeared on the screen.
I tried all power clicking combos to get the phone to enter any mode (fastboot or recovery). All of them failed. The screen since then is turned off and the phone does not turn on or enter any mode regardless which buttons I click. I tried:
press and hold power button
keep pressing power button+ vol up
keep pressing power button + vol down
keep pressing power button+ vol up + vol down
All of them failed to turn the phone on, The screen remained completely black.
I thought the device went out of charge so I left it connected to the charger for like 15 minutes. Still this did not affect any thing
Any one knows how can I solve this problem?
Thanks in advance

Flash the stock boot image (color is) from the current firmware you are on. Extract it with payload dumper. Flash it the same way you just did. After that your phone should boot normally again. After this take that patched image and instead of doing fastboot flash boot boot.img do fastboot boot boot.img if it boots then open magisk and select install (if warning show up and say magusk need to reboot device ignore and cancel from messenger) then direct install and reboot. This will patch your image from your firmware and not use the one that you booted

is there any solution?
My device is non rooted stock version updated latest stable IN andoid 12.1.
It was become dead in my pocket on Saturday. No key combination was working. No response on laptop connection.
I went to service center. It is alive today. Will take delivery today.
Thay told me if water damage then warranty will be void.
