I have an Xiaomi Mi 11 running Mui V12.5.1.0.RKBEUXM
I have enabled Dual apps, and successfully setup two Amazon icons for logging in to two different Amazon accounts (and they work!)

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",

}
Trouble is, both of the icons look almost identical, and are both labelled "Amazon Shopping"
Is there any way I can give these Dual App icons a more meaningful name?
eg. My Amazon, Wife's Amazon ?
This isn't that possible, since MIUI directly use work profile that implemented in Android L
.
Thanks for the explanation !
With Nova Launcher (and probably with lots of other custom launchers too) you can use custom labels per app.

Things are different now and it's for the better. Samsung has made it simpler by reducing UI clutter and UX confusion. This helps streamline everything so it works out of the box. When some app or file needs access to an App, it will only ask once. You choose which app and you will never get asked again.
If you want to reset/clear what you chose, go into Settings > Applications > Default Applications and clear the app you want.
Hi,
on the 8.1 Stock ROM (using latest reteu) there seems to be a preloaded SSID called VodafoneWifi.

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
It is not available via the regular WiFi menu and only visible through settings search. I first suspected this was some kind of SSID which is added when using Vodafone SIM. But I double checked it on a second Moto Z3 Play (resetted, without SIM).
So I digged a little bit deeper to pinpoint the source of this SSID. I extracted the Stock Image and found the two following APKs:
WpaConfigApp.apk
Settings.apk
Many more than VodafoneWiFi..
Does anybody knows more about such preloaded WiFis?
Thanks!
Can anyone advise on the best launcher choice for dual-screen phones?
i had to search a while before i found a launcher that i felt worked well enough to use, because the stock one is pretty bad. Launcher 10 is kind of a metro UI launcher which might not be to some people's fancy but it scales instantly when switching modes and rotating and it has a lot of customization i haven't messed with. definitely more usable than the stock launcher

Hi guys,
I just bought a Poco M3 Pro 5g, but I'm not able to find dual apps settings on the settings page. I have installed WhatsApp and Facebook and I need to clone them.
I couldn't find anyone else pointing out this issue so where am I going wrong?
Heres my settings app screen shot:

Install activity launcher and search on app " dual apps or second space and to create icon on list apps
My aunt bought her M32 last week. I did some debloating and apps migration for her and everything's fine so far. Only the startpage icons are SO TERRIBLY BIG. The grid is 3x5 and can obviously not be changed.
Is the M32 mainly targeted to elderly or visually impaired users?
best regards,
Philandroid

Meanwhile I've seen images of other Samsung Galaxy M32 Phones with normal looking desktops. Could it be I damaged something by de-activating an essential stock funktionality?

Today I eventually installed the Nova Launcher. I knew it from a couple of Lineage installations i've made. It comes with configurable app grids. So verything's fine now. At least for the moment...
Thanks for your patience
