[Q] activate NEVER USED box device with new carrier

Hi,
I recently bought an HTC One M8 in the USA and shipped it Israel.
The device is new and was open for the very 1st time in Israel.
Apparently the phone can't be activate and be used is another carrier unless it was 1st activated in Sprint.
Is there something I can do from out side of Israel?

Yeah i also got the update on 1 may . Now since its treble enable , expecting to flash some treble rom

We cant try project treble since huawei lock the bootloader

You can unlock it, Huawei released a Google Docs form to submit data and they send you the unlock code.
