Was surprised of the antutu score of MIUI. And more surprised that custom roms ans kernels scores less...
MIUI : 299000
Custom ROM and differents kernels : 230000 - 275000
Mostly CPU scrores are under
Now using Havoc and sphinx kernel results: 265000 (not bad by the way...)
Any explanation?
The explanation for this is that MIUI is highly rescrictive and heavily blocks background apps in order to provide better battery life and performance, thus the benchmark scores will increase dramatically. Others are Android, like Samsung or Pixel devices without these restrictions. If you notice, whenever you send a message to a MIUI user on WhatsApp, the receiver will not be able to get the message just in time like any other Android variations' users.
I thought it was the opposite...
At the end I prefer custom ROM experience...
I can't accept to have advertising into the ROM itself...
Hi guys, if you guys are using custom roms please post your benchmark scores. Because asus6z scores higher than our model, i need to move to custom rom and the fastest one...
It's also help peoples who all are searching for performance roms.
Why not try maxing out your cpu and change the governor to performance?

That will cost battery life too, compared to miui , there are lot of stock type roms provide better performance with battery life.

If I recall correctly, many reports say that MIUI-based roms significantly faster, even if lacking in some other aspects.
xiaomi.eu ROMs have a number of optimizations that should make it faster than others, though I'm not sure if only marginally or significantly.

Stock Roms always have better Benchmark results.

Im using indian version with 11.0.1 i got 41**** ......
My point is, if you want to compare underlying efficiency, apples with apples, at least clock them at the same frequency.
I've tried 3 of the roms, benchmarks aside, they can be really sluggish at times and offer dismal battery life. I just don't think custom kernels/roms have really matured enough to focus on performance on our device.

There is no BEST in Custom ROMs, there are only personal preferences .
Mine : RR suits me and my needs , it is stable/battery optimised/full of features.
Some people would like to have extra features, some people are focused on battery and perferomance only, so there's no the best rom that you can get, there are only personal preferences. In my opinion, pixel experience is nice, simple and clear custom rom that should suit to everyone. Maybe it's out of cool features etc, but instead of that you have really cool perferomance, no lags and very good stability
I'm using MSM Xtended XR Release v2.0 the Vanilla variant and installed Nikgapps core gapps. It's a very lightweight rom and it does have just the right customization for my liking. It's quite stable for my daily use. Batt life is good, but I don't game on my phone. I'm not really a power user, I just use my phone to tether to my desktop, watch videos, call, text, etc...If you are a minimal person and doesn't like to install unnecessary google apps like Google Photos and drive, this rom is good.

I wanna get off MIUI and start using an Android 11 ROM. I wonder which one is the most stable and best maintained one?
I don't do any gaming or performance-intensive things on my phone so while the overall experience should be fast and smooth I don't care all that much about performance.
Stability, battery life and regular (security) updates is what matters to me.
Maybe you can suggest something. So far I'm thinking about Evolution X.

I tried few, imo, every rom have same result, i will get same performance on this phone, battery same too.
All rom after installed i will root and debloat all trash app, turn kill background app and data.
PE give simple, smooth but poor fearture, lower face unlock speed, can not unlock while wear facemask.
MIUI is smooth enough and funtional, give every thing fearture i need, but i met cellular stanby drain and somethime miss notif.
So best rom base on your choice.
