I found a link for that, but it is a launcher (as an APK file)
Type TouchWiz 3.0 Port From Samsung Galaxy Europa and Galaxy Fit MadTeam on Google (It means there's a launcher like that).

if you use any cm7 rom you can use touchwizz theme and touchwizz launcher.

This launcher is awesome, still in version 1.0 but u can have the lastest Touchwiz UI from Samsung, now i am not using because i'm a flashaholic and remove everything in system every flash i do. lol:silly:

This should work on all 2.3+ devices but if you are 4.0+ you could take the original secLauncher2 of s4 and also the accuweather widget.

custom rom for samsung galaxy ace advance and ace duos

This is my first rom
I create this rom because nobody created a rom or root methods for my galaxy ace advance and I know that I am the first person to create a rom
This is a JELLYBEAN touchwiz based rom
If you can give me suggestings I will add them
Oh and this rom will be big based it is based on newer 2.3.6
Also don't expect much because I am only 14
Will upload if someone reply's
Fully deodex and zipaligne
New app switcher
Modded holo launcher
New dialer
New contacts
Statusbar mods
New ui jellybean sound
S4 sound and bootanimation
Some bloatware removed
And all other thing modded like samsung touchwiz

[Q] Get stock lollipop on Samsung Devices

Hi there guys!
I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 with lollipop. Instead of touchwiz, iIhave the Google Now Launcher which gives the device a stock lollipop appearance. Now I wanted to know if if could get a stock lollipop look on my whole device like the one on nexus devices. The Google now launcher doesn't change my notification panel or my other apps.
So can anyone tell me how to get the default look on my whole device?

Google Now Launcher is just a launcher. It will only replace TouchWiz's launcher - not the entire UI. To get the looks of stock Lollipop, you'll need to install an AOSP based ROM that is available for your phone or install a theme (or stock firmware based ROM) that looks similar to the theme and UI of stock Lollipop.
