[Q] Does the Droid 4 with current Jellybean update read SDXC cards?

I have done some searching and found a thread or two about the droid 4 taking a 64gb card. Seems that it will if formatted to FAT32.
What I realized though is these threads are older and maybe the Jellybean update allows the phone to accept the formatting for the SDXC cards. Reason I'm curious is the new 128GB card that just came out.

I think there's a patch under CM that will allow our phones to read SDXC cards, but I'm not sure - I want to say it's somewhere in the Stargo CM11 thread but I can't remember

Possibility of ROM Migration from Newer Samsung Phones to Galaxy Note9?

Is there any possibility that the migration of Android-11 ROM from newer Samsung phones, like Galaxy Note10+, to Galaxy Note9?
