nice awesome!
Battery consumption good?
If already on Lineage and following the instructions any issues? I can't flash anything but Lineage to this device without it failing so wanted to check before I tried.

For me its been great. Also, I have never had the best screen off-time battery on any rom vs stock, but depends on device usage. Trying out different custom kernels may help.

There aren't any issues I am aware of on these builds. Other roms you have tried flashing have failed? Through TWRP or the custom recovery provided by the ROMs?

I tried the Pixel ROM and one other I can't remember the name to be honest. Was using the recovery provided by the ROMs but would never get through the flashing process. Each would give a different error. I believe I was on Slot B when doing it though which may have caused it.

Hmm, it worked well for me. If it doesn't work for you then you should be fine as it won't touch your active slot. I know of some users have to format certain partitions in some situations. But you should be OK to try it if you want to.
nice
New build, 8/30
- Fingerprint should be quicker now
- Added Wichaya Google Cam app instead of stock aosp camera
- Synced latest LineageOS upstream code for device/kernel/vendor trees
- Synced latest Sakura source, not many changes
Also, added some screens in second post. Next update I will probably wait until android 12 comes out, unless if it comes in October.. Hopefully I can get official somewhat soon to allow internal OTA updates!

Global firmware is mandatory for this ROM.
Recovery for OTA:
Arrow Recovery: Gdrive link
Install Instructions:
Spoiler: Expand
Start with unlocked bootloader and grab a PC with windows or linux, or mac if you're desperate
Download all files to your PC, not to device, place them in your platform-tools folder
1. Open CMD, and navigate to your platform-tools folder. then fastboot flash arrow recovery (file name may differ from example command)
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Then boot recovery
Code:
fastboot boot recovery.img
2. On device, navigate to "Apply Update" & select "Apply from ADB"
3. On PC, issue the command to sideload the ROM
Code:
adb sideload "name of file".zip
Wait for it to complete. Stuck at 47% is normal as the process completes on device.
4. On device, navigate back to home screen (top left arrow) and find "Factory Reset"
Factory reset the device, formatting data
5. Boot and enjoy
Dirty flashing:
Just adb sideload the zip and reboot, that's all!
Tips:
- if adb sideload fails, unplug and replug the device to PC and try again
If you install magisk or other mods, do not ask for support
I discourage mods, but zips can be sideloaded like the ROM if you need custom kernels etc

You can use magisk and modules. I just meant that I can't offer support for you in terms of bugs if those are installed.
Rom has to be completely clean
Next version will use Pixel Experience trees by Zinadin Zidan
Format data/ clean flash *may* be required
New build is up. New tree, new vendor, not much else changed.
Format data recommended

I'm so f**kin glad you've picked up this project. The last Arrow rom for apollo/apollopro from Feb 22nd works so well but I've been scared that I'll have to ditch it in favour of something which gets security patches. Here's hoping you crack on with this! Plans to roll out without gapps in due course?
How was MEMC? Is it working?

Nice! Downloading now.
Very nice, thank you!
Running very smoothly and efficiently. Kudos! Are there plans to get this bumped to official at all? Also, does this support ElementalX?

It will get official soon, probably in next week, I'm not sure about ElementalX support, but it should work fine.
Im curious, what needed to be changed/tweaked to make this build for the Pixel 3a XL? Did you grab the latest source for dotos and patch a few files that needed fixing, or some other method?
Either way, thanks for the submission - it's pretty smooth!

Pixel 3a and 3aXL are unified almost. So you just need few different files device side, device vendor, kernel is unified across 3,3xl,3a,3aXL
There are no major changes needed from 3a to 3aXL. Also as when it goes official, you will be able to see device sources used to make this rom and with ota support.
awesome thank you for the reply!
Update 16/06/21
We go official.
1.Make sure you clean flash if you're coming from unofficial build
2.June security patch included
3.Auto brightness on initial boot
4.few other minimal changes
5. added stock google camera
Note:- Boot.img added in separate link
The official build kept failing to flash with ErrorCode kPayloadTimestampError
Yes, I followed clean flash steps.
Update on GAPPS: It seems the GAPPS version of the ROM fails to fully transfer, stopping at 49% and reports total xfer of 1 while normally it should report 2. Will update again once I figure out if this partial transfer is simply a bug of the ROM file and is being reported incorrectly via terminal or if it's actually broken.
Update 2: The ROM did, from appearances, successfully flash, with everything seemingly working as it should be.
Both ROMs do seem to have issues with how their flashing is being handled however, and should be corrected ASAP.

For now gapps version is good, yeah it will show error when rom gets flashed, though it gets sideloaded successfully. Gapps version is recommended for now.

I've not flashed this rom, so no knowledge about it. I'm in Evolution X this works excellent. If you want to flash havoc or evolution x. then there is a youtube video guiding this whole procedure.
Thank you very much for your great OS! I've been excited to use a Pixel-Like OS on my Redmi 9T, and now it is possible .
I was struggeling a bit with the installation because neither my TWRP nor the OrangeFox Recovery was able to install the ROM. I had installed the Xiaomi.EU Stable ROM before, but the Pixelblaster installation always failed because System_root was not found. My solution was installing the Xiaomi.EU weekly ROM first and then installing the Pixelblaster OS on top. I used OrangeFox Recovery for the installation.
Bug:
The OS runs very smooth and fast. I only have the problem that the Wifi-Hotspot created by the Smartphone seems to vanish on other devices after some minutes. It is still active on the phone, but my Windows Laptop and my Huawei lose the connection and don't find the Hotspot anymore.
Anyway, thanks a lot for your work.
This works great! Wayyyy better than the MIUI!
Only thing i'm missing is NFC! :'(
Will there be an update that enables use of NFC?

hello!

this custom rom support Korean?
Looks promising, unfortunately NFC does not work, this is a problem that completely disqualifies this ROM.
What happened with this? Still no NFC?

If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience any strange behavior.

it's not there! I posted the correct link.
Simple and fast CAF ROM!!!!
I followed instructions, downloaded both vbmeta files.
Flashed them with the provided instructions.
Flashed the recovery.
Wiped data.
Sideloaded rom.
When restarting, stuck with the text this bootloader is unlocked etc...
Waited for about 10 min, tried to restart phone and get to bootloader.
Select recovery, and now stuck with the text again.
I msm'd and are back at oos 12.
What did I do wrong?
Does it have oos camera?

This is because you didn't flash firmware on both slots. you still have 11 firmware
Is this rom Verizon compatable?
Honestly.. this rom is soooo fast and seriously fluent. Standard rom too, just like stock pixel. Absolutely love it. Thank you
OnePlus 8 Pro.
Realy love this rom
GApps included?
EDIT: yes they are. I have two op8pro so tested.
OP Updated with new build
- Upstreamed kernel to v4.19.264
- Fixed wide and macro cam in OP8
- November security patch
I don't have any tiles for "Wi-FI" and "Data" in 6.1 (didn't have it in 6 also). Is this expected ?
I do have the "Internet" tile which will give me the 2 missing options above.

Out of curiosity, which version of Dolby Atmos is added?
I mean version of its config file (dax_default.xml or multimedia_dolby_dax_default.xml)
When you open this file, at beginning you should have something like this (example of OOS13 xml)
<format_version major="3" minor="3" maintenance="0"/>
<tool_version major="3" minor="5" maintenance="0"/>
I'm asking, because higher versions have more options and functionalities.

Which recovery is better to work with? To avoid doing clean flash on each update.
It already happened to me that using TWRP I made an update via OTA and I boot in the Crdroid logo. So, in order to use OTA updates, what is the best recovery to use?

Only update over twrp, which I've done some times now and no issues. Only thing is when dirty flash, magisk possibly needs to flashed by patched boot.img. But that can be done by twrp as well. So no issues there.
Thanks for the reply. Now can I use the same DFE that we used in A12 or change to A13?
I currently have the version: Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt_03.04.2020
Is it possible to install an upgrade from CrDroid 8 to 9 via adb sideload, comparable to an update within CrDroid 8? Or do I have to reflash the phone completely?
@raystef66
There is - I think - a small bug with the status bar when new icons (in the form of notifications for example) are added. Then it looks like in the picture. Only after locking the device briefly and then unlocking it again, it is okay.
And do you think that in future versions there will be a choice of different VoLTE icons again. I always liked that.
Either way...thanks a lot!

Not so many information please.
Clean flash? Which Recovery? Which Gapps? Format data? Usage of DFE?

Will take a look at it.
VoLTE and other stuff will/might be added in time as we did on cr8.x gradually.

Atm Moto audio needs to be reworked. All in time
Thank you for the amazing ROM. A minor bug: sometimes the status bar gets wider, cropping the digits.
