Does anyone know of a 2-3m cable that max's out the charger? I tried the Acaget 2M cable but checking the battery app on the phone right now it says the original cable is taking 12 minutes to charge, I tried the new cable and while it does say Mi Turbo Charge it's taking 24 minutes.
Also does anyone know of a USB-C to USB-A Male Adapter that supports 6a 67w? I have a 100w PD 2m cable from Wotobe but both ends at USB-C and the charger is USB-A
12 or 24 minute charging is impossible with the 67w charger even under Xiaomi test conditions
They claim 36 minutes is possible but that would be in a lab with zero apps, wifi, 5g, Bluetooth running in the background and controlled temperature to prevent throttling
Regardless of cable

Because thats the percentage my phone was at when the new cable arrived.
I plugged it in and it took a sec to switch to Mi Turbo Charge while the original cable says Quick Charge then Mi Turbo Charge so i used the battery app to see what was going on.
Try from 0-100%
Generally a 3x longer cable won't carry the full 67w from the brick to the phone without some loss

Search aliexpress for 6A cables ?
There's many I've ordered a couple for myself too, there's 2m length there as well.
The one I bought says for xiaomi 6A so I guess I'll see when it comes whether it's a real deal or not...

The cable i'm testing is only 2m long. Would trying from 0-100 be any different on the cable, I tried from 59% today and again the cable was saying Mi Turbo Charge but was taking twice aslong again.

I've bought 3 cables from Geek and 1 from Aliexpress, the 3 from geek said 6A or 100w and struggled on my Huawei p30 pro nevermind this Mi 11 Ultra lol. The one from Aliexpress is 100w USB-C on both ends so i'm looking for an adapter that can support 11v/6.1a - 20v/3.25 which is difficult.
I found one earlier but its's only 20v/3a

I've typed 100w cable and literally first result looks pretty promising - https://m.aliexpress.com/item/32864...exp_id=b816ec4f-2f4b-4d7a-81eb-0c2e5a822cea-1
It's from ugreen , they make cables for years so I doubt they would lie about specs... It's not some random name. Its 5A though , 20v 5a... Idk there's 67W cables as well but it's no name brands saying for mi 11 ultra "original" z:
I would actually look for 6A cable only , I personally have 5A cable 2meters and it charges slower than my 6a cable that came with phone...
Ah fuk... I looked at review of the cables that are in transit towards me and everyone says they are not as advertised , charging slow lmao...
Well I can't help you buddy... Buy from ugreen , anker , baseus and only if they have 6A cables...
Fk these no names... I'll start dispute as soon as it gets here
The more feedbacks and descriptions that I read the more scummy all of those Chinese Sellers seem to be...
Not a single one of those 100W chargers charges at 100W actually , many report much slower charging even on 33W phones. They even tucked away in to picture that it charges xiaomi phones at 18-27W , Samsung at 15W and Huawei at 40W ...
So yeah something is not quite right....
Most likely they don't have the correct chips inside cables to facilitate higher charging speeds. Either chip shortage or manufacturers just aren't following qualcom guidelines / aren't releasing schematics to them...
Idk , all ik is that I'm pretty sad now. 99.9% of cables are all fake/not capable so if my stock cable dies I'll practically never be able to reach the same charging speeds
I'll prolly do a more thorough search sometime later ... Fucvk

Hey guys,
A few weeks ago I made a thread about my Mi Mix NOT detecting on any PC despite trying different Type C usb cords and the factory one.
I've never really timed how long it takes to charge my phone and recently I downloaded this Ampere app that measures the voltage and mah.
My Mix was at 40% and I plugged it in and left it in for 20 min and checked the app. It said something like 3.7 voltage and charging at 120mah minimum and 190mah maximum.
From what I'm reading, thats really bad.
So I plugged my phone in with an Anker Type C usb and a charging block from an LG 5.
Phone was now charging at 1600mah ish.
I'm assuming there is an issue with either my charging equipment AND / OR the charging port of my Mix. I've already ordered a new charging port from aliexpress 3+ weeks ago because of my PC unrecognized issue.
Anyway I just want to confirm that getting 120mah- 190mah on the stock charger is NOT normal?
I've ordered this https://www.amazon.ca/AUKEY-Charger-Samsung-Qualcomm-Certified/dp/B00RJO6AHM
and another Anker Type C cord to replace.

I don't have it with me, but I think the original Chinese charger that comes with the Mix is a 2.5A/5V one.
I've never used it, don't trust the Chinese chargers, rather have used an original Xiaomi EU approved (CE marked) charger that came with a Redmi Note 4.
That charger is "only" 2.0A/5V, so you don't get any "fast charging". But the Mix will still get fully charged in max 3 hours, which is fine for me.
And I figure the battery will last longer, it gets quite hot when charging at higher rates.
I know because I tested on a Mi Note 2 which came with a 3.0A EU approved charger. That charger works fine, really fast, and I trust it from a safety point of view - much heavier and thicker than the Chinese one.
But I charge the Note 2 with the 2.0A charger also, to spare the battery.
Normal charging current is 1500mA and up, depending on the chargers capacity. It will be less towards the end of the charging cycle, when the battery is nearly full, and sometimes also in the beginning, for some reason.
Don't understand why, never figured that out.

well it sounds like my factory charger is messed. 190ma when it should be getting at least 1000ma. I hope that the Aukey charger I ordered is safe for it, I've done some reading with other xiaomi phone owners and they've purchased it but I haven't seen a Mi mix owner review it. It says its CE approved.

Aukey has a good reputation, but I prefer the Xiaomi original EU approved chargers, just because they are "Xiaomi". (and I am located in the EU, of course.)
There "might" be some sort of intelligent interface built in that especially suits the Xiaomi phones.
No particular reason to believe so, just color me superstitious.

That can and does happen on certain custom ROMs and rapid charge doesn't kick in all the time. I can also say I had this issue on lg g5 and the charger proved to faulty on this occasion. So try the new port with old charger see how it goes. If no improvement try a different charger, the ones that come with the phone are very good. IMO

Bought a CHOETECH 50W 6-Port Desktop Charger last year and attached it to my bedside table; one of the best purchases I've ever made; quickcharge 3 on two ports and one power adapter in place of the 3 or 4 individual chargers I used to have. Bargain.
Hey guys has anybody tried other xiaomi chargers with their mi 11 ultra?
Chargers like:
Xiaomi 65w Gan charger (USB c Port)
Xiaomi 65 w charger (USB a port)
Xiaomi 55w Charger
How well did these fare compared to the normal one(possibly with a adapter to actually use it)?
I use 65W Gan because i don't have one in the box.
Available in EU version, so it's perfect for me, and it's a small charger.

Did you check if it actually gives you about 65w?
I use the 65 W Gan charger with USB C port from Xiaomi with my Mi 11Ultra. It supports turbo charging. It takes aprox 45 minutes from 10 - 100 %. I can highly recommend it because it is half of the size of the 67 W charger and almost the same charging speed.

I'm sorry if it sounds silly but did you check with apps like Accubattery how much voltage etc it gives? It should be possible to calculate the watts like that
Hello, i'm using the original 65W xiaomi gan charger Eu version. Model BHR4499GL
I'm very happy with it and accubattery indicates even 10mA charging current, depending on the battery temperature, system load and the charge level of the battery itself.
When the battery is empty ( or bellow 20% or so) it will go to max 10mA from what i've seen and of course drop to around 3-5 mA when it's nearing full capacity.
I never let the battery drop bellow 20% and usually try to unplug the charger until it reaches ~90% but rarely manage to do so because is damn fast .
If i wake up in the morning with around 30-40% charge i plug it in for around 10-15 minutes and it almost reaches 90% maybe even more
I also use a special PD 2.0 usb type C to type C cable from Baesus, model CATKLF-ALG1
"Baseus Type-C Cafule PD2.0 100W flash charging cable (20V 5A) 2m Black (CATKLF-ALG1)"
So it's not only the charger but also the cable that it's important
Take care !
Moreover, the Model BHR4499GL actually supports multiple charging standards than the 67W one that comes in the global unit's box . Plus it's type c so it's easier to find pd charging cables that will work with it
@achimmexico @Jhonxs @sabrewulf I calculated it. The 65w GaN Charger does about 38-39 Watt (i charged from about 10%)
Calculate it yourself if you like.
9810 mA
3.96 volt.
My 11 ultra charges fine with every generic quick charge 3 charger i have but of course better with the 67watt charger that came with it.
Didn't know it got sold without a charger?
I have 65W and 67W charger and there is a difference about 2-3min when charging from 3% until 100%.

Honestly it always depends on the battery temperatures and all that. Also keep in mind that chargers always have inefficiencies as well. Sometimes the slow charging seems very random. I am using the 67W Charger for instance. Xiaomi's Charging Tech feels either inconsistent or it's just that the battery or charging brick may just are weird with charging them sometimes.

In China they sold it without the charger, but they did give you the option to buy it when you bought your phone and many places now give it as a gift when you buy a new MI 11 Ultra.

Speed differences at two different locations can also point wiring inefficiencies/socket connections in the home. If the charger produced different speeds using same sockets, etc... Then I'm more to say apt to say it's the charger, but with multiple variables...

You need original xiaomi 67w charger and cable to get the Max 67W charging. At first I was getting only Mi Turbo Charge (i bought my Mi 11 ultra used) and after some testing with different cables and chargers I realized that my cable is not original xiaomi cable (maybe it was huawei/honor cable cuz they look almost the same) and I had to buy a new original one. Now I charge at Max 67W speed.
Alright, so 65 one from Xiaomi will not work ?

I don't think you will be able to get 67w charging with a 65w charger. Buy a 67w charger or just use the 65w you have (if the charging speed is OK for you). I decided to buy 67w because it is 3 times faster than Turbo Charge (the difference is huge).
The cable that comes with the 67w charger is super short so i bought 66w 3a or something cables that should support the turbo charge.
Not only it doesn't turbo charge but not even quick charge.
Anyway to bypass this Xiaomi only cables protection?

I bought a 100W USBC cable and have no issue to turbo charge with it if plugged to the Xiaomi charger.
Where I am a bit disappointed is I bought an Aukey charger and unfortunately it only fats charges but doesn't turbo charge
There is no "xiaomi cable only" or similar restrictions.
The cable you bought is just not "good enough".
You need a cable that supports at least 6A I think.
I have several cables and also cables that support Ultra Charge and are not from xiaomi.
But in fact it is so that even with these cables (Although ultra charge is displayed) is not charged as fast as with the original cable.
If you want to use the power supply with 100 percent of the possible performance I have actually only managed to do so far with the original cable ...
It's not about "Xiaomi only" cable. Power delivery is dependant on the lenght of the cable. For my old OP7T Pro the cable that came with the phone is thick as the one that Xiaomi uses. But i needed longer one and when i got it, it was thick flat cable. Looks lika SATA cable - like 2mm thick and 8mm wide. I'm thinking that if we want turbo charge with 1,5-2m cable it needs to be very high quality with the highest specs available.

You will get some degrade in voltage when you increase the cable length
The charger brick can output 67w Max and if you double or triple the length of the cable all 67w will not reach the phone
On a high quality (expensive) cable you might get most of it and on a cheap cable from the dollar store or eBay it might take several hours to fully charge because the cable might only be rated to send 5w ,10w or 18w
Other factors come into play like room temperature , how many apps are running in the background/foreground , whether or not you're connected to 5g , wifi , Bluetooth devices and whether the screen is on or off
Best results normally come from the cable that came with it and I read it's the only one that works with the mi unlock app to unlock your bootloader
Xiaomi really need to up their game on accessories.

I used my old OnePlus USB cable to unlock mine, and install new firmware, worked fine.
My OnePlus cable worked fine for USB related stuff but wouldn't charge at full speed and my LG one didn't get recognised in Fastboot.
My Oneplus 150cm dash cable displays Mi Turbo Charge / Rapid charging but doesn't count up like the original cable does when it displays Mi Turbo Charge.
My "ACAGET USB C Cable 2M, 55W 6A Charge Turbo" cable just displays quick charge / fast charging.
As the title says. I had a black shark 4 65w charger but sold it with my old phone and it ultra charged my mi 11. Are there any other cheaper alternatives on Amazon. I see lots of 60w chargers but have no clue if they'll work. I assume only type a usb will work but I'm seeing type c GAN chargers in Amazon also. Any GaN chargers would work as long as you also buy the original Xiaomi type C cable.

Sorry if my statement seems cryptic.
My comment was to the OP not you.
I agree with you completely

Don't goof around with this. That's a lot of watts.
Knock offs may not work or worse smoke.

Guess I can't argue with that. Just sucks we have to use specific expensive chargers.

Thanks I'll see If I can get fast shipping
OK so I bought a mi 11 original 55w charger. I started charging at 4:26 and at 5:10 it finally finished wow. No way this is a real authentic charger. It says it's turbo charging but my screens hot says otherwise. This sucks as it's charging about as fast as my 33w asus quick charger. 43 mins to charge 57%

I think that the cable is important too. I tried charging with another cable than the one supplied with mi11 and charging was slower.

Consider on that xi chargers in general is proprietary and most 3rd party currently doesn't support turbocharge(PD, QuickCharge 3 and other for me doesn't provide same performance). I checked two different chargers(apple and anker) that gives more than 60W, and can confirm that charge speed is less, than with original one. Also you need correct xiaomi cable(i tested original GAN with around 5 usb A - usb C, and type C / type C cables and they don't charge fast). Best way to save similar speed is using their turbocharge GAN chargers.

Is displaying the "Mi Turbo Charge" that shows the decimal percentage increase or just "Mi Turbo Charge" ?
When monitoring charging:
OEM 55w charger & OEM cable the charge is around ~4000ma (Mi Turbo Charge w/%)
I haven't been able to get any combo of charger and cable to match that.

Just tried to replace my 80 watt charger and it's not even listed on their website, oneplus support won't even explain why this is, just that it's out of stock, other things are out of stock yet remain listed?

Well it came with an 80watt..but they don't have them listed on the website??
Chat was awful.
They don't have it at all on OnePlus official site. I mean Not listed, not out of stock..

I asked three times a very simple question.
They'd told me it's not in stock.
So I said.
"Yes I understand that. However the wireless charger is also out of stock yet it is still listed on the website.
Why isn't the 80 watt charger listed, regardless if it's available or not?"
Literally just repeated themselves over and over.
They even asked for my device order number several times, lol I got it on contract from a provider, I have no orde number.. also I had to put my details in to get on the chat??
Mate it's painful talking to them, if you expect to get a straight answer, you won't, it's like talking to an MP who's trying to avoid the question.. you leave the chat and you've lost intelligence.
They're really falling down hard from my perspective.

Difference with 65W and 80W in this phone is small.
80W charger is advertised charge 0-100% in 32min. 65W charger is advertised to charge full in 34min. GSMArena got 0-100% in 32min with 65W charger.

I've no idea I've never used the 65watt version...I understand it's due to the limits of the American plugs.
15W isn't Negligible amount tbh mate, is be very surprised if there was no difference
65w should work Fine on 10 Pro. You can use it safely.
I charged my 9 Pro 0-100 % in 27 minutes. The phone Power OFF.
Maybe it is a problem with the certificate.
UK is no longer in the EU. This Charger has only the CE certificate. No UKCA. This is just a guess ....
Surprisingly same phenomenon on India website as well. The 80W adapter has no mention at all!
Someone who purchased the phone recently can confirm if they are shipping with 80W or 65W in the box
confirmed. I have a 80w in the box.
I have to take back my statement
CE + UK declaration
I'm starting to think this is a supply problem.
It is better to sell the charger with the phone than to sell separately.... Just thinking

I'm about to buy it but the image shows the US version and then the EU version.
In hesitant to buy it.
If they screw me I'm going to go nuts.
This phone and it's journey has been awful.
