How-to help request...converting Chinese to English

Well, I just brought my brand new S730 home...purchased here in Taipei. I love it except for the one tiny detail that it has Chinese instead of English WM6 on it...and me not able to read a word of it...
At the time of purchase, I was thinking this wouldn't be a problem...just hit up the HTC website for an English ROM download right? Umm, yea...
I could return it and order an English phone, but I must pay a re-stocking fee, and pay a higher price for an English model than what I paid for the one I already have...which has led me here...
I assume there's an English ROM kicking around here as some searching through recent threads indicates there's some serious digging afoot for the elusive pre-prod ROM and the GPS functionality it may offer...
I think my task is simpler (I hope)... where can I get a production version of S730 English ROM & how would I go about installing it?

Firts youhave to download the Rom in english and you can use this reference page for do it this happen to me to and i already resolved

I have my PDA into Portuguese and wanted to move to English. I downloaded the official ROM (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Kaiser_ROMs) WWE. They told me it was very difficult to do that. Needed help in order to install the new ROM.

It's not difficult at all, you only need to follow instructions. Click under my signature (TyTNII) and read the Flashing your kaiser for noobs. Read carefully and enjoy flashing

As stated, read the guides, and re-read until you are confident enough to try. Then make sure you start with HardSPL'ing your device. Once that's on, you can't really fail.

Read until your eyes bleed!

How did you get it to translate via google translate? I mean, it's a picture..

Enter the result of the expression shown on the image.
If you can't read the expression on the image press the image to generate a new one.

[Q] Miui Rom Personal dictionary problem..Help required.

Hey guys.. Really need some help.
So I installed the Miui version 3.11.8.. but I've got a serious problem with my personal dictionary. the '+'sign to add the words is not appearing as well as the word within the keyboard is also not adding.. I need to save some words to my user dictionary. Please help. Sorry for bad english.

The porter is Reznov Steele. This is the stable version of his rom 4.2 but it also has this bug.. Any solutions ?

i want to share my experience about debloater Samsung Note 9 today, yup i just got it second hand just today
after i failed to follow this thread by Akafaze i tried other methods, which accidently using this amazing tools by mauronofrio, and it worked on my Note9 SM-N960F/DS, but before it works i follow this very useful link, after 2 files downloaded and installed, i finally got my Note9 detected on Tools All In One, i choose Generic Device on the first window on that App

and then i just click on APK uninstaller, and vice versa...
im sorry for my unfluently English and i have to write it here cos im easy to forgot things, also this is my 1st post after joined this awesome forum, i hope this post will help ppl like me, who had a little difficulties to understand a good post and get a lucky shot clue... any questions i will try to answer according to my shallow knowledge about smartphone,
