How do you know?
Does it work on stock MIUI?
Did you enable it in Settings?
How many and which SIM cards are you using?
In what configuration (both 5G?) ?

It's settled now, that's all.
I will put the card in the second card.
But it can't be recognized by 5G in card one.
The MIUI. Eu development version of the European version that I installed earlier
I have not tried to use both cards together.
But the 5G effect of card two is very good.
Thank you very much for your time and effort. It's really good.
Thank you very much for your hard work, i have the Doraemon Edition, came from MIUI EU weekly, but this is more stable (hopefully), responsive, everything is working 5G mobile data, camera, etc. as stated above.

AFAIK, currently only one SIM-Card can use 5G.
But it's good to hear that everything is working now

#### New PixelExperience Plus Release #### VANGOGH
Changelog:
- Latest PixelExperience Plus updates (20211018)
- Display color fixed
- Disabled HD sim notification
- Fixed fingerprint payment in apps (AliPay and others)
- Clean up useless init files
- Optimized
- Fixed FM radio
- Display color fixed
- Set display color to normal as default, not adaptive anymore
- Using 64 bit binder
Release Notes: https://telegra.ph/New-PixelExperience-Plus-Release--VANGOGH-10-18
This is so much better than MIUI 12.5, was really struggling with the phone battery and performance until I got this. I noticed a couple minor issues:
- settings search turns up almost no results.
- display tap to wake and tap to sleep don't work.
The new version 1018 has many problems in VangoGH, including but not limited to: 1. Screen color configuration file is incorrect 2. The power consumption is significantly increased to reduce the decrease of limited to 1/2 3. 5G band can only use N78 N77 and N79

1. Screen color configuration should already be fixed, check with the new build coming in a couple of minutes.
2. Decrease of ... ?
3. Can you confirm that N1 (2100), N41 (2500), N78 (3500) and N79 (4700) work on stock MIUI China, also what firmware did you flash?
Vangogh does not have N77, but only N1, N41, N78 and N79 according to kimovil.

Yes, N78 and N79 support to work on VanGogh, but currently only N78 is supported and N79 does not work.
Can I change the color profile myself? Different color profiles bring different choices of color experience and power consumption.
People in different regions have different visual feelings. Thank you very much.

Yes, PE has GApps built-in.
Actually there was an issue with GApps in the latest Update, that's why I removed it for now.

5% per night is a lot
I have an issue with the sound via Bluetooth calls - no sound when on call. But media has no issues via Bluetooth. Does anyone know how to fix it? Tried to reconnect, disabled absolute volume but it didn't help. Other than that the ROM looks and works better than PIE version. Hope I'll find a solution with your help.
Maybe obvious, but have yuo set bt for "phone calls"? There are also media, input device, contact sharing options ...
Haven't installed 10 yet, not sure should I migrate at all, so this is a guess from Pie.
Phone shut down suddenly and stay at mi bootlooding logo screen

Doesn't work man. I've been having this issue for a long time.
Not only on PE 10 (since "for a long time")? I am using bt headset on PE Pie quite often, all OK. And yes, have missed that one, phone call, setting, thats why presumed maybe you did also.
Latest stable global firmware, 10.2.3.0, July 2019.

Should work, but it's recommended to flash stock first. But you can do that in one flash. So when you're in TWRP, flash the stock zip, and flash Carbon right afterwards without a reboot or anything.

We do not actively workaround SafetyNet due to various reasons. LineageOS has a well written explanation here.
If you want SafetyNet I recommend checking out solutions like Magisk or various custom kernels with "SafetyNet patches".
I can confirm Safetynet passing when you use MagiskHide Props config module:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/magisk/module-magiskhide-props-config-t3789228
You gotta change the fingerprint with props -f command
I installed this ROM today, first I tried LineageOs bit I got force close message with opengapps. With this ROM everything is fine and I just setup everything with no problems or glitches as of yet. So it looks great to me. Wil report back later
Everything is great so far. The stand by drain is also good 4% overnight.
One issue is that Network Traffic Indicator is not working, it's there but display 0.00kb/s
It would be great if the rom allow display calibration like DCI-P3 and vibration motor adjustment

I have been using it now for a couple of days. A few things I have noticed:
- The Mobile/data icon constantly keeps switching between LTE/LTE+. I tried changing the icon to 4G but then it keeps flipping between 4G/4G+. Also the signal icon is never full. For example in my room on the top floor I always had full signal bar with OOS
- Battery drain seems to go a little faster then OOS, any tips to improve this?
- I tried paying with my phone/bank app/nfc chip at local supermarket and it did not work.. It worked on OOS/magisk/usb debug disabled..
Is there a change to get OOS camera or anyone have a good working google camera app?

LTE+ and LTE are different modes. LTE+ means "LTE Advanced" which allows for carrier aggregation (see Wikipedia). I believe OxygenOS is not showing the + by default (Android allows to configure that internally). As for stength, it might be worth checking the actual db values as theres a few carrier know for cheating at the shown signal strength. Those cheats are "disabled" in AOSP.
Battery: So far reports all deliver an improvement or even experience with Oxygen. It might take a few cycles to "settle in".
Paying: The miracles of SafetyNet. I'm not familiar with the whole Google Pay stuff so I can't help you there unfortunately.
There are a few OxygenOS camera APKs you can install that work fine. Also all @Arnova8G2 GCam builds are fine.
I knew LTE/LTE+ are 2 different modes. But your story doenst explain why it keeps flipping from LTE to LTE+. Everywhere I am, walking trough the city, in the park, near the train station or at home it keeps switching from LTE to LTE+. Every 2 to about 10 seconds or so. This results in constantly moving icons in the top status bar which is pretty annoying. Also it doesn't make sense it would switch between the different modes so much right?
How do I check the db values and what are db values?
I've been using the first Pax build (STABLE) and just updated! Great battery! (I swapped kernel cause ViPER4Android)
There was a conflict with ViPER BT (not processing after about 5 seconds) however, kernel in 5/6 may yield stable results, we'll def find out.
kernel adjusting automatically. very stable; low load avg.
Spectacular CarbonROM, Thanks Myself5 I'll continue with the included kernel for a Carbon experience!
Amazing ROM, first time user and loving it. Thanks for such a hard work!
I'm using with MinMicroG and works like perfect, amazing battery life.
Would like to know some issue, in settings, Spoof package signature is available but I can't see, for playstore/fakestore! Why is that?
i want to try this rom. can anyone give me correct steps for installing...would be much help.??
usb file transer not working for me thanks for the rom

When I play multimedia or web streaming videos in 120 Hz refresh rate, then it leads to heating issues. That's why battery is draining on Redmi Note 10 Pro (india) . Otherwise your both ROMs are best(s).

That change clock position on LockScreen depends upon the source developer , the device maintainer can't modify the source according to his own.

Hi, I just flashed this rom on my Redmi note 10 pro max and mostly everything is working fine.
Only thing I've found not working is the HDR10. It says HDR10 supported but no HDR content triggers the HDR neither on UI. Pls look after this. If I'm the one having this problem then should I flash this same ROM again?
is the Camera working fine without Root. ??
Is it only for sweet devices or it'll work with sweetin??? Currently running on MIUI 12.5.8.0 RKFINXM.

After 10 days of use, there is no echo problem in this rom. Only a scratchy sound is heard in my ears at the first time, it is a small amount and it is not disturbing, the battery is very stable and I did not see any heating, only if pure black is added, it will be perfect...Thanks Luke.....
Nice project. Did this rom include Gcam? Thank you.

Using a wifi connection for about a day or so will automatically disconnect and can no longer connect, you need to turn the system back on and reset the WIFI link
I have a problem, network traffic indicator do not show speed. Show only 0 kb/s

"Limited connection"
wifi not working ...
Couple of things I noticed:
Accidentally put my wifi password in wrong while setting the phone up and instead of telling me that it was wrong it just kept trying to connect. This went on until I skipped that step and put the password in again from the settings.
When I went to the "finish setup" notification and decided to add some more fingerprints, none of the new ones worked. Only the one that I added on setup did. This was fixed by deleting them and adding them back from the settings menu.
Another thing that I noticed is that I set the phone to spanish, but for some reason the SnowHouse menu is still in english.
Lastly, I tried calling a friend of mine, and both of us heard eachother with a sort of "robotic" filter. I don't know what this could be caused by but it's not because of my network since it works fine on my main phone. (EDIT: It just happened the first time, now the calls sound normal). And also, the screen does not wake up when I remove the phone from my ear, so I have to press the power button for it to do so.
I should mention that these are all minor things and aside from them, this port made me consider using the S7 edge as a main phone once I get a new display for it, mainly because of how well it runs and how good the battery life is (and also the fact that it has been a dream of mine to own an S7 edge and combined with how "cozy" stock andoid feels, I just can't help but be excited for when the new display arrives).
Great job, expressluke!
do voip calls work? anyone tested that? discord...whatsapp...facebook messenger?
and how about phone calls?
Because I'm on android9 without any issues whatsoever
every later rom I tried always had problems with calls...either regular phone calls too low...not working through bluetooth/headphones or calls through internet apps
it's a phone and like I've mentioned before...if phone calls don't work proper it's useless to me as a daily
has anyone tested these?!?

ok
flashed since 2 days with omnitrix and it works well. Sometimes or rarely, i have little freeze and lags but doesn't make the device unusable.
Basic customizations but essential to personalize a little the device.
I flash pixel launcher mods to have D2TS on launcher.
I will try new sushi launcher port soon.
Rom is smooth and BB is good. Charging is speed.
The rom is all i want.
Better with no lags or no freeze.
I tried logcat but each time i do it, no lags and no freeze
What version of OmniTrix are you using? I just tried this version that they shared in the telegram group and it works much better.
does this rom offer the free full resolution google photos backup (like pixel os)?

Because it has been removed temporarily
What are the installation instructions for coming from A12?
Been using version 5.2 since a little bit before 5.4 came out. Overall had no problems except bluetooth compatibility. I've been using my Sony WF-1000XM4 since a year ago with no problem on Pixel OS with the LDAC playback quality set to "Optimized for Audio Quality" through the Headphones app but for some reason in Pixel Extended I have to go through developer options every time and set it through that setting while also experiencing some heavy delays/cuts
Edit: Also for some reason I can't for the life of me find applock
I've been having some seriously bad issues with battery draining roughly 80-85% overnight on the 5.2 version.. that's about 8-9 hours from the time I go to bed until I wake up! I fully charge it before I go to sleep in case of an emergency or event that requires me to leave unexpectedly in the middle of the night. The culprit is Android system... I don't have any specific details, aside from what checking battery usage is through settings.. I'm not sure why this problem has just begun over a period of about a week... I've been using this ROM for about 3 weeks without any issues at all ! Battery life has been phenomenal until about 4 to 5 days ago ! I noticed a new version of the ROM on sourceforge, version 5.4 ? Does this update address the issues with Android system eating up the battery at */- 80% over an 8 -10 hour period of non use.. again, I charge it fully before I go to sleep and clear all the apps from memory every night before I go to sleep... This is almost like a ritual for me... Kind of like an OCD thing I do nightly.. any input would be great! I'll try and get a log cat for you the next time this occurs.. BTW, are there any apps that you would prefer a log from? Best wishes, I'm not *****in' , but merely trying to bring awareness.. I love this ROM and would hate to be forced to use any other.. The 5.4 version has addressed the battery issues! Thank you!

I've been on 5.5 for a few days and it's smokin'fast and smooth! Thank you for the quick updates! Send like the battery life is far better. I do have one concern that probably has nothing to do with this ROM, but it did appear in the playstore after having upgraded to the 5.5 version. From what I've read it seems this has been there all along as a part of all Android software. I've read several reviews and naturally there are so many trolls that made reviews that I don't know who to trust. I've attached a screenshot from the updates section. I will not update until I know that it's "truly safe" to do so. If it's not, I'll uninstall the darn thing. All of this aside, I would like to thank you for this great ROM and the super fast updates! Your work is greatly appreciated by myself and probably most other folks using it as well.

Google releases 'Private Compute Services' as an updatable app in the Play Store

best rom i have used so far .
I used 5.4 until yesterday, the battery holds up well, so far I haven't found any complaints.
Did the OTA update to 5.5 in a few minutes this morning. This is my first rom with which I managed to do this without any problems.
If 5.5 will be better than 5.4, I'm the happiest man in the world
