ok so i used this toolkit for the MI A2 from this thread:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-a2/how-to/mi-a2-toolkit-unlock-bootloader-root-t3834585][Tool]
to unlock the bootloader, root the phone and enable camera2 API. And i had a little bit of issues with that as well but i got it working.
Now that was a few weeks ago and last night i accidentally slept in while watching videos on the phone without the phone plugged to the wall. So it drained and as i woke up i plugged it in and tried to turn it on but it was stuck on the boot screen (NOT bootloop, just stuck at android one screen) so i tried to fix the phone with the toolkit but then i suddenly got in bootloop (that problem i had the last time) so i tried to fix it the same time as last time. Said "last time problem" was that while trying to go into TWRP i got stuck on partition B (in my case normally the empty one) which resulted in a bootloop and i also couldn't access fastboot. It would always bootloop, so i tried to let it drain and then plug it in and immediately go into fastboot which seem to work and there i could change the partition back to A.
This time i thought it may be a similar problem and tried to solve it but i failed now i cant flash any partition (will add screenshot with prompt from toolkit), both of the partitions are bootlooping, i can still enter fastboot (now anytime i want to) and with the toolkit i can still access TWRP where i also tried to wipe cache (didnt't help) restore the phone (same) or wipe all the data and all resulted in failure. now im kind of lost at this prompt of the toolkit and my amateur guess is that my last resort may be the EDL mode but i dont know much about it and therefore i seek out for help

NEVERMIND, the phone started now as factory restored BUT i can't do anything really because i always get the prompt "Google-Framework-Services repeatedly stopps working" (my phone is in an other language so i translated it roughly). what should i do next? i dont want to mess this up more.
Edit:
Also i am currently on slot/partition B
You're probably trying to install a downgraded version, I highly doubt Mi A2 toolkit has been updated with the latest stock rom, you're better off downloading the stock rom from here and using the flash_all.bat file to do it.

Hello,
Yesterday i was using my phone (Redmi K20 Pro Indian Varient)
Suddenly my phone turned off and when i tried to switch it on it's going to recovery mode 3.0 again & again
I have pixel theme installed which i installed through mi official theme store and now i get google boot sreen for sometime then it go to recovery 3.0
No matter how hard you try to restart, it always ends there.
More info:
- The phone is completely from stock. No root, no bootloader unlock, nothing.
- Mi-Recovery only let me Wipe All Data, so this would be an unfeasible option without first having recovered the data.
- My PC Suite does not recognize the phone.
- I do not know if 'debug usb' is activated. I remember i activated it in the past, but I think that MIUI11 update deactivated it again.
- I can enter fastboot mode.
- I tried to open the phone, disconnect and connect the battery, but nothing has been fixed.
What can I do? My priorities now are:
1.- Recover the data like google authenticator, photos, etc.
2.- Revive my phone.
Thank you.
U can't get ur data u have to reset without wasting ur time
You can't recover your data from encrypted device. Forget your data and reset everything.

Hello everyone, how do you do?
I've got this phone that was running perfectly the stock rom, but I have that addiction to customize every phone I land my hands into (I guess some of you either haha).
But
This time something horrible happened, and I just can't back this phone to work. I'll tell what did I've done and I'm hopping you to help me (just paid a lot to fix the broken screen, don't want to buy a new board...)
Here we go: yesterday, several times I've tried to unlock the phone, and figure out that the fastboot command to do that have changed to fastboot oem unlock (at least in this phone), and had no need to copy that code into Motorola's page. After unlock, tried to install TWRP Recovery, several times, and finnaly got one that worked here. Okay. Ready to go. Also had difficulty to find a ROM that is compatible with this phone (I wanted some with Android 9, or 8.1, at least). I was capable to install the Lineage OS 15 Unnoficial for Nicklaus, but got stuck in Lineage OS Logo Screen. Fine. Downloaded the Lineage OS 14 Unnoficial (Android 7.1), flashed, and everything went fine! The ROM was installed, configured, but... My phone has the OnScreen Buttons for Navigation... And this ROM doesn't appear to get this to work... Every time I went to settings page and tried to enable this feature, the Settings Application stucks and phone restarts. So, at this point, I thought that the ROM was with some code problem, whatever, decided to download another. And (that was a HUGE MISTAKE). Downloaded the DotOS ROM here.
After flash, the ROM loaded up fine. Settings, ok, system, ok. But, the same problem with the Navigation Buttons. What? Again? Yes. Tried to enable via settings, but I realized that some configurations of Lineage OS installation is still there - forgot to wipe data before flashing ROM... But at this time (I guess it was 2AM) I had no patience to reboot, wipe, boot, configure, and decided to factory reset using the option in Settings menu. The DotOS shows me a logo saying "Wiping data". The phone reboots. And reboots. And reboots. But, the TWRP stills working, and tried many, many times to flash all sort of ROMs with no success at all.
I was going insane, you know, WHY I CAN'T FLASH THE ROM I'VE JUST FLASHED MINUTES AGO?? Got a clue: somehow when wiping data, DotOS bugged my /data partition (in TWRP, when wiping data, got an error in this partition, and cant fix it using TWRP fix menu). Tried a lot of tutorials over the internet to fix that partition, with no success. And, unfortunately, at that point my /system and /cache partition got broken too.
But, I had my secret weapon: THE STOCK ROM. Yes. Everytime all went wrong, is quite simple: just install the factory's ROM, and you will be fine. Right? Wrong. Really don't know why, I was not able to flash some images of the ROM (boot, recovery, system also). Thought I've downloaded the wrong Stock ROM. Tried another. And another. No success. What the hell? At this point my mind was not lucid enough, and decided to STUPIDLY FORMAT PARTITIONS BY MY SELF. Reboot Bootloader. Connect Cable. Fastboot.
fastboot devices -> OK
fastboot erase boot -> OK
fastboot erase userdata -> OK
fastboot erase system -> OK
That's it! Fixed! Now is just reboot, and... Reboot. Reboot. Reboot. Reboot.
Ok, Vol Down + Power. Nothing. Ok, Vol Up + Power. Nothing. Ok, Vol Up + Vol Down + Power, Vol Power + Dow Up, Fingerprint + Screen + Two Punches + Power. Nothing.
Stuck in boot loop. My worse nightmare. Thinked: okay, lets remove the battery, and... Remember I've just fixed the broken screen? Yeah. Out of lucky, the assistance tried THREE TIMES to change my screen, because the screen's provider at first provided a screen with ghost touches, at second a screen that had light glitches. At third, a correct screen. Don't want to loose my warranty, you know. If this third screen has some problem either? The assistance put that tag over the screw, you know. Can't take my battery off. But I really don't know if removing the battery will really help, because I've erased my boot partition. I hate me. My wife too (but she hated before). Now, got this tutorial: Ultimate Guide for [Bootloop Recovery] Noob Friendly, that is a little outdated, and can't help me. But gave me some hope: So, my phone isn't bricked yet! I can fix it!
But I really don't know how.
I hope someone helps me, and that this topic can be useful for any one who got stuck in Boot Loop from here to eternity.

Hey, download the stock rom for your from here:
https://motostockrom.com/motorola-moto-e4-plus-xt1773
And follow this process to flash the rom on to your phone:https://androidmtk.com/flash-stock-rom-using-smart-phone-flash-tool
Warning for this phone flashing process:
In SP flash tool, "do not" select 'format all+ download'(the phone will be bricked). Only select 'Download only'.
Secondly deselect preloader after adding scatter file(flashing it will also brick the device).
This all warnings are already given in the flash guide, i just want you to give proper attention while doing it.
Hey,
I know there's a fair few threads on this but I've spent the past 7 hours trying to resolve this with all ideas I've found although to no avail.
My phone was on, working as normal although randomly it is now stuck on the Miui logo no matter what I try. It also freezes on fastboot.
The phone isn't detected by the PC now anymore either, the phone is only 6 months old.
Does anyone have any other ideas what I can try?
I've tried safe mode, reboot, fastboot, connecting phone to PC, having someone call me etc, no luck.
Fastboot is not "fast boot", it is a mode to install parts of the operating system from PC.
If your bootloader is unlocked, (unlocked lock icon at the top of the screen when starting the phone) you can download MIUI (Fastboot version) from https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/archive/miui/sweet/ and then extract the archive, and run the flash_all_except_storage.bat file from PC while the phone is in "fastboot" mode and connected to PC via USB.
If your bootloader is locked (no lock icon when starting the phone), then I'm afraid you're gonna have to reboot to recovery mode (hold power button+ volume up when restarting the phone) and select wipe data option which will erase all data and "factory reset" it. If that does not work, then MIUI is corrupted and you have no choice but to visit a Xiaomi phone service center.
You're in luck if you live in europe or china, since there are many official xiaomi stores, but if you're in america, there are currently no official xiaomi stores sadly.

....Boot problems can also have something to do with defective hardware buttons.

Enter recovery. (hold volume up and power) There is an option to reset data there. It will wipe the data in your phone, but should start you from scratch.
Hello!
When I unlock my phone (Redmi Note 11 NFC, version is V13.0.12.0.RGKEUXM, there's an update available V13.0.13.0.RGKEUXM but I can't do it because of this problem), a few seconds later it reboots into the recovery menu. I've searched for a fastboot ROM of the update so I could manually update it, but it isn't available (only "recovery" version). I was wondering if I could backup the files on it before trying to wipe it, but if I don't need to wipe it, it'd be even better. Is it possible? If so, how? (I've tried rebooting it many times, "safe mode" that didn't actually do anything, connecting to MiAssistant which didn't work, activating Airplane mode, uninstalling recent apps.)
Same problem, started today. Already tried wiping data and the problem persists, so don't bother.
