How to remove black lines on Diamond HOME screen?

HI all,
this is my first post in this such a great community so I hope you'll help me:
First check Attachment. This is my currect home screen. I made several arrows here and my question is: is it possible to remove those black lines? This is main question and second: if it's not possible to remove it, where is possible to change the color of those black/grey lines?

Question mark character

Dear xda-community,
since I did a few things with my phone ( rooted, applied new font, lagfix ) I have a few problems with the display of text.
In some parts of the text, there are question marks in boxes.
Not like they replace real letters, but they are somehow appended to some text, for example for the menu entry of Weather and Toggle Widgets.
Any idea what this could be and how to fix it?
If you want screens or further details just tell me and i'll add it.

Edit: By switching back to the default font, I figured out that it was the custom font. It was called Comfortaa as used here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=752200
I used LauncherPro Plus with it and there were those question marks everywhere, maybe someone knows where this comes from, so I could make it work on my device.

[Q] Problem with original locksreen

Hi guys,
I have a problem!
I tryed the iOS4 LockScreen but after a few days testing in my mind the original wm 6.5 Lockscreen is better for me.
So I uninstall the iOS4 lockscreen. After this my Phone makes a soft reset. But now i have only the old wm lockscreen without the slider just the to buttons to unlook. After any research i found that i forget to backup my original /Windows/LockScreen.
So my question: can anybody help me to get my old original lockscreen back? I don´t want any mod just the original!

[Q] Customization Help (!)

Hi!
I am trying to totally customize my [rooted] Android 4.1 tablet.
I have figured out how to edit/change the bootscreen and font (aside from the clock font...may need help with this!).
I want to know how to change a few other things, though:
-Can I edit/change the volume slider? If so, how?
-Can I change my status bar/icons (battery, wifi, etc?)
-How do I change the loading/waiting circle animation? Can I use a custom one, or is there a gallery I can look and download from to change this?
If anyone can help me with this, I would really appreciate it!! And maybe even offer me tips?
NOTE: If needed,I can post screenshots.
