Question 2 problems with mi 11 pro , eu rom stable - Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra

1. when im trying to add photos on the whatsapp conversation , suddenlly the all phone is freezing and im not able to operate him . after the freezing is end i can operate again the phone .
2. when im answering a phonecall , then in this moment i see that the notification screen is hiding the buttons of answering the phone call . maybe its a problem with the proximity sensor ?

This is mi 11 ultra section, btw

its also for mi 11 pro .
do you have a link to mi 11 pro /// ...

Mi 11 pro and Ultra are the same, even software is the same, all good.
Honestly, I see that the 2 real issues with Eu rom are the following:
1- Eu rom its self.
2- People who convinced them selves that Eu rom is good.
to solve your issues, install original rom, if your device is CN? just install a global rom.

Hi,
I've got the Mi 11 Pro and using Eu.rom.
1. I've had that issue with WhatsApp but it has resolved itself.
2. No issues with answering a call for the entire duration I've had this phone.
The only issue at the moment is that my battery settings disappearing and then reappearing like Performance mode and automated tasks.

Agree, I don't know why people believe EU rom is good, probably they think custom rom is always good because in the old days it used to be. There is no better ROM than global for the European/US market

Yup!!! Read above the last few. They are convinced of the page that explains the benifits of cn over global with EU rom.
They did not mention that in the last few weeks, this forum is only about problems caused by EU rom. Read the first page of this device. Not a single issue on a normal global or cn rom.
And yes, stop being correct

Lol, yeah, there are only people with issues on EU rom and about notification on China ROM

Stop the girl fight... It's not the place iin here

if i want to pass from the eu rom to the global one , will i able to get my local language like in the eu? what are the differences?

The word global says it all, yes you can.
But try search info about it then or go to Xiaomi or xiaomi eu/global rom forum, they made all the rom and its easy to find what you looking for a you will get good help in there, from people who not are colored of their own private opinion... Just saying.
Most people in here are like this to, but its still not xiaomi, even u can find "ingbrzy" the xiaomi eu rom leader in here to.

Help Please, Whats the best stable fast ROM out there!?

hello i am sort of a noob on flashing phones, i just got my T-MOBILE Touch Pro 2, im very pleased with it, i downloaded the EURO WM 6.5 and..3G wouldnt work..and my keyboard mapping was wrong, i switched back to TMO Stock ROM, now i am look for the best stable fast running fun ROM,
ive seen many impressive ROMS outhere, but again im a noob, iam looking for a ROM that supports TMO 3G as in CoralSprings FL i have full 3G signal, please i would really appriciate your help, thanks in advance..
It all depends on what you install and what you use your phone way. Best way to find out is to read ROM threads, and flash and enjoy. Just make sure you have HardSPL before you flash custom ROM.
Mate I'm a complete noob as well.....
You just posted the same thread two days ago.
People posted help there.... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=572868&highlight=tmobile+keyboard
now go here... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=550559&highlight=tmobile+keyboard
It has all the T-mobile keyboard fixes.
Now you can use any ROM you like.
Don't ask people for the "best" or "most stable" ROM. Cause nobody knows what "the best" or "most stable ROM" is. It will depend on your own personal taste and situation. Give 'em a try and find something you like.
Oh and finally. I started on the Touch Pro 2 a couple of days ago. Had never used a WINMO phone before, never flashed, applied a cab, or anything. Although I've managed to do all of the above with a bit or "searching" and reading of this forum. Use the "Search" tool, it's excellent. And only ask a question if you've searched and searched and searched and still can't find the answer.
Best of luck
HDSPL then flash them all and you will find one that fits for you.
ikno guys, i already hardspl, but idont want to keep flashing and flashing, but yea isee what you guys mean, im downloading the energy rom, looks pretty cool, and alot support for TMO users,
thanks for ur response.

ooo yeah i had 4gten bout that post, sorry,
so i also read that the 3G depends on ur radio, can u guys help with that? please,
I haven't heard about that because my 3G worked right out the box with stock radio.
But I have the latest HTC and it seems to be working real well. Also read positive posts about it so give it a try.
Link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=4360836&postcount=2
BTW, their is NO WAY to return back to the stock radio once you flashed a new radio. UNTIL someone finds a way to release it to us.
wel mine too, but when i had the custom rom, it didnt work.
Please find your own ROM, today's best might nott be tomorrows best, and you might not like what someone else likes.

[Q] Galaxy S+ I9001 Problem

Hi Guys
I am hoping that someone might be able to help me.
I have a Galaxy S+ that just randomly reboots. It is running 2.3.3 i believe (Friend is using the phone atm)
I got the phone on contract and actually went through 5 phones (and entire stores stock) only to find that all of them have this issue.
No i believe that its a software problem and not hardware as Samsung themselves have said nothing about it and the Samsung Specialist @ Vodacom (my cellular provide) has said that there isn't anything that they have heard or that they know of.
I have already rooted the phone, obviously the problem was happening before the rooting of it.
So my question is that does anyone think if i updated the rom to 2.3.6 or whatever else is available it might fix the problem?
I would prefer to keep the rom stock but will go with idea's that anyone would have.
Secondly where would i be able to get updated stock Samsung i9001 roms?
O really wanna give me gf this phone at the end of the month so please if someone could help me i would appreciate it!
Many thanks in advance

i'm not sure about the rebooting problem, but 2.3.3 had other problems in my country, u couldn't send an sms if u had 3G ON , so t-mobile updated all the devices to 2.3.5 , it might be a sign that 2.3.3 has some bugs. my opinion would be to flash one of the stock roms out there , or check if u have an update through kies (although i don't recommend updating with kies as there's a big chance it will freeze during instalation - ya , another crappy samsung software).
Thanks mate i think i will def but i am looking for a uk stock rom?

it depends on what u're looking for, i personally prefer stock with a few tweaks here and there. u can check the custom roms available in our dev section, it's not a big choice ,but u can see if any of them suit ur needs.
sudden restart
i am new around here,i got a i9001 and it sudden restarts on every rom i installed, costom or stock. first i taught that it restarts because of its ram, like the memory dump on pc, but then i saw, that i rebooted it and after 10-15 min it sudden restarted. i've been to my carrier for warranty, and what they did it was only a flash of rom version 2.3.6 and they gave it back to me. after about 2 hours since i got it back, it did the sudden restart again. srry for my english.

i have tryed all the brood roms, non oc version. at warranty they told me they know that i9001 has problems, but not the one described by me. which rom resolved your problem? now i got the kq1
I tried xxkpu and xxkq1, no problem so far.
If your phone is under warranty, ask for replacing new one.

they said when the phone came back "the phone did not present the problem sent for" on the warranty paper. They know about this problem, but they dont wanna lose money with extra costs for i9001 owners, it was a mistake made by samsung on this model and they dont want to assume it. I read more about this snapdragon oc processor used on i9001 (1.4 Ghz) and it says that it overheats sometimes rarely in first months, but after some heavily daily use it enters a restart loop ( probably after your warranty expires) and the phone becomes useless. sorry to say that for i9001 owners.
"Recently, a growing number of smartphone users experience temperature-related CPU failures that seem to be inherent in Snapdragon-powered devices, and typically manifest only after several months of smartphone use. Symptoms of this hardware failure are unexpected reboots of the phone, especially in higher ambient temperatures and under high CPU load and/or Wifi use. The phone may then enter a "reboot-cycle", which can only be stopped by removing the battery and cooling the phone. Over the period of several weeks or months, this behavior becomes increasingly frequent and occurs at progressively lower ambient temperatures and CPU loads, until it reaches a point where the phone can only be used in refrigerated and/or air-conditioned environments. It is speculated that deteriorating solder bonds of the BGA matrix (i.e., a lost connection between the Snapdragon-CPU and its motherboard) due to thermal stresses occurring in normal operation is the underlying problem for these failures, and CPU re-heating procedures have been proposed to remedy this problem, but so far with mixed results.[23] These hardware issues have not yet been officially acknowledged by companies that use the Snapdragon processor in their smartphones, even though a very large number of devices (HD2, Desire, Evo, Droid Incredible, Xperia, Galaxy S, etc.) seem to be affected. "
this thing is copied from a romanian site, which was meant to be a review for the snapdragon processors.
Sorry for beeing that silly, but did you resetted your phone?
sure I did, like i said, i tryed everything possible, formattin' partions, hard reset, wipe dalvik cache..

[Q] Can't flash any ROM whithout losing IMEIs

Hey everyone,
Sorry if I don't post this topic where it should be..
Recently, I bought a new phone and the rom that is has it's a little bit bad..
The phone is a XOLO Q800 wich in Romania, where I live, is called Allview P5 Quad.
So.. I don't like the ROM and I want to flash another one.
But, now comes the problem: when I try to flash any ROM, the imeis (imeis because it is a dual sim phone) are lost..
So, does anyone have an idea or a fix for this problem?
I have CWM recovery and root access.
Thank you
Have a nice day. :3
And sorry for my bad english

That phone isn't supported here (actually the first time I hear about it). Although, you might have more chance in the Xolo sub-forum: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xolo-q700
Now that being said, you'll need a ROM that supports dual sim and also has the right modem/radio. You might wanna find out which one the stock ROM has and look for them in the custom ROM (or simply put the stock one in the zip).

Question Finally signed up, I'm looking for some help

So, long story short... Bought a Mi11 ultra from wondamobile, the phone is half in Chinese and I'm 50/50 about keeping the phone, I'm enjoying it but I'm struggling, apparently I'm not as much of a poweruser as I thought I was.
I tried to root an old phone of mine a Samsung S8+ and I absolutely could not do it so I'm worried about messing this one up. Started the unlock process today so I won't be able to do anything for a week but I was wondering if there's anyone that's comfortable with theirs and would maybe do mine for me?
I've seen a few people suggest it can be done remotely, would happily pay to have it sorted out and either an EU or Global Rom flashed to it. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated too
Iam the one who posted a thread to help install xiaomi.eu rom. I can help you once you are ready through zoon/teamviewer.

I bought mine from Winds and had that mini version of Google, so I know where you're coming from. Why do you want to root? You don't need it for the EU ROM unless you need something that the ROM cannot give you. The EU ROM works on Google pay, banking apps, any widevine L1 requirement like sky go and more.
If you do root, you will need to try to hide it and that's when lots of apps fail safety net. Mine did on sky go, I just could not hide it enough but I didn't really need root, so got rid of it
You are best starting the bootloader unlock now. Nothing will happen until you have used the 1 week wait, 168 hours, then when you do, it will format, so that's the time to install twrp and flash the latest twrp EU ROM and enjoy.

Absolutely, but why do you need to root? I use the weekly beta version of EU ROM and it's been superb. No issues, all the latest updates as it's based on the Chinese weekly beta ROM but with the best of all versions but no Chinese text or apps.

Question Need to Roll Back Chinese Rom (Mi 11 pro)

Hi guys, I really need help! I bought Mi 11 Pro On the site TradingShenzhen With Xiaomi.eu rom and I have nothing but worries!!! as soon as I play a game that uses "pubg" power or else I use the camera too much, my phone reboots every time, that's 5 or 6 times a day!!! I'm really at my wit's end. I have already tried several updates, at each installation clean the data, but the problem does not change at all! so I would like to try to go back to the original Chinese rom to try to see if the problem is still there. so I need a tutorial to start from the xiaomi.eu 13.0.9 rom has the Chinese rom behind.
