i was at A9 ONE UI 1 my bootloader was unlock so no OTA was available i purchased it that way and i was having my sims working. so i decided to update it to A11 via odin over 9. when i install the latest version i am getting "Emergency Calls Only" i tried A10 too and i was unable to boot any custom rom no matter which rom i do install it's gets into bootloop and restart in Download mode. the phone recognize which carrier i am using for both sim and but unable to search network manually. so i think the problem is i have installed the wrong variant of stock. i tried googling it but it's keep showing me the Asian based rom. so if anyone can help me with that please do or is there any other solution for that. i already tried sim toll kit permission method network reset method factory res so if there is any provision file i should flash and here is the *#*#4636#*#* results. i am unable to change radio band.

I flashed darky's v5.2 ROM and it flashed and it was working. But there was one problem and that was I couldn't call or go on my data plan, cuz it said" Your SIM card does not allow a connection to this network." So, i thought that it was just maybe the new data that ovewrtied the old data, so i went on my phone and i went and did a "Factory Restore", then i did my passcode lock, and then it went and did its thing and when it booted to the boot screen. Now it is stuck there, PLEASE HELP!!!

If you can get into download mode again then reflash the device back to your original firmware (or whatever you were on before flashing Darky's Rom) and try again from there...

I tried to flash my phone to android lollipop but it failed and ended in a bootloop. So I downloaded a 4.4.4 one from somewhere and tried to flash it. the phone booted and was working but it was in russian or something i changed the language to english. But now I cant use 3G from my provider. I'm from the netherlands if that helps? C6603_10.5.1.A.0.292_RU.ftf Thats the file i downloaded and flashed.

Fixed it by manually entering the APN settings of my provider.
Hello all i have a M8 HK edition on lollipop from the us on sprint. ( i am in Europe)
I was trying to get sim unlock and i got as far as installing the TWRP on it after unlocking the boot-loader.
i was in the stage to install the super user zip with the help of TWRP but somehow i manage to hit the fix permission button in there.
I tried all the simple way out there wipe-ing all the caches / factory resetting but nothing no goo.
I want to put the original firmware on the phone but i really need some help to lock the boot-loader and to do that i need to S-OFF as i am S-ON now.
and if you can point the right firmware or recovery image for this phone it wold be fantastic.
Any info you need just ask and (tell we how to get it, if its complicated)

If this is the Taiwanese version of the N9208 then you have to unlock the bootloader with the CROM service app before you can flash anything. If it is you can not randomly flash other countries firmware due to the difference in the radio
Only run the CROM Service app on the Taiwanese or Chinese version

I have an X527 which has now been upgraded from 16s to 19s.
With the 16s installed I could get both SIM cards working together briefly (a few minutes) then one of the slots would change to 2g and I'd have no network access as Three Mobile is only 3g or better.
What is the easiest way for me to get both SIM's working at the same time at 3g speeds or higher?
I've downloaded MPSS.TA.2.1.C7-68083.zip, which, I believe will give me the two SIM's working at the same time.
If MPSS.TA.2.1.C7-68083 is all I need, how to I install this into my system to over-write the existing MPSS.TA.C.2.0.c18, or do I need to download and install a higher ROM version beyond 19s?
