@ph4n70m-404 Any chance you can go official with this? That would be awesome and take the burden of maintenance off you.

Probably not there's a bunch of edits to the rom to make the experience better such as removing audiofx and allowing anyone to record calls that there is absolutely no way i could get away with continuing, i would not be able to make gapps included builds which I've been considering because of the current issues with flashing gapps, and finally there's quite a few stability issues that i would like to get fixed first. It also doesn't really take any burden off since the only difference would be hosting and the fact they build on their own servers iirc and since i build with my own hardware generally using a script it isn't really a burden. There's also the fact that ota updates don't seem to work currently despite the fact I've specified my own json to the updater which it should be able to use but it always fails at installing.
is this still being developed? Or has it been discontinued

Most of the development/announcements are on telegram, the download link in op points to a folder of all the ROMs so you can see the latest.

This works great. At least as good as the other lineage 18.1 rom here. I'm glad to not be running a year old rom on this thing. The only gripe I have with it is that I cant figure out how to get the LED to indicate when I plug the phone in to charge.
I've tried installing this rom a couple times now but it keeps getting stuck on boot.
I've managed to get TWRP installed and working but when I try to install the ROM from within TWRP, both with or without the gapps, it just gets stuck at the loading screen. I do get the LineageOS logo animation but that's where it gets stuck.
I've installed TWRP using fastboot which has worked several times now (had to reset the entire device with the rescue and smart assistant from Lenovo).
I wiped the data using both the general wipe option and the "advanced wipe" option, selecting only the first 3 options that I get.
I then install the zip file of the ROM itself.
As mentioned I've tried doing this with and without the gapps but it gets stuck either way. I've had it once where it also just doesn't boot up at all and reboots itself into the bootloader.
Am I doing something wrong here? I'm not sure since most ROM installations don't exactly come with a very detailed guide. Tried a few so far but no luck with any.

Nice to see XenonHD for our device.
Will you maintain this after LOS 15.1 will be official too?

First time installing crDroid to your Pixel 3XL, or coming from another ROM:
1) You should be using the most current factory images from Google
2) Boot into Recovery
3) Wipe/Advanced Wipe: Dalvik / ART Cache, system and data
4) Flash the ROM zip (PixelGAPPS are Included)
5) Flash the TWRP install zip
6) Reboot (You'll see "No OS Installed", this is normal on A/B devices)
7) For root, AFTER you boot into crDroid, you can go back to recovery and install Magisk XX.x (whatever is most recent).
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.

No worries very interested in checking out your rom.
Since this includes Pixel gapps, does this mean the original pixel 3 launcher is included?!
Really Excited to see crDroid is coming for the pixel 3XL - dissapointed that I can't download right now - but I understand - these things happen - looking forward to when things have been straightened out and the download link is working again - thank you so much for the work you have put into this ROM - can't wait to flash!
No need to apologize! I am pumped to flash this though. I saw you have a Havoc folder along with this CrDroid folder under Crosshatch on AndroidFileHost. Are you building that ROM too? You are awesome either way, but Havoc would be so dope!
How can I use Stock Pixel launcher from the PlayStore with this ROM? Is it possible?
Ran this on my OG Pixel XL, love it. @hokiealumnus is the Man! But, thank you for maintaining our device. I can't wait to take it for a spin...
Crdroid just keeps on following me around. Great ROM on my old Oneplus 5. It was one of the early roms to get wifi calling working on my op5 with AT&T. I look forward to giving it a run.

Can someone provide me stock kernel of this rom??
Hello I have been using this rom for 2 or 3 weeks now. Overall this is way stable than the android 11. Although I still had to reboot twice in rare occasion. I do have a problem right now, 2 of 3 my banking apps thinks my rom is rooted. However I didn't installed magisk or any root tools. so is this rom rooted by default?
I have 3 banking apps, lets say it is A, B and C app. Initially, From what I observes, A & B apps thinks my rom is rooted and the C app doesn't detect root, but when I installed magisk and hide magisk from app, A & B banking app don't detect root, but the C app now thinks rom is rooted. Vice versa. So this got me confused.. Can anyone help me?

Thank you very much for this ROM.
If any of you guys want a (relatively) stable ROM which has decent battery performance, tons of customizations while being lightweight at the same time, this ROM is good for you.
Side note: I noticed this bug where it would have a notification popup that settings has stopped working even though nothing happened. Apart from that, it's all smooth sailing.
btw I'm using the Vanilla build with NikGapps Core and Google Location History Addon.
I tried to install this firmware in the way specified in the description. But I get a hang on the logo and after a while a reboot in twrp. What am I doing wrong?

If you need to, reflash miui global with miflash (flash_all and NOT flash_all_and_lock), boot into twrp, wipe - advanced - data and dalvik (idk if this is necessary tho), flash fw and vendor, flash ROM, format data (swipe to yes), you can flash gapps or whatever (I always flash magisk using the boot.img).

It turned out only when I flashed the full miui ROM first. It turns out that not always and not for all custom ROMs, it is suitable to limit yourself to flashing only vendor.

Hey, did you do the firmware updating as linked in the OP?.....if so, heimdall or odin? I'm concerned about the bright red warning about only using on Lineage 19.1....
I see in the install instructions that it says to use crdroid recovery. Is this a requirement or just a suggestion?
I successfully installed using latest lineage recovery, and MindTheGapps-12.1.0-arm64-20220605.
Really hoping there can be another crdroid release soon.
I had a bit of trouble getting my bootloader unlocked and LOS recovery installed. I managed to do it and then installed latest LOS. But I really want to be using crdroid. Problem is LOS recovery sees the latest crdroid as a "SPL downgrade". Can I overcome this without having to flash stock?
I currently have an older Lineage recovery on my tablet and am trying to flash the crdroid recovery from the op. ADB/fastboot is not working for me while in download mode....what is the procedure to flash recovery? Damn I am missing twrp!!
EDIT: Ok, got it flashed by changing to .tar and using Odin
No sooner did I ask about a new release than one appears on crdroid.net. thanks @DarkJoker360
