[MUST READ] Clarification Regarding 64bit Rom availability for Redmi S2/Y2

Hi MIUIers, especially Redmi S2/Y2 users!
First of all, it took some times to get the information right while we were guessing about the future of 64-bit ROM for Redmi S2 and Y2. It's just because we are aware about the future of 32-bit ROM that might have reduced support starting this August. That's the reason why we put "In Review" stamp to the most popular thread. We were seeking or rather waiting for MIUI Developers confirmation.
For us, whatever happens happens, and unfortunately sad and bad news comes to us. Today we just got confirmation that there will be no 64-bit ROM for Redmi S2 and Redmi Y2 both China ROM and Global ROM. While we don't have any follows up about the exact reason, there might a good reason why they decided to not to release it.
Because by releasing 64-bit ROM, it could not delivered through OTA because to migrate to 64-bit ROM to perform clean flash that require format data is mandatory. Therefore to unlock bootloader is needed as well. Not to mention that to do all the process also much riskier for general users.
We just want you to know that we feel sorry for this kind of situations and could not help further since it's a final decision by developers. While this decision might hurt you, we can assure you that your device is still supported with further update.
Regards.

Dear moderator, kindly close this thread. We have successfully booted into 64bit ROM for this device. As we all know XDA is meant for mods. This is an official statement and unnecessary in here. Already there's a thread regarding the 64bit ROM above. Please close this thread as it may cause confusion to people. I am one of the beta tester of @Peak.Krittin He was the one who developed this ROM. Here's the proof for that:

Oppo Reno PCAM00 Android Q beta upgrade test / Downgrade back to CollorOS FAILL!!!

Hey Guys just wanted to share my bad experience with my Oppo Reno model: PCAM00
soo... I got this Chinese version a few days back and wanted to flash global rom on it.... why? Well many reasons. First off all I hate seeing Chinese letters mixed with latin (even do I chose english as preferred language... some system apps are still in Chinese, and the main reason is I cant use google apps as system app. As so I'm not able to use google voice assistant in background ( which i use the most as I em reallyš lazy). Only when I enter app it's available.
Having in mind that there is still no root for this device i wanted to test Android Q beta, and this is where nightmare starts.
Upgrading to Android Q beta was not such a problem. Simply putting phone in recovery mode and upgrading just in few minutes.
Most of stuff works well. Even Fingerprint sensor (witch i heard is not working well in And.10). Only thing not working is camera. Every time i try to use it, phone freezes, and I have to reset it with vol.Up+power button (only power button wont work).
So after Testing it a while, i wanted to revert back to ColorOS (android Pie with Color0S), and I followed post of Official Reno site, and this is where i stuck!
After downgrade.. i got page for choosing language, after wifi connection an after that i get page where it says: Please Activate Phone...This phone has bean locked with find my phone, please enter passcode for (my user name for oppo, my phone number)... and when I enter my passcode, it says something on Chinese, i tried to picture translate it and it says something about server error! And I cant pass that page. I em desperate! If anyone of you brainiacs know how to help me... please do so... Other wise I will have to wait official Android Q (10) version for oppo reno.
Also if you have any questions about android Q beta, I'm here for you.
Thanks in advanced.
Hi Dear,
Just asking how did you flash the Firmware?; as i am trying to flash the stock FW using MSM Download v3 & v4.0.58 Nd both didn’t work... and telling me that i have to use a different updated version of the MSM Download tool.
It would be great to support, please
i didn't flash it with msm d.tool... that thing is not working without acount. i upgrade it.. with USB memorystick throo recoveri mode. If msm would work or someone knows way to use it without account... i woul flash eu firmware version.
Hi atijasa, can you share your test version of Q beta with me? Because now I can't get the PCAM00 Q BETA version that I can downgrade to P by myself from the official website, thanks so much!

Hi All

Best Regards for All Developers.
Welcome to XDA. If you encounter any problems when trying to flash ROM, or you want to learn to flash ROMs from scratch, ask me here.
Good luck!

note 9 andoid 10 one ui2.5 root ?

HI Guys, can someone please guide me to a thread or vid of getting root back on my note 9 SM-N960F Exynos, that I had to unroot from one ui android 9, because of a hacking issue I had and do full wipe.. So I had to go back to stock and then I updated to latest android 10 with One Ui 2.5 - But someone said it completely different on 10. If someone could please just either direct me to a guide, be very thankful Or even a good CFW. As Im happy with the Note 9 and will update to NOTE 22 or should say Galaxy s 22 ULTRA in a year when they drop a good ammount.
Any help advice guys - Thanks !!
Yeah When I Upgraded My Note 9 From Android 8.1 To Android 10 Im Not Happy Since Samsung Changed The Bootloader For These Phones Which Prevents Users From Downgrading
Yeah that a bit ****ty !! But I have seen a vid where a guy rooted, but it in polish and the auto translate a mess .. So hard to follow. If anyone who had rooted their Note 9, android 10 ui 2.5, can you advise a link.. thanks !

Possible to raise the Android version above 9 on Nokia 8 TA-1004 without root?

Hi everyone. i searched the forum but did not find any suitable information, i hope i did not miss anything.
I have a Nokia 8, Model: TA-1004 (Dual SIM), running the latest known stock update to me Android 9 00WW_5_15G_SP04.
I have some company SW on the phone which starts to make a fuzz about the to old Android version (9) so i have to either buy a new phone or update the current one. Problem is that my company does not allow any rooted devices. Is there any chance to update it to a newer version of Android without root?
Does anybody know? The phone is otherwise great and it would be a bugger having to buy a new one just because of this.
Best regards and thanks a bunch for any possible help here.
regards
You can put Android 12 Pixel Experience on it, default is unrooted. But ofcourse you need to unlock the bootloader.
Thanks for your reply. Now that sounds interesting. I will have to check how that is done. Have not done that before.
Have you got a link for that rom somewhere?
Regards
Basicly all is covered here: https://wiki.pixelexperience.org/devices/NB1/install/
Nokia Bootloader Unlock Took doesn't work anymore but you can still unlock using this guide: https://www.techmesto.com/guide-unlock-bootloader-nokia-android-phones/
After bootloader unlock you can install T-Virus, it includes PixelExperience Android 12, then just take OTA to latest version.
