root redmi 4x

Hey guys I am using redmi 4x I have installed Oreo pixel experience rom in it.... Can any one help me how to root this device in Android Oreo 8.0.

Install Magisk Systemless Root
First Flash Magisk
If No Magisk/Root App appeared, Install Magisk Manager Manually.

Mount system in twrp then flash magisk zip

I'm having the same problem. It is telling me that I can't mount /vendor
Even when I try to flash supersu, it looks like it works but doesn't do anything.
UPDATE:
You'll need a treble compatible recovery
Download this:

Then, download a treble compatible version of magisk

[ROM] [MIUI 10] MIUI10-8.7.2 Beta for REDMI 4/4X Satoni

Hey folks!
Finally after long wait MIUI 10 beta for REDMI4/4X.
Please follow the below steps to flash MIUI10 on Redmi4:
1. First take backup of all your apps and app data.
2. Download and flash latest TWRP 3.2.1 , Redwolf Recommended Click here
3. Wipe Cache, Dalvik, Data and System
4. Flash MIUI 10 beta zip from the below link.
5. Flash lazyflasher zip to keep TWRP or else TWRP will go after reboot.
6. Reboot and here you GO!!!
7. If you want to root Flash Magisk 16.4 after successful boot.

MIUI 10 Beta REDMI 4/4X
Lazy Flasher Zip
Magisk 16.4 Zip

Is gapps included? And is there any bugs?

I wasn't able to flash gapps with this rom, but the rom itself is fast and snappy so I ended up installing the google play/services manually :good:

Whats the android version? Oreo or nougat?

Nougat version.. Rom very fast... but little bugs. battery and notification quick rply....

No gapps , i flashed 7.1.2 arm64 gapps but not working, why ? Which gapps install?

Use Micro GApps from the https://opengapps.org (ARM64). Works for me.

What's the best path for the Mi Pad 4 Plus

Hello everyone.
I would like to know what's the best path for this tablet, if it is a custom rom which on is it?
I still have it stuck on Oreo MIUI 10, have lost Otg function along the usage time ( Don't know how or why)
