После установки не забудьте удалить папку OAT в system/priv-app/miuisystemUI и system/priv-app/settings.

Don't install this, I installed it in magisk and my settings kept on stopping and when clearing cache, dalvik didn't work I had to re flash the room.

For me it doesnt work. Flashed the modue in magisk and deleted the 2 folders. The Face id option is not here but the recent apps switcher looks different now.

Just install Xiaomi EU rom and get the official face id. Plus smoother and less storage than the Global rom. My Redmi 5 2Gb/16Gb was much improved after Xiaomi Eu rom

edit: i flashed now eu rom. but there's still no face id. MIUI v9.5.2.0

eu.rom has preinstalled face id

endless loop of the home screen pages, is it possible in EMUI 9.1 ???

didnt find how i can do it with the p30 pro emui 9.1 , was able to do it in the mate 10 pro with emui 8

not there in the emui 9.1, as i said it was on emui 8 when i had the mate 10 pro
but no luck with the p30 pro emui 9.1

Is this option available in the update plan?

Unlock your blootloader, put a custom twrp, flashh Magisk 20.1 , then download and install es file explorer pro, search build.prop then search persist.camera.hal3.enabled.0 and change from 0 to 1 save and you are done

Can I install Android 8.1 based MIUI 10 on Le 2?

Hello friends,
I recently downloaded Android 8.1 based MIUI 10, I m confused whether can I install it on my Le X526 or not? If so, how do i do it, and any reviews of the above ROM, if u installed the particular ROM above. A similar forum only had android 6.0.1 based MIUI 10.

There is no MIUI based on Android 8.1 you have a wrong file
And you are in wrong thread this should be on "Questions and Answers" not in "ROMs and Development"

there is no miui based on 7 and above ... only Android 6

Yeah,ik, android 6.0.1 based MIUI 10, is also ported from Redmi Note 3, I cannot install this on my Le 2, eh?

that android 6.0 MIUI 10 is a port so you can install it of course

hmm....my rom is in zip format, can i install thru "System Update" or I have to install that TWRP and unlock Bootloader? If so? plz guide me to do it safely, coz many people told the process cud void warranty

first : yes , all this process of changing rom will avoid warranty but LeEco is dead and this phone is very easy to unbrick so don't worry about it
second : give me the download link of that rom ... so i can help you better ... cheers!!
