Your download is probably corrupted or the file is invalid

I used sammobile.org and firmware download tool
both have same problem

You could try to download again using Frija, as explained Here.
Frija gives stable and fast download.

Frija check CRC after downloading and decrypt only after matching, means if decrypted it's should be correctly download.
Possibly your anti virus or security app falsely recognize file having virus and may try to repair. Check anti virus history of threat repair.

Understandable, but all servers and home internets can corrupt the download, like i said check the MD5 Checksum and see if they match
And no, the PH3.img file is to Update your hboot which you do not need to do unless you are not on ICS

It's a checksum to verify is you have a good download or not, most devs have them on the post or when you are downloading, then google MD5 Checker and check the MD5's and see if they verify if they do, you have a good download if not well redownload until you do because it will be Bad/corrupt

No, like I said verify the Checksum
MD5: Checker http://download.cnet.com/MD5-Checker/3000-2092_4-10410639.html
Then check With the OP or the site where you download the rom for a MD5
What are you exacting?? You shouldn't be exacting nothing except the "boot.img" aka the Kernel Or if a WCX Rom Wildchild's recovery...Everything else stays as an .ZIP

Sorry, should have read a bit closer. I was going to recommend that you use CWM to flash ROMs back but you don't have the i9295. Where did you purchase it from? I'm from Australia, so I'm not sure about the US, but I think I've read in other threads that some Best Buys(?) have Samsung stores in them that have reflashed the stock firmware free of charge without actually checking your warranty. Maybe you want to look into this?

The problem with your S4A is that it has a locked bootloader, so you can't flash firmware yourself, sorry!

If you don't want to go to Best Buy right away you can try flashing the firmware yourself.

If you took the official OTA for 4.3, ML2, there is no known root exploit available. Odin is easy to flash with - there are 1 clicks that do all the hard work for you, all you have to do is put your phone into download mode and the app does the rest on your PC. Make sure you have the proper drivers installed. Best way I found was to download the software suite from Samsung for the phone. Without the proper drivers Odin won't see the phone (I found this out the hard way.)

No worries, I heard they were pretty good in the US. Remember though, you can't root it on 4.3 (yet). If they've set it back to 4.2.2 then you can root again and not update to 4.3. If they've set it to 4.3 then either you will have to follow @Devo7v's instruction to flash back or wait it out as a root method is currently being worked on.

Download the full ML2 Odin, check the MD5 to make sure you didn't get a corrupted download. MAKE SURE all the files are in the right place in Odin and flash away. It should put the stock firmware back on the phone. Then you can proceed from there.

The MD5 is sort of like the fingerprint for the file, so you need the MD5 of the file you downloaded to match the MD5 that was posted in the thread. Download WinMD5Sum from the website here. Under File Name load the ML2 Odin zip package that you downloaded. WinMD5Sum will generate the MD5 of the file you downloaded and you can compare that to the MD5 the uploader posted in the thread. If the MD5's match then that means you downloaded exactly what was posted. If the MD5's don't match exactly, then you have a corrupted download and need to download it again.

[Q] "System software not authorized" message with I537UCUBML2

Story: I rooted my stock S4A a while back, decided I didn't like it and wanted to update to 4.4 anyway, so flashed I537UCUAMF1 (4.2.2) (stupidly not realizing that I couldn't do OTA updates once I did that).
Now trying to update to 4.3 and got the "system software not authorized" message when I flashed I537UCUBML2.
What do I do?

Are you sure you don't have a corrupted download? The MD5 of the file you download should match the MD5 for that file in the thread.
PS Questions should be posted in the Q&A section.

I think you're getting a bad dl as well cause mirror #3 is my DL and all you do is just extract the files from the zip folder and flash them.
The MD5 that you are getting wrong is probably because you are checking MD5 of the .7z file instead of each individual .tar file
If you are having trouble with the .7z file then here's a link to DL each .tar file directly (contains BL/AP/CSC/CP for ML2)

md5 problems with twrp in my l90

It all goes all right, but when I need to flash, a message appears, saying md5 not found or does not match. I am using the 3.0.2-0 version of twrp and this ROM: https://slimshady.msfjarvis.me/cm-11-20160802-UNOFFICIAL-w7.zip
(thank you @SlimShady's), but tried also with other ROMs and the same problem...
I also tried to create a md5 file with this second method http://www.aftvnews.com/how-to-use-twrps-built-in-md5-file-integrity-checker-to-avoid-bricking/ and using this md5 generator: http://onlinemd5.com/

A md5 sum is not needed. The MD5 algorithm can create a unique checksum(so TWRP can check if the file is broken or not), but it wouldn't flash if the file is broken. Just ignore this message.
Btw, there is no reason to create a separate thread, better post in an existing thread of the ROM you flashed.
Oh, sorry.
And so... how I do this? Ignore this message? Because when this error occurs, I don't see any way to continue...
Thanks in advance

Then either your md5 is incorrect or your Rom zip is corrupted. This is what I mentioned before, if the md5 sum of the zip and the sum stored in the md5 file mismatch it will abort(if you created the md5file your own it's possible that it is incorrect).

Yeah, I've created.
Ignored it and works fine. Thank you people!
You need to turn md5 verification off in twrp settings

Imei Problem

Hey guys, I need some help here... I've flashed my R1HD and selected the format all + download option , obviously I bricked my phone,:silly: finally I could bring it back to live (with the preloader of the 6.6 version and the files of the 6.4 version) but in the process the IMEIS were erased and I haven't been able to restore them. I've tried 8 different methods and still they're null so if anyone knows a method that actually works in this especific model (tasted) or send me a twrp back up of your system to check I'm not missing some file... I would be Thankfull. :fingers-crossed:

Oh so you didn't use preloader from 6.6 maybe the 6.6 safe rom preloader then. Either way that's good that it works with spft.
I tested with it and did two walk through with people who did format all. They both said now there eimi problem was solved. I was able to make my imei show as different numbers but my db file wasn't formated like there's. That's why I included the device db file.
Also as side note the 7.4. update changes database files again but not the imei. to add band 12
