Checkout the update released in Asus website : UL-ASUS_T00I-WW-7.4.4.0-user.zip which is 837MB size on disk :highfive:
Description ASUS ZenFone4(T00I) software Image: V7.4.4 (Android L) for WW only*
Improvement:
1. Implement Android security patch for Stagefright.
2. Update several apps including ASUS Browser and Contacts.
3. Allow user to disable several preloaded apps.
4. Add ZenCircle.
5. Add Photo Collage.
Steps of Update:
1.Check software version of your device**
2.Download device software and Update SOP (From “Manual” Item)
3.Only apply to same SKU update, Example: WW->WW, CN->CN, TW-
>TW.
4.Software update cannot transfer the software SKU and downgrade
the software version.
5.Wrong SKU may cause update failure, please update the same SKU
version only.
*How to know the device model?
Path: Settings->About-> Model number
Example: ASUS_T00I
**How to know the device software version?
Path: Settings->About-> software information->Build number
***System upgrade may cause part of data missing, please buckup
your important data before system upgrading.

Here is the full July 1827*, 2017 security and bug fix update pulled straight from Smart Switch. Stock image, no modifications, etc. Unzip and flash tar.md5 file with Odin. (Flashing a stock image with Odin will not void Knox warranty)
*Samsung released another July update on the 27th with additional bug fixes. Link updated below.

Though, this update is now outdated already. G920TUVU5FQG3 was released 7/27 but isn't available via Smart Switch yet.

Yep, I use TWRP and flash Magisk to get root.

Thanks buddy! i was able to update to Android 7.0 from a custom ROM with android 6.0 using this. I used odin 3.12

New update

Size was about ~460mb, claims performance boosts and device improvements.
Baseband of CRI2 now.

Same here. I was thinking that it would include the September security update, but is still on August update. I looked for info on this update, but could not find any. It was a large update.
Any specifics or more details about this update?

Pretty hefty update size-wise, nearly 8 times larger than the August security update from earlier this month. Downloading now...

It added some crap chatbots to the default messaging app. Otherwise I can't tell that anything actually improved.

New update broke the hotspot hack by using wifi sharing, anyone know how to obtain a new workaround...

(for Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Indonesia - IMHO the best region, has call recording, yet not so bloated as India, on par with Malaysia - VN, PH, TH, KH, AE, IQ, EG, MA - juts gets updated a little sooner)
I tried many times to hold all three buttons on the right with USB connected, drivers installed, libusb filter enabled on the device but I always get "handshake failed" from mtkclient or brom.bat. It's the exact same setup I used to flash Thai stock to unlock bootloader. After flashing LineageOS vbmeta, recovery and custom ROM itself something doesn't work as it used to. SP Flash Tool will sometimes recognize, beside always available port COM1, a COM3, but won't start downloading stock ROM, nothing happens.

It's some time after Miui 13 release but I have still no update. Phone is locked, no root so I thought I'll get a Miui 13 OTA update but I did not get any. I checked regions like, Poland (my), Germany, India etc. but still nothing. Any help?

You have an EEA(EU) version you cannot install a global(MI) without unlocking the bootloader.
Start with V13.0.3.0.SKHEUXM.
