Not really, there is a chance of your device boot looping or getting struck on splash if you flash magisk along the from zip before the first boot

It works. Take time and figure it out.
Been using this build for the last 24 hrs, Apart from the occasional system UI freezes and some padding issues, this ROM feels really smooth for a beta.
Battery is draining very fast what to do

Biometric auth seems broken. Doesn't show up at first and when opened as recent app and closed and then repoened, then it shows.
Essentially, you had to open app, minimise it and reopen it and close. Then after opening app for next time biometric screen shows up.
It's happening with both WhatsApp and gpay as I tested.
Can't take screenshots please help
100
Whole status bar is kind of mess up, inconsistent sizes not in sync with display and font size and placement.
Auto brightness is ridiculous, please help
Please recommend Gcam for this ROM

Works fine with paytm and tachiyomi. Maybe it's app related?

Many thanks for NeoArian
Thank you for yoyr work. But if it can use fingerprint to pay?
WOW. Nice to see this after sbwml. Will there be regular updates?
wowww....thx
I've flashed this rom! not sure if there's anything not working, I'm testing, thanks!
Here's how I flashed:
desktop system, ubuntu 20.04 dev
1. install adb and fastboot on Linux
sudo apt-get install android-tools-adb android-tools-fastboot
2. boot to twrp
fastboot boot twrp-3.3.1-sagit-20191204.img
3. wipe data
wipe data, then format data,
--use fastboot repeat step 2 to reboot to twrp
4. choose advanced, choose sideload, then type(I'm using v11 fireware, it's newer and working, maybe there's some bugs I don't know)
adb sideload fw_sagit_miui_MI6Global_V11.0.3.0.PCAMIXM_bb4e6209e3_9.0.zip
adb sideload PixelExperience_sagit-10.0-20200212-2203-UNOFFICIAL.zip
--this is coming from [1] , since we couldn't login in Google without a proxy software installed, so we have to disable the first boot wizard.
adb sideload Disable_SetupWizard_pixel-190526.zip
adb sideload Magisk-v20.3.zip
I stuck on "Android Setup" which is preparing forever, I search a lot, this may be an android issue, many users including other os stuck here. Here is how I solve it:
simply don't put your SIM cards in your phone, it will use WiFi, which works for me, the setup wizard works fine. I guess it doesn't recognize some SIM cards.

@Hakersky, thanks for the build! Is it planned to become PE official in the nearest future?
I had installed it yesterday (previous ROM was verevka CAF Pixel Experience 9) on my wife's Mi 6 and basically it works great, but the major issue that I've experienced is the MMS send/receive.
I'm from Poland and tried to send/receive MMS in Plus (260 01) network. In rare cases it works, but most of the time I'm getting timeouts. With the same APNs settings it works fine on my OnePlus 7. Did you experience such issues? I can send logs if it can help.
The other less important things:
1) Is it possible to implement back/recents buttons switch? I'm used to back button on the left, like in Nexus/Pixel devices.
2) Is VoLTE possible only on SIM card slot 1? I have Play network card (260 06) on 2nd slot and I don't see any option to enable it.
3) I've noticed there's a gesture navigation possibility but seems that's it's not working.
4) Are you planning to implement holding power button to enable flashlight while the screen is off? My wife found it very useful on verevka PE build
what about double tap to sleep?
File Transfer USB connection doesn't work for me (Windows 10). Device is shown as "Mi 6" but no suitable drivers are found
Does ant+ work on this ROM?

Hi yesterday night I installed this rom. Everything working fine. But I connected boat rockers 335 bluetooth headset. It continuously disconnecting and reconnecting. Not working properly. Any idea for this issue.
.
One more request is enable/disable sim card functionality, can you add it on next build if it's possible

I didnt faced any issue with bluetooth audio can u share logs?
Great Rom but just a few issues, I can't get the camera working, so the torch doesn't work and neither does face unlock which all need the camera app to work. Error message comes up as "Restart Camera Go, something went wrong, restart camera go to try again" I've updated everything, cleared the camera cache, storage too. Permissions are all granted. I also did a factory reset, but nothing works. I wonder if installing GCam will work?

thank you so much for your work!! i can't wait to flash this once sepolicy is finished.
Everything is fine, Thanks for the ROM. But very weak vibration of the call and alarm. Short impulses, similar to tapping.
Can anyone provide steps on how to install this rom? I have samsung S9 Plus (T-Mobile) version of the phone.
Sorry guys seems like I had accidentally uploaded the download link of an older build. I have fixed it now, added partial changelog in the second post

Thank you very much for the regular updates, everything is great. But still, the vibration of the alarm clock and incoming calls is very weak. It would be great if this could be fixed. Or I just can't find how to change it. Alternative alarm clock apps, use the same system vibration pattern.
Applications for checking vibration from the play market, also give out short and weak impulses.
But the vibration of system notifications works well

I have tagged this release as beta since SEPolicy is not yet finished, I expect it to be included the next build. [NO ETA YET] There may also be small issues that need to be ironed out but I thought it was a good time to open up to a wider range of testers.

What does OSS tag mean?
This means it has been built with my own trees I have been working on since November.
They are completely revamped and include a new Android 12 compatible vendor.
This also means components which can be are being built from source.
What features does this give us?
- Newer HWC, Gralloc and R32 Mali blobs from N770F.
- Fingerprint gestures.
- Sharing WiFi over hotspot like on OneUI.
- Dolby Atmos has been enabled as well as Samsungs SoundBooster.
- Updated HALs compared to stock vendor. Including Graphics HALs, Audio HALs and more...
- Many more things! Try it out yourself to see

No but it inputs most of the carrier's APNs automatically
First!:
Nice work done! I love this ROM and all the features it has. Very good job!
Second:
Some bugs I have noticed on arcana:
- After restarting UI or phone: some settings from Tresdins Lair are resetting
For example "Carrier Label location -> disabled" turn backs on
Or under
Display -> dark design -> Theme Color -> Pitchblacksystem turns back to normal Darkmode
Also: OnePlus Clock on Lockscreen is very very small (also Widgets from OnePlus Widget app if installed)
Hope it helps and get fixed soon, thanks!
Its hilarious that this ROM hasn't received the amount of love it deserves. I've ran SO many roms on my oneplus 8 pro, from 11 to 12 and this is by FAR the most stable rom I've ran. The customization is on par with evolution, without all the dumb bugs I got on that rom. Fantastic rom man, thanks!
One thing I'd like to see implemented (if you plan to update it that is) is OTA updates. That would perfect this rom.

I've successfully flashed this ROM with patched boot image of A.44 (Realme 8i), so I guess it can be flashed with other boot image versions.

WiFi may not work if you had another firmware version (not A.41) on top of which you've flashed the ROM. To fix that you may try to flash the boot from your firmware, but this will probably break the battery indicator - it will always show "-1%" and the boot will be extremely slow (like 3 minutes or so)
In short: this Pixel ROM should be flashed on top of A.41, otherwise it will be hardly usable.
Beware that the battery with this ROM is easily overheating (up to 60С or more) even when the phone is doing nothing special.
Tap to wake feature doesn't work unfortunately.
And the current date can't be removed from home screen - it will be hanging there (eating space) even if you have another widget with time and date.
