Does any1 have a option for dual channel speed up in GDPR ROM (lower pic) like in EXPORT option (Upper pic) ?

Maybee it's a leftower from previous flashing EXPORT version or it's enabled and no settable on this phone.
Or maybee it's just 2 AP for wi-fi like dual channel acceleration with no option in GDPR Rom ?

when I look online, it says the RN10P does not support LDAC everywhere,
but in dev options I get this output:
Do all the options display everywhere anyway or does it mean my Phone somehow supports this codex?
