Thanks for the help, I talked with the guy you recommended and everything is ok now, mi 11 ultra now is working
Hey @Oswald Boelcke - just to clarify: the service I was recommending isn't mine, and I don't make any profit from it. I'm a customer of the said service, and AFAIK, there's no tangible solution but a paid one.
It's like recommending a specific phone case on eBay or a real-life repair lab based on experience.
I won't be posting this recommendation anymore, but I'd suggest loosening up the rules on this specific issue, since a paid solution seems to be the only remedy for hardbricks... case and point: OP's problem was solved.
Cheers, and a happy new year!

Mod edit: You already received a few PMs about this issue from me last night. Your links direct traffic to another site. Please don't use XDA to direct traffic to another site. In turn, you wouldn't be allowed to direct traffic from that site to our site. Yes, that site has the same rule. Trust me.
Since you're his spokeperson, please tell him if he wants to have his users go this other site, he needs to find a way to contact them about it which doesn't involve XDA.

You were previously warned. You know why this is not allowed, you are redirecting the traffic to a banned user. Not redirecting to a user that does not wish to participate.. It's obvious that you all can not follow the rules.
And yes, i am leaving this here so you all can quit acting like victims... Stop being little trolls

6. Do not post or request warez.
If a piece of software requires you to pay to use it, then pay for it. We do not accept warez nor do we permit members to request, post, promote or describe ways in which warez, cracks, serial codes or other means of avoiding payment, can be obtained or used. This is a site of developers, i.e. the sort of people who create such software. When you cheat a software developer, you cheat us as a community.

Hey guys, I’ve almost searched the whole web for that file :
TWRP-3.2.1_Y5_by_nemo-nemo_.img
The only website where you can download it is 4pda.ru and this is the thread:
{Mod edit}
The problem is that I can’t Download this file unless I’m member on that forum, to get registered, need to solve a damned Russian captcha, which is almost impossible for me.
If you can help me with that file I would appreciate a lot. All Roms require this damned f2fs data partition.
Thanks a lot.

4pda.ru is not only another phone related site but also well known for the distribution of malware and warez. For this reason, XDA doesn't accept any references to that site!
