I faced an issues. The AOD doesn't stay on, the screen turns itself off after a couple of minutes.

Did anyone forced you to try any roms, why are you spamming every thread and demotivating Devs.
If you really loved Evo, you should not try any other roms .
Don't spam from next time, if you have problem then elaborate so Dev can help you in resolving your problems.

You should be able to use the boot image from another ROM, like lineage as long as it's the right version. I've done it for blueline many times

Can this ROM be installed on the P3? If you poke around in the sourceforge that's been linked, you'll find a build for it but there's no official post in the P3 forum so I don't know if that means it's ready yet.
The point of my first post was that you don't have to have a boot image specific for the ROM. Most use a Lineage or DU one anyway. When I had a P3 and was trying every ROM, I often couldn't find a boot image for the old A10 ROMs so I'd just find the corresponding LOS one and it always worked. If I understand it, it gets overwritten when you flash the ROM anyway.
