[SOLVED] Phone freezes/screen doesn't turn on while calling

Hi,
I dropped my phone once, the camera glass broke and then the camera and the flashlight stopped working. The flashlight then flashed randomly at random times, I couldn't turn on the flashlight anymore. Most importantly, at calls the screen turns off and doesn't come on anymore, even if the other side already dropped the call.
So I decided to take off the broken glass. To my surprise when I dropped the device it started working again! But now, after a few months it just doesn't work anymore. I don't really care about the camera anymore, but I do need to be able to use the phone as a phone. Does someone know how to fix this? I don't care if there is a fix for me by removing the camera drivers or by removing the code that turns the screen off during calls.
I would really appreciate it.
Edit: Solved! After a week of looking around, my friend told me it was because of the proximity sensor and I had to edit build.prop and add the line

gsm.proximity.enable=false
After reboot, the screen didn't turn off anymore.

Fingerprint sensor not working suddenly.

Hi,
Suddenly my fingerprint sensor isnt working. Tapping on home button also doesnt work, it doesn't detect anything. Any help? I'm on the latest developer Xiaomi.eu ROM and it's been working normally for a week.
EDIT: It seems to be working again... weird.

Couple weeks ago i had same Thing. At midday Sensor Stopped working. Next day After 10am i just noticed I got It back and its working to this day

my xiaomi mi 5 fingerprint sensor suddenly not working and and the add fingerprint menu is also gone from the lockscreen menu can anyone help?

- try to flash Official Stable ROM
- Wipe data
if not rework , 90 % Hardware error

note 5 display wont turn on

hi guys i am using note 5 SM-N920G indian single sim 32 GB
i have never rooted my device and it was running in good condition
since last one week it keep happening with me that after locking display my phone is not letting its display turn on sometimes , touch screen works so fine and the whole phone also works fine , even the phone does unlocks but just display is not turning on , if someone calls then i can also pick up the call after swiping at the probable space and volume up and down works , in short phone works just fine just display wont turn up sometimes.
i have tried factory reset and full device firmware reinstall by samsung smart switch software, but nothing works , tell me what should i do?????

Screen goes off when getting out of Always On Display.

Hello ! I got an issue since a month or two now : Sometimes , for no reasons , getting my phone out of sleep mode turns off the Screen.
The process : My phone is in sleep mode and Always On Display mode , i want to unlock it , the screen just stays off.
I'm currently running Pixel Experience , but i've had the same issue on MIUI 10.
It doesn't seems like it's a connector issue , because the screen still work on AOD even if i can't unlock it.
The phone can still be unlocked , touch screen works fine while this error happends.
I don't really know what to do at this point. Does anybody already had this problem ?

Question Proximity sensor issue

Hi all,
I am facing serious issue on my redmi note 10 pro,
Whenever i make a call the proximity sensor ( idk whether it really has one or not) works fine and when i have to hang up the call my screen doesn't turn on . It goes all Black, no response from the buttons or fingerprint sensor ,
i sometimes need to force restart the device.
If anyone could help will be thankful.

I am having the same Problem here.

Try changing always on display theme or try disabling always on display completely. Doing that solved my issue.
