Touchscreen is not working correctly. I could choose my language but when I click Next nothing happens but it looks like the notification bar is opening. Also 50% battery bug is present.

Can you tell me where you got that list and remove it from your post?

did you install banks gapps? For me it did this on initial installation so couldn't get past language selection.
Wanted to try again with banks gapps but if the problem still exists there I will wait until it is sorted.

This one has more customizations and features, also has the pixel launcher and dialer already installed.

Thanks for this ROM, first impressions seem good.
Only thing I had an issue with is that on clean install with TWRP on OS boot it rebooted to recovery and needed to be reset, setup and then to flash TWRP.

On SparkOS website i can read :
"We have our OTA updater app inside the ROM, so you wont ever miss an update when it comes out."
Is this rom official or unofficial ?

Voice match (ok google) doesn't work (the same issue in the spark os a12 build).
I've read it can be because google is not a system app. (Trying this may fix it?)

Just found another bugs. After rooting mtp connection lost (same issue on Corvus OS, anyone haven't know how to fix it); After rooting there are no icons in the apps list in the stock launcher.
About first one. After rooting persist.sys.usb (~similar toggle name in build.prop) was set to none. I've changed it to mtp,adb with no result.

Switching from ArrowOS to this rom, great job, everything work as expected.
Most of features are present , very fluid.
Hope this rom will be continued and updated with monthly security patches.
I'm not interested by cosmetic changes or pixels arrangements or rounded corners.
It's a big chance to have developpers supporting roms for this (old) phone.
Let's go back to main purpose of a phone with security and speed.

I rooted my device too. There's no problem for me.

When will this ROM be official? In my opinion everything is working good.

Excellent Rom. Easy, light and Fast. Although it's a best rom. It's my responsibility to indicate the bugs to the creator of this wonderful rom.
Here are some minor bugs I've found in this rom.
1. Fingerprint is not working in extra dim and night mode
2. Adaptive brightness is not working properly sometimes.
3. sometimes normal sms are not sending in the messages app.

Not that much good ! As per my usage i have to charge my device 3-4 times ....
It can be improved .
I have two Realme 8 device
One with Evolution X and one with Lineage Os ........
~ If you are a user who needs a rom with best battery backup and a smooth UI then you can choose Lineage OS.
~ if you want Customisation ,a rom that has many fingerprint animation and many fingerprint logo , then flash Evolution X .

I've gotten my banking apps (as well as contactless payments) to work by using kdrag0n's Universal SafetyNet Fix Magisk module (which of course requires you to root your phone). It is sufficient to install Magisk, enable Zygisk, and install the module. You may also have to enable DenyList and add your banking apps to it so that they don't see you have Magisk installed.

Thanks for instructions. If you go to the firmware link: https://ci.tequilaos.pl/umi/. There is a ROM file called 'tequila-tobacco-20221030-1311-OFFICIAL-umi.zip'. This seems newer than the latest version on github. I installed this one and works great. Do you know what it is?

i think that rom is probably under testing until they release it on github

No face id in my settings. Could you please share the steps on how you install the rom?
I sideloaded rom, and meet verify error trying to sideload firmware so I didn't sideload for firmware.

Also no Face ID for me. Don't think this rom includes it.

Nice room, it will be perfect if could fix below issues:
no face id
camera pixels are too low and crash a lot.

So far the best battery friendly Android 13 ROM for MI10 I've tested.
Launcher is diffrent than Pixel Experience (more simple).
Rom is the most stable I tested from Android 13.
Will there be more updates?
I compared camera to other roms and with Google Camera I can't see diffrence. Maybe slightly worse?
Did you use built in app?
I can't say about Xiaomi Camera, it would be good to have it (like it's on Pixel Experience).

Can Mi Pay be added? NFC access control, thank you!

I've seen new experimental versions on Github but not tested yet.
Version from November is great.
I don't know how, but other ROMS ~4h SoT, this ROM min. 5h SoT.

Flashing Instructions
Clean flash (coming from a different ROM):
1. Download the proper ROM ZIP for your device
2. Reboot to recovery ( these with decryption support are recommended)
3. Install the latest firmware if not already installed
4. Format Data if you come from retrofit, EROFS or A12 in any case, and any other situation if your Data is encrypted
5. Wipe Data,Cache and Dalvik cache
6. Flash the ROM
7. Install Magisk if you want (v25.2 or newer are recommended)
8. Install the ForcedEncryption disabler if you want to keep your Data unencrypted
9. Reboot to System and enjoy the fireworks
Updating to a newer build (dirty flash):
1. Download the proper ROM ZIP for your device
2. Reboot to recovery (these with decryption support are recommended)
3. Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache
4.Flash the ROM
5. Install the ForcedEncryption disabler if your data was non encrypted before
6. Install Magisk if you want (v25.2 or newer are recommended)
7. Reboot to System and enjoy the fireworks

Hi everybody. I'm taking the official maintainance for Cepheus, the ROM will be available very soon this week.
I want to say HUGE THANKS to Tribual. He's not only a super cool buddy but also he did an excellent job maintaining Spark for Cepheus previously.

Congratulations, I hope to add a vanilla version to this ROM, and evolution x also likes it very much. Unfortunately, there is no vanilla version available, so it has not been used.

I can confirm that both vanilla and gapps-included variants will be released.

Yeah, you're right, it's not available because it hasn't been released yet. That's the why for the 'Coming soon' in the Download section in the first post. Hopefully it will be released tomorrow. I will make a post in this thread.

Changelog for the latest update (3/Jun/2023)
**Notes:**
- No Retrofit and no EROFS so make sure to use a compatible recovery, OrangeFox is recommended, and follow the instructions given in the first post of this thread
- Clean flash is mandatory even coming from the last unofficial 13.5.5
**Device Changes:**
- Initial official release
- SELinux Enforcing
- Userdebug
- Kernel upstreamed with Linux v4.14.326
- GCam in gapps version and Snap in vanilla
**Spark OS Update**
- Update to 13.6
- Completely rebased our source to the May security patch
- Some features were added some were temporarily removed and some were reworked but in essence we are still hella customizable
- Many of the missing previous features will be added in the June's update which is gonna be fire
- There's a known bug in the launcher settings crashing in light mode, use the dark mode for this as a workaround. This bug has been already fixed for the next update. Sorry for the inconveniences.

I'm looking forward the next update which will bring back many previous features and some new stuff.

That's a nice looking rom. Thanks! For now I noticed that Smart pixels are not working, while being in Dark theme (black) popup from Audio volume per app is kinda weird looking, missing color on borders and UDFPS is a bit less responsive than in other roms, evolution was pretty fine with UDFPS

Usually the ROM is updated once a month after every security patch. Currently there is not OTA updates, there was in the past and it's something that could happen in the future.

Thanks for your work, rom looks good. But in one day of use I had 2 freezes.
I look forward to the next build, will kernelSU support be added?

@Chema_F Do you recommend the TWRP-3.7.0_12-0_26Jan2023.img for install ! I want to know if I can use the version for twrp-3.5.2_9-0-cepheus ?​Does the vanilla version work with Nikgapps?
