I tried to flash pixelExperience (12, latest) yesterday and... now there's so many bugs...
- can't stay in fastboot screen, it shows the fastboot logo for 1-2 sec and boot into system, neither enter by VolumnDown+Start nor adb reboot fastboot
- twrp stucks on the teamwin logo, but as u can see adb is available
- and my adb said 'cannot read pixelExperience-xxxx.zip' so actually I put the zip into internal storage and installed via twrp
- when enter the system, it stucks on the Google logo loading screen...
thank u

#If U Successfully unlocked ur Bootloader then,
place the recovery image in the same directory as fastboot.
Open a terminal on your PC and reboot the device into fastboot mode by typing
adb reboot bootloader
or by using the hardware key combination
(press & hold Volume down and power button When phone is off)
#Once the device is in fastboot mode, verify your PC sees the device by typing
fastboot devices
If you don't see your device serial number, and instead see "<waiting for device>", fastboot is not configured properly on your machine.
#Flash recovery onto your device by entering the following command:
fastboot flash recovery your_recovery_image.img
where the latter part is the filename of the recovery image.
Once the flash completes successfully, reboot the device into recovery to verify the installation. Boot to recovery instructions: Hold Volume Down & Power simultaneously. On the next screen use Volume Down to scroll to recovery and then use Volume Up to select.
I successfully installed twrp recovery system but I can't do any backup, the system reboot in the process...
flash the recovery again and try...

It's not my fault.... seems a bug of twrp
XT 1068 UK
TWRP 2.8.0.1 Back up fails to both internal and external SD.
When external selected, backup starts but after 10 to 30 seconds it reboots the device. It starts to back up files and then just reboots. If I don't select compress backup, then it starts to backup more files before it reboots. Seems to be time related. Also tried unplugging while backing up and same issue.
Folders get created in all cases for external SD but data files. Not sure where the log files would get stored. Suspect they don't get created as the system reboots during the backup
I've bought a used Moto G 2014 XT1068 with a software bug trusting that i can get it to work again.
It shows the message "Warning Bootloader Unlocked". So i activated AP fastboot mode by holding PowerButton and VolDown. Then I flashed TWRP_2.8.0.1_Titan_v2, TWRP2.7.1.1-titan-motog-2014 and twrp-2.8.6.0-titan via ADB but it none of them is starting when i select the recovery button in fastboot mode. Instead of Teamwin logo it goes to the laying android with red triangle.
Then i tried to boot the recovery.img via ADB with "fastboot boot XXX.img" and then the Teamwin logo arises but it stucked with any TWRP i used.
Then i tried to use CWM_Touch_Titan_v2.img in the same way and it worked (only with ADB command again). So i wanted to wipe all to install a new ROM but then it stucked while it says: Formatting /data...
When i try to install a ROM by choosing the .zip-file form /external_sd it seems to work but a few seconds later the message is:
PhilZ Touch 6
Clockworkmod v6.0.4.7

Try flashing using twrp. Some roms don't flash properly with cwm , connect ur phone to ur PC, enter bootloader mode, and open command window(shift + right click) from ur adb folder (place twrp 2.8.6 img in that folder, rename it as twrp ,remove the 2.8.6 n img ) and enter, adb devices (in cmd window) , if it shows connected, enter fastboot flash recovery twrp.img , then unplug and select recovery from bootloader menu. Take backup of rom, n wipe system, data and cache and flash rom, gapps n supersu.
Hope this helps, pm me if u need help.

This is true, i had this same problem ,i rename as twrp , no 2.8.6 .img etc.. twrp flashed.
It worked now. I couldn't start twrp by selecting recovery from bootloader menu but i started twrp with ADB via "fastboot boot twrp". It showed just the teamwin logo first for about 15 minutes but then it started twrp. So i pressed the log button to see why it took so long. There were hundreds of red messages.
The Message is always like: "E: Unable to stat '/data/..."
I tried to wipe my data and cache. Dalvik cache und cache worked fine but when it comes to data there are always the messages "E: Unable to stat '/data/..."
I get the the same messages when i try to install a ROM.
Is it possible that my internal storage is broken? :crying:

Did you install TWRP recovery?
If not, download it, Copy fix-twrp_zf4_recovery.img to adb folder.
then go to Droid boot (Power + volume up).
Open adb terminal and enter following commands
- fastboot flash recovery fix-twrp_zf4_recovery.img
Then choice wipe/advance wipe:
- Dalvik Cache
- Cache
- Data
Then reboot system
Hi,
I've installed the Global Stable 10.0.2.0 via Mi Flash Tool on my Mi 8 and wanted to install TWRP the usual way, but it won't boot into TWRP.
Steps so far:
Code:
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
--> all fine, it says writing ok
Code:
fastboot boot twrp.img
---> TWRP star screen but nothing else happens
or
Code:
fastboot reboot recovery
---> normal boot
or
Code:
adb reboot recovery
---> error occurs
I'm using a Windows 10 PC. Maybe you can help and tell where the mistake is.
Thanks
Hi,
I ask for help
After attempting to install xpose on the miuI 10 mi5 and restart, the initial logo was rotating and could not go any further.
After various crashes and tortures, I blew him all with a wipe from TRWP.
Now the situation is as follows:
- Mi PC sUIT does not see it (ask for connect your device via USB)
- PC does not see mi5, in Android Divace - Android ADB Interface (yellow triangle)yesterday everything worked, I did not touch anything on the PC.
I think that xiaomi_usb_driver are ok
- vol+,power = can run TWRP 3.2.3.0, so I wipe it all
- Vol-,power = fastboot mode chrash after 10-20 seconds and switch to the logo where it remains in the loop
- mi5 do not react on commands from PC side:fastboot devices, adb devices, fastboot flash recovery twrp.img, fastboot boot twrp.img, adb sideload miui10, etc
It was root with help TRWP,lazyflasherand MagiskManager
is there any idea how to install again miui 10?
thanks in advance
that is thit
In TWRP: Mount, Enable MTP (data, chache) conect with PC and copy/paste ROM
