Hey guys. I know this may have been discussed previously. I have Mi9 and still running Android 10 (MIUI 12.0.4 | Global). Is it ever going to get Android 11 ?
Also, please point to a post that helps in updating to Android 11 step by step.

Bro, you will probably get no official updates anymore for MIUI but you can install custom ROM on it and you can also get Android 12 on it if you want. If you wanna install it, text me in DMs.

Hi All, in MIUI 10 the assistant setting refused to stick, so basically you can't set it to Google Assistant, as it would revert to non selected after some time.
Was wondering if this has been fixed in MIUI 11?
Can someone that has MIUI 11 confirm? To me that would be the final draw that will convince me to update.

In my MIUI 10 is workign fine. Actually I am worried to upgrade to MIUI 11, because I think breaks it

Hello, I have searched around and have only been able to find the latest Android Q Stock MIUI roms. I am interested in going from Android 10 to Android 9, in order to try the 81hz screen overclock mod, is there any resource for this?

Hi guys ,
I'm asking for an advice here, my wife's MI9 is still on miui 10 (10.2.3.0 PFAEUXM) she got ota update (11.0.9.0 ) but always reach 95% then fail.
I found this rom on mi website V12.0.2.0.QFAEUXM (MIUI12), so my question is can i directly install this miui 12 rom from miui 10 without breaking the phone? The package is 2.3 GB.

Is possible to downgrade the android version of EU rom. Im using miui 12.5.1 with android 11 version, i think by downgrading the android version will help me to decrease the fps drop while playing pubg mobile. Android 11 with miui12 version is not suited for games. Someone please help me

Yes. You can do that by using Miflash. Google it and start reading how it works, there are a lot of simple guides. The entire process is pretty easy if u follow closely the instructions, noob word. Just remember to check out the anti rollback version of your phone before downgrade (very important to avoid bricks).
Since Android 12 is coming out, I want to know if Xiaomi will ever release Android 13 in Redmi Note 11.
I don't intend to root or put custom rom yet. But I will do once Xiaomi stops supporting the device.
So, maybe I will flash custom rom later.
Currently with MIUI 13.0.15 android. Xiaomi Ram management is very bad.

If you download MIUI Downloader, or MIUI Updater.... It will tell you what MIUI and Android versions your device should get. When I last looked, it did say that we are due to get Android 13.
But seeing as they've not resolved/fixed Android 12 for our device yet, I think it will be at least another year away before we see Android 13 on this device anytime soon....
As most of us are still stuck on Android 11, unless with force-flash the A12 firmware....

Yestaday I flashed/locked/cleaned my RN11 with MiFlash Tool all the way back to android 11 and then after using it for few minutes this so called "update available dialogue" appeared on my screen. Obviously I clicked download but when It got updated, Duh it was way sluggish than the beta recovery rom. A lot of minor but necessary stuff was missing. Then again I unlocked the bootloader, installed recovery and flashed Evo X A12 rom. The struggle was real and the rom came out to be smooth as well.
