Clearing a question about POCO M2 and redmi 9

I'm currently using POCO M2 Mediatek Helio G80.
- Android 10 QP1A
- 6GB RAM
- Model: M2004J19Pl
- Octa Core
- 128 GB internal
I read redmi 9 has same features and hence a rom for redmi 9 can be also flashed in POCO M2 as well. Is it right? If yes, is there anything to care about when flashing a software build for Poco M2 in redmi 9 and vice-versa? On the other hand, I saw redmi 9 is using Mediatek G35

Redmi 9 prime / code name Lancelot = G80
But some countries/operators are selling redmi 9c with G35 as Redmi 9
There are also many variations of redmi 9 prime ( with or without nfc ect )
Xiaomi has like 9 versions of the redmi 9/9a/9c/note/9t/... ( its confusing as ... )
Why would you go from m2 to redmi 9 fw ?

any thoughts about this since the Codename of Redmi Note 11 5G is "evergo" and the POCO M4 Pro 5G is "evergreen".
The specs is same but the codename is different.

Codenames are different, but the model numbers are the same.

If I flash Redmi Note 11 5G to POCO M4 Pro 5G software, there's no conflict to happen?

Almost exactly same. The Mediatek chipset and the other features are exactly same except for some RAM and ROM variants which stand different in different regions.

Now Redmi Note 11 5G and the Global POCO M4 Pro 5G aren't the same

You want to switch from China to Global ? Flash Indian ROM, it has Google apps

Bro poco m4 pro 5g have mtk processor and mtk processor not required to open backpanal use mct bypass or auth bypass to and power off and press and hold volume+ and volume - together and insert usb at thend your poco phone connect on edl mode

Bcaz i saw places where redmi 9 power codename is lime and some places where its juice please help

Yes very confusing mine is code name "pomelo" nowhere to be found ill been using any for (lime) EUroms and Miumi Mix

Hlo i am new to custom roms and i have Redmi 9 Power. I am thinking of installing PixelOS android 12 rom, so can someone help me in this process if i face some problem. And is this is a good rom for my device?

what about A13 ? cos xiaomi will not get officialy to redmi 9T
i tested all A12 roms custom and everything works ok

Brother, eu entendi isso a poucos dias.
Redmi 9t = lime
Poco M3 = chime
Juice = redmi 9t e poco M3 unificados.
Você pode flashear lime ou juice, vai dar bom.
Pois o redmi 9t e o Poco m3 são praticamente a mesma coisa.
