Oxygen update 10.3.0 HD011A with security patch dated 1st Nov 2019 has started rolling out for the 7T Pro India HD1911

i think they mentioned in 1+ community forums that this is simply a name error for the 10.0.6 version or something

i am on MIUI 10 android 9 and i have a notification to update to MIUI 11 android 10 but i didn't do it ?
can i update directly to MIUI 12 OTA ? without updating to MIUI 11.

No, MIUI 12 is still a beta ROM, so can't OTA update.
It is possible to install it, if you wanted to try it, but be aware that Xiaomi have closed the Global beta program, so MIUI 12 beta is only available as a Chinese ROM.
If you have a Chinese K20 Pro, then you can download the beta ROM and flash it with the official updater app (click the 3 dots and choose to manually select the fine to install). If you have a Mi 9T Pro it's not as straight forward and requires you to unlock the bootloader.

I think you need to be some sort of beta tester to update Chinese K20 pro to miui12 chinese beta rom. Because so far all the roms are closed beta and nkt a regular weekly beta.

If I want to return back to stable version ,do i need to rollback to android 12 and then update to android 13 with ota updates?

I got a Ace Pro from aliexpress and the seller reflashed with the Global Rom so now the phones name is OnePlus 10T 5G in about device.
It still has Oxygen 12.1 and Android 12. I know updates are being sent out and not sure if I should have been updated yet?
I read that I can download Oxygen Updater from Playstore. I don't know if I should try this or keep waiting and if the update is much better than before?
