Hello.
I want to ask, if it is theoretically possible to replace the original bootloader of the phone with a generic one for the SOC (Snapdragon 732G)
How exactly does the bootloader work, and is it part of the ROM?
Regards

Hi experts,
this is Abdullah here from Pakistan. I need your help, I've "sm-M205F/DS" and I want to change its IMEI number (without root) is there any way?
Because i want to keep it non-rooted.
Thanks in advance.
IMEI repair tools will do the job without root and loss of data. Just keep in mind that you shouldn't update the binary of your device or you'll end up with a modem version that's not supported by most of the tools as of yet.

Change of IMEI is illegal in quite a lot of countries, and in turn we don't allow discussion about or support for changing or editing of IMEI's.

Don't do this as right now there is no method to revert it. You will stop receiving updates and there is no method to update manually. Also, rooting is not possible until realme releases kernel sources. Unlocking phone will not yeild anything as of now.

Hello and good afternoon, @LeroanZ
Edit or change of IMEI is illegal in quite a few of countries. For this reason, I've closed your thread! XDA doesn't allow and doesn't accept discussions about or support for such an edit or change.
