Flashing Rom

Hi
I've got an Orange HTC touch Daimond. I want to flash the rom to the latest official level but i can't because it's an Orange phone.
Is there a newbies guide to doing this on here, I have searched buy there are loads of posts and most of them I don't understand
Hope some kind soul will help

Hi I'm from Poland in the last time I have bought the "new" phone (Oppo A1k CHP1923). I serched Google to find good rom for him, but a lot of pages are false. I really want help from you if someone can find good rom for him.(sorry for my english)
