Battery middle pin

Hi,
Does anybody know what the middle battery pin is for? Both pins at each side are for the positive and negative electrical pins, but, what is the middle supposed to be?

Easy check da this cable (redmarked) is fully inserted.
In my case, i hav no sound ;( & ths cable was disconnected

Broken Screen Connector

I ripped the connector that connects the lcd to the motherboard and I have looked all over the internet to find a replacement does anyone know were I can get one? Here is the image of the connector.
