There are a bunch of Galaxy S themes.
If not you can use the Samsung Launcher. It sucks, but if you want that look it's the best bet.

My Samsung Galaxy S knowed Samsung Galaxy S II on facebook...
Its normal or my Galaxy S will be Galaxy S II? Cause of Galaxy S II dump system will be applied on Galaxy S next
