CM11s is didnt much have different than CM11, there's only some changes like added CameraNext, ThemeShowcase, GAPPS included and etc.

Spoiler: Instructions to flash
1. Download stock CN China ROM,
2. Flash it with SP Flash Tool.
3. Download TWRP 2.5.0.0
4. Flash it with SP Flash Tool, like stock firmware
5. Download MIUI, place it on SD Card
6. Reboot in TWRP, press "Wipe", then "Advanced wipe", select "system", "cache", "dalvik cache", "data", swipe to wipe.
7. Go to main menu, press "Install", select your ZIP with MIUI, swipe to install
8. Press "Reboot system", voila!

What is Charging time from 0 to 100%? Stock rom takes about 3 hours.
